I am so happy that I selected TAXCO Auto Body Shop located 1000 Lowe Ave in Waukegan, IL to have my 2019 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE repaired at his shop. 5 /5 Brandy 101ish: Absolutely Superfluous !!! Phillipe did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle to a showroom ready state after it was involved in an accident leaving it with frontal damage after being reversed into. He was able to take my car that was not able to be driven in with the parts disconnected and repair it to complete working order and stunning cosmetic field of vision. He was very communicative during the entire process of repairing my vehicle and letting me know the expectation for time frames and informing me of my car being ready a day before it’s expected repair date was a big weight off of my shoulder. I appreciated how great the customer service and flexibility in scheduling a repair with him was and I would highly recommend bringing any vehicle here for cosmetic and mechanical/electrical automotive repairs as his pricing is extremely fair and affordable as well as extremely high quality and fast work. I won’t be taking my vehicle elsewhere after seeing how passionate and committed he is to his work and willingness to repair or assist in anything that isn’t to one’s liking on the work he’s done without any issue or hassle as long as you inform him. Nothing has happened with my car since he’s repaired it and I am so grateful to have found out about him through the reference and of a family member and highly recommend coming here for car repairs !!!
