5 /5 Josh medley: While doing grounds maintenance for a nursing home in Metropolis, I shattered a glass door weed eating on a Friday afternoon. I temporarily fixed it as I was leaving for vacation. I called the following Monday morning to every business I found online in Western Kentucky that would repair doors. I had several that said they would be out to give an estimate on repairs, and never showed up. But most said they were 4-6 months out for any repairs as they were consumed with storm damage repairs. Upon my return I got online and started looking for someone in southern Illinois or Missouri and Found the Glass Doctor out of Vienna and Harrisburg. The receptionist was extremely helpful. I didnt know if I was going to do the repair on my own or let one of their techs do it. As I needed it repaired as soon as possible. She found the glass I needed, and had a tech out within a few hours for replacement. My bill was about half of what I anticipated. The tech allowed me to watch and showed me exactly how to make the repair if I needed to in the future. I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks, and they will be my first call in the future.
