rWendy Liu Dr. Jiang is really a unique and good doctor worthy of everyones trust. This is because except for children who cannot speak yet, or those who have grown up, everyone knows where their own weaknesses are. For example, some people have a bad heart since they were young, and some people have a bad stomach. For example, some people have had asthma since they were young. OK, my symptom is that no matter how stuffy or hot it is in the summer, you must never turn on the air conditioner at home. If you dare to go shopping or go to the supermarket to buy food, then if the air conditioner is turned on very loudly in the supermarket or shopping mall, I will not go in and just turn around and leave. So I am aware of my own symptoms. Why should I say this? So here is the point. I have been in the United States for almost 20 years, so some time ago In the summer, I was tired and hot from working at home, so I turned on the air conditioner in order to cool down. I turned it off within ten minutes. In such a short time, my disease spread all over my body. I had large, flat red envelopes on my face, neck, and even in my ears. I wanted to say it was over this time, because when I was in the mainland, I had a doctor to treat me. In the United States, I didn’t even know the name of the disease. How to treat it? I only recovered by infusion in the mainland. At that time, I went to see Dr. Jiang. The doctor prescribed oral medicine for me for three days. To be honest, I was not very satisfied at the time. I asked for an infusion. Dr. Jiang said calmly, just take the medicine first and don’t think about other things. Then it will be a miracle if I go home and take the medicine on time. It only took a day and a half to take it and it started to heal. I couldnt even speak at that time. He was really a miracle doctor and it was really touching. Since then, I have identified Dr. Jiang, so I would like to say here again that Dr. Jiang has worked hard. Thank you, thank you.

Yannis K I have been going to this practice for 15 yrs now. The last few years I have been treated by Dr. Lassale and I have been very happy with him. The quality of the practice itself, however, has taken a deep dive south due to poor customer care, and the admin staff. Long waits, front desk employees that cannot even figure out how to find copay amounts and can have you wait 30+ mins before you are checked in. If your time is valuable to you, if customer care is important to you, I’d suggest looking for alternatives - which is what I am doing.

Through the use of the femtosecond laser, Dr. Jue performed a beautiful surgery with zero complications. Dr. Jue was also successful in treating my mothers glaucoma through surgery, thus eliminating the need for nightly eye drops. lee l Strongly recommend Dr. Ho. I just did a uterine fibroids exfoliation surgery in downtown hospital. Only he could say yes to let me keep my uterus . I had 5 fibroids in the uterus and the biggest one size 7.8×8×4.6. He respected my opinion and giving me all support information . I had seen 5 gynecology doctors before I met Dr ho. No one likes him to treat patient seriously , he is a expert in surgery but he is not good at talking . Good doctor!

Anne Tjaldal I highly recommend Dr. Ho. He performed an endometrial biopsy and uterine polyp removal on me. The surgery went well with no problems or discomfort. Before and after the surgery, Dr. Ho explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Dr. Ho is an excellent doctor and an excellent surgeon. He is a very caring doctor who is very concerned about his patients and he is very easy to talk to.

Cristina Vergano I cannot recommend Dr Ho more highly. He is is a master, and has an incredibly light hand. I had a laparoscopic abdominal operation, under total anaesthesia, and walked out of Downtown Hospital that same day, feeling pretty good. The next day I expected pain, or at least soreness, but FELT NO PAIN AT ALL. Also, I had no swelling or discomfort. I didnt even pick up my prescription pain killers, as I did not need them. I went out the next day (moving cautiously, of course) and within a few days I felt entirely like my normal self, with my usual level of energy. It has been an unbelievably positive experience, and I am so grateful to Dr Ho. You truly could not put yourself in better hands.

Karen East Following hip surgery at CVPH, I chose Etown hospital for rehab. The nursing staff was kind and caring and answered my many questions! Physical and Occupational Therapy staffs were wonderful in guiding me through the rigors of getting back on my feet at just the right pace. The food was super, I enjoyed everything that was served to me! Housekeepng staff was thoughtful and helpful and kept the place sparkling. Scott Greifenberger Very hard to use there system. If you call for a Doctor or service you get balance around from one location to others. The system doesnt work so that anyone can help you directly. They make you call the Dr. office where he might be working on the day of your call. Some of the Drs. Dont work directly for them but have a "clinic" with them. My problem is that I have arthritis thru my body. It take 1 to 2 months to see someone. I went to see one of there Othopedic Dr for my shoulder. The first time I went they took ex-rays and told me that I had no cartridge left. But because 3 months earlier that I could not operate on yet. I was able to get a shot of cortisone which would last about 3 months. Several months later when pain was too much and effecting my sleep.I went last week for a shot But was told that for insurance purpose I had to ex-ray. I spent two hourz thereand was told that I needed a replacement tried from being th e for so long the Dr. And forgot about the shot . Tried today to correct this I was told I will have to wait another to months to See the Dr. I guess tha t its better to drive 300 miles to NYC for HSS then trying to get service here.

