They’ve worked on our church bus and fixed air conditioning issues that other shops could never resolve. They recently took excellent care of my ‘93 Buick Park Avenue. If you need air conditioning work or general repairs, this is a great place to go.

5 /5 Dean Hargis: These guys are the best kept secret in Gainesville. It feels like giving away a honey hole. But these guys deserve it. They are honest and will shoot you straight. They are the only mechanic I use for both my personal vehicles and work truck.

Man they totally restored my confidence in humanity and were straight up and honest. He diagnosed the vehicle for me same day, was expected to wait a day because they were slammed, but they were hustling hard getting stuff done! He advised me it was in fact my ac compressor beginning to say its goodbyes. He also advised me to try to run it until it goes completely. Saved me a ton of money for now, but Ill be back to get my a/c compressor changed and we have more money and arent a week away from having our second daughter. These guys know that you will be back because they gave great service. Because he didnt have to run any test or dive into the system, the owner opted to waive the $98 diagnostic fee ( which Ive seen other shops charge $150 for the same diagnostic service), and that sold me on their honesty and up front way of business. Ill be back!!!

5 /5 Jordan Ross: Update: My original review is below but I wanted to say I took my car back recently - on a multi hour drive through intense heat, my AC couldn’t keep up so I asked if they would check it out. Pretty quick turn around and incredibly fair - they couldn’t replicate the issue or find anything wrong but refused to charge me a diagnostic fee despite spending a few hours with it. They could have easily ripped me off, come up with some “problem” they “fixed” and charged hundreds but that’s not the kind of people who work here. This is a great, reputable shop. Without fail, I will be a lifetime customer for AC issues! Great service, nice people, quick repair. They offer a shuttle service, which is incredibly convenient. Cost of AC repairs seems beyond reasonable, also got an oil change while getting the AC repair - cost on that is pretty standard (average cost, in no way a ripoff), but you can definitely find cheaper oil changes around town. Either way, I dont think you can beat the repairs. These guys are great and guarantee the work. Hard to find trustworthy spots but this is one of them. 10/10 would recommend!
