5 /5 Brandon Turner: Took my truck in to get it detailed and the truck looked great. However as I left the facility after picking up my truck in the evening I found my turn signal lever hanging by the wires. No employees notified me my truck was damaged while it was detailed. Had to have my wife follow me home to signal my turns.
Edit #1: talked to manager and we were able to get the signal working again but not repaired. He vowed to make it right and is working to get my truck into a garage to have the part repaired. Chris was excellent and was upset I didnt have a good experience. Will update rating further pending repairs being completed.
Edit #2: Chris from the pro wash was able to coordinate getting me into Class Automotive across the street from the car wash. Paul at Class Automotive was fantastic and a great local shop. Chris covered costs of repairs and it didnt cost me a dime besides fuel to get there. 10/10 would take my truck back to Rt 6 Pro Wash and Class Automotive again for repeat service.
