5 /5 Sal Badalamente: Mike and Steve have been working on my Volvo C70 since they were in their old shop! I’ve got 265,000 miles on my Volvo and it drives as smooth as she did when it was new. Folks this is a top-shelf repair facility and I can’t say enough good things about the family here. I’ve brought Volvo, Jeep, and Mini here and the crew here handle the repairs and service better than any shop I’ve ever visited. AAA+ Rating!

5 /5 Zach Collett: 2011 BMW owner, I had a mechanic here in Gainesville that I had gone to for years. I was dissatisfied with the last service I received. So I called Steve and Brandy. Very transparent with pricing on needed services. Super friendly and professional as well as being very reasonable on pricing for service and labor. My car is right again. If you want yours to be, call these folks up and make an appointment! They are much better all around than any mechanics I have used in the past.

5 /5 Andre Castleberry: I had the great idea that I was going to do a tuneup on my BMW 750Li. I ordered the parts for the tuneup and oil change. After attempting to remove the first spark plug, I realized I was in over my head. I took the car and parts to European Import Service. Brandy was very friendly and helpful. Steve called me and told me everything was ready. I mentioned to him about a low beam bulb and brakes. He took care of those items for me as well. Overall a great experience with a professional shop with no surprises or upsells. Nothing but professionalism, integrity and great work. They are now my new shop. Ive passed the place many times thinking they only worked on Volvos. Im glad I took my vehicle to them and they have a new customer for life. Ill always refer them to anyone looking for import car service. Keep up the great work.

5 /5 Trejuan H: This shop is amazing!! I am always comfortable bringing my car here and I cant say that for shops in the past. Theyre nice and friendly. Any of my concerns for my car have been addressed. The level of service exceeds my expectations. I was bringing my Volvo in for service and I got a flat tire on the way. They completed my service and patched my tire. I was on the road just as normal. I decided to clean my trunk today and they placed my spare tire, jack and tools back exactly how they are supposed to be. I was so impressed!! If you need a great shop this is it.
