4 /5 Layne Barbee: I am a returning client and have always enjoyed my experience, service and price from Norris Tire. The ladies at the front desk were excellent and helpful. The price I was quoted was less than what I had to pay, not sure why. My only suggestion to make the experience better is the tires/rims should be washed or wiped off before returning the clients car. Mine were terribly dirty with the tire sealer all over the tires and rims.

5 /5 Jesse: Ricky came out and took a ride with me to verify that he was hearing the same noise that I was telling him about. He was really great in the way he explained the repairs needed. Too technical for me. Sometimes it’s the small stuff.

5 /5 Matthew Mortenson: Id never been to Norris Tire. A good friend of mine has been going there for years. I had a tire going flat & Norris is near where I was working. A coworker suggested them, also. It was a Monday morning, around 8:30am. They were able to check my tire within about an hour. Unfortunately, it couldnt be repaired, but I was able to get a new tire put on my car right then. (I actually put 2 new tires on the front to keep them the same.) Tires are not cheap (is anything??), but I was very grateful that they could take care of my tire needs as a walk-in on a Monday morning in a timely manner. Good customer service, also. Very understanding & courteous. I would certainly recommend their service. 6/30/25
