5 /5 Angelia A: Hakan is a genius!! I had major repair work done on my Jaguar XF diesel engine, $7.7k worth. It took Paretti JLR of New Orleans 3 months to complete. I complained repeatedly to both the NO and BR location that something wasnt right. Finally the BR location said it was my DPF that needed to be replaced and it was not under warranty. This would be $6,800. From the first phone call Hakan knew things werent adding up. He was right. In the initial repair a gasket was installed incorrectly causing a restriction and clogged DPF. The repair was done at a fraction of that $6800. He explained everything throughly. He even called the next day to check on things... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

His prices are fair and he consistently has a quick turnaround for repairs, depending on if parts have to be shipped or not.
