He took the time to explain the problem with my auto and when the work was done, he explained the repair work to me. I am new in town and had only dealt with one auto shop exclusively (Cazenave Motor Company) and was nervous about going anywhere else. After meeting Beau and experiencing the care and workmanship of Patriot Automotive , I then told Beau- “My car and I have found a new home!”

They were in constant communication, shared pictures of the parts, and happily answered all the questions we had over the phone. The problems we have had for over 6 months were resolved in less than 2 days and at the best price possible. Customer service was top notch! Shout out to Beau. We will definitely use them again!

5 /5 Andrea Luneau: They are always great at communicating with their customers. Efficient with their work and dont give you the run around about problems with your car. Honesty is a big deal to me, they are trustworthy which is hard to find in ascension parish.
