5 /5 Bob Morgan: I needed the starter replaced on my Jeep. I called Pro Tech on Thursday, left a message and was contacted later on in the day. They gave me a quote for the work which I thought was very reasonable. They set an appointment time for the next day and arrived about 30 minutes early. The repair took about 45 minutes, I paid them(two nice guys) and they left. Very well pleased and will use them again!!

Miguel and his associate came to my home at the exact time agreed upon. They did a fabulous job and had my car running in no time. I WILL use ProTech if I need any repairs in the future. 5 /5 Ashley Mason: I have to give ProTech 5 stars. The service was extraordinary. I requested for service and got an appointment the very next day. Marcus was my technician. I had forgot to mention that I needed an additional part for the repairs to be made to my car. Marcus didnt seem upset at all. It was almost 6pm. Marcus kindly drove almost 20 minutes away in traffic to get the part and still came back to work on my vehicle in the same day. He did an phenomenal job on my vehicle. I was having a misfire because of a leaking valve gasket. Marcus replaced the valve cover, gasket, 4 spark plugs, and ignition coil in less than 2 hrs. My engine light is no longer on and my car is driving smoothly. Marcus also recommended some tips on keeping my vehicle maintained. I am so glad that I received service from them. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of car repairs. Their prices also are so great. Thanks Marcus for your service. You were very professional and an expert on your service.
