5 /5 Lana Haines: I took my 2017 VW to Barb City because my A/C wasnt working for the the third summer and it was really hot. It was easy to get an appointment and I was able to take advantage of a free A/C check and also get 10% off the cost. John explained every step of what they checked, what they could fix, and figured the problem was the compressor. Although I had to leave the car overnight while they got the part, it was fixed by noon the next day! They were friendly, helpful, and direct, and I appreciated them explaining everything. The cost was very reasonable compared to the service I used previously. I will continue to take my VW there.

If its a tire repair, exhaust work or any other repair my car might need, I trust John, Bobby and the crew at Barb City Automotive to fix it right. They are always friendly and actually look happy to see me. I cant ask for more from an auto repair facility. Dont hesitate to give them a try !!

5 /5 Scott Wizceb: Brought my 2016 Jetta in to investigate a brake warning light tripping. The diagnosis was thorough and clearly explained to me. Ended up having front pads and rotors replaced and price was fair and reasonable - slightly lower than what dealer had quoted previously. Work was done quickly with great and professional communication along the way. Would recommend 100% and will work with them for any future needs!

5 /5 Noah: Great people. Went there because I heard something rattling under my car at higher speeds, they diagnosed it for free and sent me on my way. There’s not too many auto shops that will diagnose something for free. All of the staff were also very friendly and nice. I regret not taking my older car I sold, here. I’m sure the repair bill would have been cheaper here than the scam mechanic (arndt.) Honestly, taking my cars here in the future for repairs and diagnosis. The only thing I dislike even though it’s completely understandable, is that you can’t supply your own parts. But overall, highly recommend this auto mechanic
