5 /5 Brianna Hubble: My car broke down on the interstate during a road trip, at 4pm on a Friday. I chose the first mechanic that popped up when asked where to be towed. I’m so glad I did. Justin and Patty were absolutely amazing to us. They stayed open late to check the car, knowing we were far from home. Patty drove my son and I to the next town to get a rental car while Justin allowed my sister and her young son to stay at the shop. They had my car done by noon on Monday. Justin suggested I test drive it before paying, most mechanics just let you pay and leave so I greatly appreciated this. They were so amazing to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and reasonable mechanic. If I didn’t live so far from Greenville I would be taking all of my business to Volkers from here on out.
