5 /5 Katherine White: I was very sad to have to leave my last mechanic due to a move, and chose this team due to their proximity and customer satisfaction. Still, I was nervous when it came time to bring in my cars. From start to finish, front to back of the shop, I could not have had a better experience. Every interaction was friendly, thorough, and professional. Trista is a gem who helped the day run so smoothly. The real cherry on top was when I got to speak with Mike during pick up after the test drive. We have an old car that we are trying to just get another year or two out of, so of course it does not run perfectly. Mike identified some likely problems to make me aware, and gave me some idea of what to expect with longevity of the car. He did so in a way that was knowledgeable without being pushy, ending the conversation with explaining how we can fix everything or nurse things along. Being listened to and given a true spectrum of care has been rare in my experience, and I appreciated it from the bottom of my heart. I could not recommend this team more!

5 /5 annette t: SM Autoworx recently did a pre-purchase inspection on a car my niece was considering. I went with her to get the inspection and I was so impressed with everything about this business! The employees were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the waiting area and office were super clean and organized! If the business pays that much attention to those first impressions then I know they will take good car of my car! I wish I lived closer to Marietta so SM Autoworx could be my regular car repair shop!

5 /5 Karianna Dellenback: The honesty & integrity that they showed me today was like nothing I’ve ever experienced…& I will forever take my vehicles there. I was told by a different mechanic that my Audi needed to have the control arms replaced prior to having the alignment done or that it would just continue to mess up. It was going to be pretty pricey, but so was continuing to replace the 2 back tires every few months. When they got the Audi in the shop & up on their racks, they started to question what I had been told. After further investigation, they concluded that the control arms did not need to be replaced, at all, & in fact, it just needed the alignment done…costing me 1/3 of what was originally quoted. They definitely could have done the work & I would have never known it didn’t need to be done. Not only are they getting the 2 new tires (not the ones I recently replaced), but I will now be driving 30+ minutes to get the oil changed…b/c I trust & respect them that much! **I will also be sending any & every one I can their way!!!

5 /5 Melissa Goodman: SM Autoworks has been one of the best decisions for me and my family. What we drive, what our kids, family, & friends drive, are all carrying precious cargo. We needed a safe, reliable, trustworthy, and cost efficient, auto place, and we found it for you! I sent my newly licensed teenage daughter there with no worries of them over charging or manipulating any services. Trista at the front office is not only knowledgeable and will happily answer all your questions but she does it with a great attitude. I can’t thank SM Autoworx enough!
