He went above and beyond and most importantly didnt make me feel stupid or treat me like an idiot just because Im a woman. Sadly, thats a rarity in the automotive industry. 5 stars is not enough. 5 /5 shara cass: PLEASE GO HERE!! I cannot say enough good things about this man. I was on my way back home to Wisconsin when I suddenly went into limp mode on the highway. It was 6pm and every place was about to close. Called Firestone and they were gonna charge me $470. Dale was willing to take me in and was very helpful. What I thought was wrong with my car was not the actual issue and he got me back on the road home in less than an hour and a much more affordable price!
