5 /5 Kent Britton: In one word - outstanding. It’s nice to know that “honesty” still means something. I brought my son here to have work done on his 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer. Autozone had diagnosed the problem as an issue with the starter. My college student purchased a starter on his own as Autozone wanted to charge more than double what he paid. I had done prep work on his behalf and read great reviews concerning Morelo’s Auto. Marisol at the front desk had given me an estimate and it was a matter of bringing the car in. We did that on Monday and another very helpful young lady took his information. He missed the call while he was at work but we went back only to learn, it wasn’t the starter but a battery post, which they placed. This resulted in a nice savings for him and resolved the issue. I was blown away by the honesty and not trying to take advantage of the customer, who is this instance is 20 years old. Morelo’s Auto made a believer of me and new customers for both of us. I highly recommend this shop and their service.
