5 /5 Kenneth Davis: We recently purchased a used Jeep from a private owner, and I wanted to get it throughly checked out. I took it in and told the service writer David Peavy what I wanted done to the Jeep. I felt like he personally took an interest in making sure everything was done that I asked for. I know on at least two ocassions he went into the shop and spoke to the technican to find out how things were going and what they were finding. I felt like I had top-notch service from them. And, my invoice was very close (slightly under actually) from the quote I was given at the time it was dropped off. I highly recommend this place for service.

Communication was excellent and approved work order. Repairs were performed in a professional timely manner. Highly suggest CDJR 5 star for your needs

5 /5 Robert Fisher: There was an issue with my RAM 1500 EcoDiesel. After having a major repair completed at another Dodge dealer I was seeing a "Service Transmission" error and the truck wouldnt respond to starting. The team at Milledgeville Dodge discovered some loose/damaged wires in a harness. The promptly repaired the issue and now I get to drive my truck again. I will use these folks for all of my service needs.

5 /5 Antonio Parks: I had scheduled a 8a.m. oil change appointment and I had ordered some tires to be placed on my vehicle as well. They welcomed us upon arrival and whatever questions we had they answered. The service wasnt as long as we expected, they even sent me a video notifying us that on the 3 point inspection everything looks good. The dealership really did a nice job and we will be back in the near future.
