The office staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the team explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was going on. No stress, no guesswork—just straightforward, honest service. I had my Jeep back the very next morning, and it’s driving perfectly. So grateful for their quick turnaround and amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Rodney Wright: I had a lot of bad experiences with repair shops in the past but Garrett Automotive is a cut above your average shops out there. At the desk, Hannah and Courtney are very pleasant and courteous to work with as well as the guys in the shop. The owner John is exceptionally knowledgeable of the industry and has a lifetime of old school know-how! Not the cheapest, but in this day and time you get what you pay for ! Highly recommend!

Next thing I know two very nice gentlemen walked out and immediately came to my aid. They patched and filled my tire with air without hesitation. Great people great shop wonderful from these men.
