5 /5 K Hope Meeks-Sherrod: Joni Rice works at Today and is hands down the best cosmetologist I have had the pleasure of meeting. Im not very good at expressing myself and what I want when it comes to my hair. Yet, somehow she knows what I want. I trust her completely, as my cosmetologist, confidant and most important of all, my friend.
She is calm and calming when all hell is going on around her. I told her that I would be following her where ever she went, if she so chooses to go elsewhere for any reason.
