5 /5 Geoff Gill: Just picked up my 1993 Crown Victoria after the original R12 compressor seized. the Sims lead tech & team did an incredible job. New conversion kit to include compressor, drier, condenser, recharge, etc to R134 spec. All with an incredible 2-day turn around. Thank you ! a few years ago also did a great job on new thermostat / flush / fill on the same car.

5 /5 Tina Parsons: From start to finish, it was amazing service. Matt and I spoke. I explained my situation and that I was 6th generation mechanic and my son was 7th. I knew what was wrong, but I just didnt have the equipment to fix it. With that being said, they did do an inspection on it all just in case. I told them I trusted what they found and would fix whatever. They did not try to add more than what was needed. Which I was very happy with. Matt was wonderful and had an estimate for me the same day. They worked with me on when I could get my truck in, and it was finished when I was told it would be. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and kind. I would recommend them to everyone I could! It is very hard in these times to find an honest business, and they DEFINITELY are! Thank you for all your help and getting my truck back up and running correctly!

5 /5 Banks: My radiator went out on my Jeep, I had it towed to Sims to be replaced, Matt communicated with me throughout the whole time my vehicle was there. The price was fair, they are 100% honest and respectful and reliable. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.
