5 /5 josh mccoy: Heard about Modern Automotive through a mutual friend. Called them up for a quote on some work I wanted done on my car. Jarret dug into it real quick and provided the quote quickly. I arranged the drop off of my car and they quickly got on it. In just a few short days they were done. When he called me to tell me it was done he also told me he recommended replacing a couple other parts bc what I had them do to my car was going to wear my tires out if I didn’t replace the parts he recommended. He told me he had the extra needed parts laying around and cut me a deal on them and installed them before I picked my car up. I picked the car up and noticed I wanted a little change. They offered to pick the car up for me to make the change but I dropped back off myself but the offer meant a lot. Dropped it back off and they made the changes quickly. Great service from a great shop. They’ve definitely earned a new customer in me.

This is my second time using Modern Automotive for car repairs and they are highly transparent, efficient, and communicative. Today, I got my car back after less than 24 hours in the shop after being the victim of fuel contamination from a local gas station. His team was able to remove the contaminated fuel which looked like "orange Gatorade with floating bits," completely replace my fuel tank, and do a test drive to ensure all warnings were removed and the car drove efficiently. He even stayed late after hours to make sure I got my car back. I could not be more grateful for Jarrett and his team! Thanks so much and will make sure to tell all my friends about your exceptional service and very fair pricing!

5 /5 Charles Kroblen: I like the online appointment process and the detailed information about not only the issue I had with my truck, but other potential issues that may need to be addressed with photos and suggestions. My truck is back to driving like its supposed to, and I appreciate having a 36 month warranty on the work performed. Ill probably go back to them for future work on my truck.
