5 /5 Glen Soafer: I needed my CV axle replaced on my 2011 Honda element. It was vibrating the suspension on acceleration. Normal for a vehicle with 150K miles. Using a ChatGPT search, Pro Import came up as the best specialist in town for this particular problem. I called for an estimate, received an appointment for a couple days later, and upon completing the service it was rectified within the estimate amount. My car runs like a champ! Rich, the owner, really knows his stuff; as does his team. Angelica on the customer service desk was a real pleasure to work with. I will be coming back in the future.

They found several issues but were upfront about "need to have" vs "nice to have" and real problems vs typical wear and tear.
