5 /5 H. Dunkin: Bagwell Mathis Tires is where we go to take our daughters car for various repairs and services. Always outstanding results. For the first time, last week we took our GMC Yukon for service, tire replacement and repair of two wheels that hit a curb “They were a mess.” Let me say first that the cost was extremely competitive, and less than what we had previously paid at another local tire/ service outlet. As for the wheel repair, we had nothing to compare it with, BUT, we were extremely pleased with the results and costs. When we got the truck back, we first noticed the work on the wheels was impeccable. When I drove it, it was like driving a brand new truck, Its funny what a set of new tires will do for the handling of a vehicle. All in all, we could not have been more satisfied with all aspects of the work done on our truck. I would not hesitate to recommend Bagwell, Mathis Tires to anyone wanting quality work on their vehicle at a very reasonable price. And last but not least, a shout out to the front office staff, Melissa, Gen. Mgr. & Maddison. They were terrific, they kept us fully apprised of the progress of the work on the truck. The best experience I had in over 40 years in taking my vehicles to be serviced. I dont normally write reviews, but, the work at Bagwell, Mathis Tires was so exceptional we felt compelled to write this review.
