4 /5 Haley Hargrave: Came in early one morning and didnt have an appointment with them, but they were able to get me in and fix our tire issue fast and thoroughly. All the staff were awesome, very friendly, and eager to help. However, the woman who ran the front desk. She was not professional nor was she friendly. She had gone to the restroom and stayed in there for a long period while having a conversation with someone on the phone. As you could hear pretty clearly through the door from the waiting room. The entire time she was in there the front desk phone kept ringing and ringing. She stayed in there talking for a good amount of time. The other staff workers came to the restroom door and kept telling her that a customer was on the phone. Kind of taken back from that whole situation. Other than that thank you to Mike and all of the other staff workers who helped fix our tire issue to get us on our way.
