He examined my tire and it was fixed soon after. The service was prompt and very friendly. The staff was professional. Even though it was late they never rushed or seemed bothered. 5 /5 Karen LaScala: On vacation at Great Wolf Lodge and arrived with a flat tire. On Sunday morning I called Firestone for help. jay answered the phone and said he could look at the tire right away. I arrived 10 minutes later and he looked at the tire right away. I needed a new tire. He was away to change the tire within in a hour. I truly appreciated Jay’s customer service. Now I can go back to enjoying my vacation. Thank you Jay!!!!!

5 /5 Ryan Edwards: One of the most unbelievably wonderful experiences I have ever had with any auto shop ever. The gentleman named Jay and Josh went above and beyond to help me and my family get back on the road. Long story short we are traveling and had a major issue that these guys quickly diagnosed and acted even on a Sunday afternoon when closing time was approaching. They sacrificed their time to make something incredible happen and truly is remarkable. These men did not have to do what they did to help us get back home 500 miles away but they did and we are more than appreciative.
