5 /5 Gregory Witherspoon: I had water in my rear right passenger door. I was quoted a reasonable price and I was seen the same day. When I arrived I was greeted as if they knew me. My matter was addressed immediately. It was thought that the door panel would need to be removed but the mechanic looked at it and instantly knew the fix. It was repairs and I was there less than 20 minutes. I’d definitely bring my car back for any repairs and I’d recommend them to anyone

5 /5 Joshua McCaffrey: Had two fairly major repairs in the last month. First was the AC in my wife’s 2016 Odyssey. Second was front and rear brakes in my 2020 Forester. Okay, neither was inexpensive. The AC condenser coil was leaking. Had to come back a week later to replace the AC relay (at no charge). All has been great for a few weeks now. The brakes were a bit more expensive than I’d hoped. They replaced front and rear rotors and pads, and flushed/replaced fluid. All is great, now. To sum up: Less expensive than dealer, probably more than some other shops. However, the work was good and fast. Since they are walking distance from the house, it’s super convenient.

5 /5 Roy Davidson: I purchased 4 new tires and needed to have my alignment checked. It was great being able to make an appointment for this service. Before doing the alignment, they brought out the report showing that all 4 of my tires were out of alignment. They also recommended a brake fluid flush & fill due to the condition of the brake fluid. I was very happy that they brought this up because it WAS time for this fluid change. Everything else with the vehicle was in good condition. The service personnel were great and the whole process was fast & efficient and I will absolutely recommend them to friends & family.

5 /5 A Tracy Evans: Massey Automotive came recommended to me by a neighbor. As a woman, I am always highly suspicious of car repair establishments. But Massey Automotive has proved to me that good, honest people still are around!! They are through and always upfront about the cost! I love that they have a valet service that takes you and picks you up when needed. I especially love that they call and check on you and your car after servicing to make sure everything is okay. I highly recommend them for any automotive issue you may have!

5 /5 Sean Nelson: Massey Automotive was fantastic! Very thorough, and transparent about what needs doing with your car. I love their use of technology in helping with the process of assessing what work you want done on your car - the system lends itself very well to being transparent and honest about pricing. From top down, they make the customer experience a priority, and that doesnt feel like thats usually the rule in this industry. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else after this experience.
