Gerber Collision & Glass - Belvidere (IL)

5 /5 Mike Mendelson: My car was hit in Rockford, IL. and my car was towed by chance to Gerber Collision And Glass in Belvidere. I was not from that area and very unsure as to what to do. Margie and Spencer at Gerber were amazing! When I spoke to Spencer he told me not to worry. He called the tow truck, who gave me a ride to Gerber with my car. When I arrived Margie explained the process and said they would be in touch after accessing all the damage. During the repair process, Spencer would call and inform me of the process and what had to be done next. I NEVER had to call them for an update, Spencer always beat me to it. I licked my car up and I was like the accident never happened. Margie took car of one little issue that was due to an insurance approval. She got it taken care of immediately. The team there is great!

They were great about keeping me informed along the way while working with the other parties insurance and explaining in detail to me what they were going to do and the parts they were going to use. Front staff and mechanics that I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable. Vehicle was fixed in a timely and efficient manner and looks great! I will be a returning customer for sure!
