5 /5 Kip Phillips: I want to give a big shout out to Marks Auto Service for achieving the pillar of excellence! Earlier this week I had to have my car jumped to get it to Marks. I thought for sure I was going to need a new battery because mine has died twice now in the past few months and I explained that to them. Their team is great to work with. They so easily could have taken advantage of me but instead checked my battery and alternator and said that these tested out fine. It was probably from having the radio on while the car wasn’t running. To top it off, they didn’t even charge me anything. Thanks to all of you for your valued service!
