The RAM dealer wouldnt look at it for 1 to 2 weeks so we stopped at Gearheadz hoping they could look at it. Jeff and his team were very busy but took the time to look at the vehicle and diagnose it. Jeff had to do a lot of searching for a part that was going to take a bit to get and he located for us. Within 2 days he was able to get the parts and the team replaced it for us within a couple of days saving our vacation and ensuring the vehicle was safe to get back to South Florida with. Thank you for taking the time to diagnose and fix it in such a short period of time when the RAM dealer wouldnt even look at it to diagnose it.
