My 2019 Honda Pilot kept dying, and I was about to give up and trade it in. 3 other shops, including the dealership, couldnt figure out the battery drain issue, and Id already spent over $2K. Then, a co-worker recommended Carters Automotive. It was my last hope. David was fantastic – professional, communicative, and upfront about everything. They diagnosed the problem correctly, repaired it quickly, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Im so grateful to Carters Automotive for saving me from a costly new car purchase. Theyre honest, reliable, and truly the best shop in town. 1000% recommend!

Long story short, my car was doing "something funny" and while my car-savvy husband tinkered on it a bit, we knew we needed to take it to true professionals. From the time I booked my appointment through the time I picked my car up, they were friendly, professional, communicative, and informative. The were conservative in their approach and offered us options. Oh,and they didnt judge me for how long I let my car go without an oil change (personal issues caused a serious delay).
