5 /5 Heidi Hayward: The furnace in our brand new rv was not working. The fan would blow but we had no heat inside the trailer. Alan discovered that the floor knockout plate was not cut out so that the air could flow through the vents. Manufacture error..That could have easily caused a fire..Alan is very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He had it repaired in no time. Great customer service! Highly recommend Alan.
