5 /5 Ulysseia: Everytime I go in, I am greeted by Ms. Bok and the employees. They always try check in on you and are patient. If Ms. Bok sees you leaving without a purchase, she will ask you if you couldnt find what you are looking for and try to help you either find it, find something similar to it, call the store in Kingsland to check on its availability there to have it delivered the next day, or offer to order it. She also likes to know what her customers like so she can sell it in her store. The store is always neat, and for some reason, it always seems like the prices are a little cheaper.
