From start to finish, Da’Quan provided an exceptional level of service that made the entire experience incredibly smooth and pleasant. He was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to explain the details clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable and confident with every step. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about the customer experience — but Da’Quan definitely does. If you’re bringing your vehicle in for service, I highly recommend asking for Da’Quan. The staff is friendly and highly skilled, impressed with the professionalism and customer service. The product quality remains outstanding exceeding my expectations. The Parts Manager Cody took time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the parts that were needed. What impressed me most was the transparency and honesty he exhibited. 5 /5 Paul A: I am very pleased with this service center. And I can highly recommend them. I had a few issues with my Sprinter class B camper. Dropped it off Wed evening, got a call Thurs telling me what they found. Picked it up repaired Friday evening. DaQuan, and Madison were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Made my visit pain free. Hope I never need service again, but If i do. I know where to go.

Jason was able to accommodate that the same day and provide a loaner so I could get have more flexibility in my day. Used to go to your South ATL location but love the convenience of this location. Easy to schedule an appointment and very professional staff. This is my new service destination for my Mercedes! Keep up the great work! Great facility too.
