5 /5 Jerimiah Febus: I had an amazing experience at the Jiffy Lube in Sycamore. When I had a problem with my vehicle, they came to my house and assess the problem. Stephanie, one of the workers there. Always kept me in the loop when my vehicle was being repaired and when the work was completed. Everyone there was very transparent about everything. They even gave me a discount. Since I’ve been going to them for a while now. They gave me coolant for my vehicle. Just in case something happens in the future. I will always recommend this location. They are willing to help any customer in need. If you need an oil change or anything else that needs to be fixed on your car. I will definitely recommend this location for sure.

The team did a great job and used proper bay calls which always makes me feel more comfortable since I know the procedures. I will definitely be making this my new location for service. Gave me a lot of advice on some things that I needed to swap out or look at for making sure my car was in good shape and were friendly in explaining some options and suggestions. I hope to work with them again in the future.
