Everyone was awesome to deal with and walked me through the major repair and kept me up to date on the progress. The respect and honesty I received is so hard to find these days. I will be bringing all three of my cars here for maintenance and repairs.

5 /5 Veronica Kawan: I had a fantastic experience with the customer service team at the Christian Brothers location in Flowery Branch! They are truly wonderful! I was a bit rushed since I needed to drop my sister off at work and make sure my mom got to her doctor’s appointment on time. At first, I was ready to be patient and wait, but I didn’t want my sister to be late or my mom to miss her appointment. So, I asked if I could leave with my car, and the staff was super understanding. They explained that I didn’t have an appointment and that there were others ahead of me, but they assured me they would still take great care of my car. To my surprise, while I was chatting with them, my car was already in the garage getting worked on! I decided to stick around anyway, and I’m so glad I did. Everyone there is incredibly patient and so friendly! I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. A big thank you for handling my little impatience with such kindness—you guys are the best!