Annie McGill I had a great experience at the Fulton Urgent Care. I came in on a Sunday morning around 10. The front desk staff were very helpful with getting me checked in and I only waited around 10-15 minutes before being seen. The PA and physician were both incredibly helpful and were able to get me a diagnosis and antibiotics all within a 15 minute appointment. I will definitely come back for any other urgent care needs.

sisi amara If I could give negative stars I would. The worst, most unempathetic, most dismissive, urgent care facility Ive ever been to. They do NOT care about you at ALL. I was in the most pain Ive felt, called the ER at first and they told me Urgent Care would be sufficient so I went to City MD Fulton. They did not care about my situation at all while I was in agony trying not to cry because they were annoyed because they were almost closing (i get it ur closing soon but if someone’s in pain and this is the nearest urgent care that’s still open what was i supposed to do). I dont even have the words to describe how rude everyone was. If you dont truly care about people, why are you in this field? Honestly thank god I left and didn’t get treated by them anyways because they truly do not care at all how horrible u are feel. Only one nurse showed a BIT of empathy. U are dealing with SICK vulnerable patients, please learn how to have some empathy. I hope when one of the employees get sick they deal with staff like themselves so they know how it feels. Words can’t describe how awful they were and how horribly they dealt with it, also didn’t even think to give me painkillers or anything just made me leave while i was bleeding lol ok. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My review was left 4 months ago Their reply was today Nov 21, 2023 Drs Office - "multiple misleading and false claims" Replies by Accusing their Patient is a Liar! I WAS THERE IN PERSON & wrote what I seen & experienced! Drs Office - "The bathroom is the appropriate place for patients to collect urine samples." nothing was mentioned whether the bathroom is or is not an appropriate place to collect any samples! Drs Office - "It is the responsibility of all adults to maintain their personal hygiene." Meaning the office doesnt care for their patients hygiene, cause we are all adults. masks were required at the time of the review. would seem right if the office would sanitize things shared (especially the bathroom key) with all patients throughout the day. make matters worse to hear this office say Drs Office - "However, we regularly sanitize the keys, exam tables, chairs at the end of each day. " THATS ONCE A DAY! ONCE A DAY with sick patients coming in and out of the office. ONCE A DAY!! Drs Office - "we regularly sanitize at the end of each day" ONCE A DAY!! instead of after EACH PATIENT! My point exactly!!! With that said from the office, probably thats how often they change their gloves as well. However the Doctor walks in with no gloves on and puts on a fresh pair right before He interacts with me. So "gloves are addressed to the staff that draws blood and give shots. They are the guilty ladies that doesnt have a habit of changing gloves! Hopefully this is how you (the person wiring this review) think and feel & not the Doctor! YOU should just reply to my review with this 1 sentence "It is the responsibility of all adults to maintain their personal hygiene." Clears everything and gives a clear reason why staff do what they do. Not change gloves with each patient if patients catch anything from this office and gets sick - "It is the responsibility of all adults to maintain their personal hygiene" Drs Office - "Anyone who has been to our office would have observed that there are medical grade gloves of varying sizes in each examination room for patients and staff to use." Again nothing was mentioned whether the gloves are or are not in each room. Stop trying to defend the office of what wasnt mentioned. Yes they are there for staff to use, Does "Anyone" include me for that day of visit? Cause i observed the staff walking patients out with gloves on and reentered the examination room with the same gloves on! She did the same when I was CALLED! Does your staff replace gloves in between this interaction? from where the staff walks in the patient and into the very first room literally 2 steps away.. are you saying theres an invisible sink or the staff is that quick.. hands are washed, gloves are changed within those 2 steps!!!??? also this review was met for that visit and that day! From when I signed in to getting called in by a staff to leave the office. Dont call Me a Liar by claiming what I saw an experience was false. Drs Office - "Your statement about our staff’s glove use is false. Just because you did not see a staff member change gloves in front of you does not mean s/he did not wash their hands and put on fresh pairs between patients." This also doesnt prove they did! Secondly I AM A PATIENT She walked out called me in with gloves already on and when we were in the room there is no hand washing, there is no replacing gloves during that process. Does Your "Just because you did not see blah blah reply to YOU as well. Stop being so defensive, dont need to admit anything. Just stop denying and accusing me of what I saw, observed & experienced that day. instead use this or any reviews to improve, to educated staff members. Deborah Stewart I had a very positive experience at NY Pres Lower Manhattan ER yesterday. I barely had to wait. Everyone on staff was very kind. They tended to my knee injury right away. The doctors on staff recommended that in addition to an xray they would like me to have an ultrasound as well to rule out a blood clot. They apologized to me for any waiting time - but I barely had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for anything. I noticed that they were kind to all the patients there regardless of ethnicity, age or gender. They have automatic translation machine services; it was amazing to observe their efficiency. Glad to know it’s there!!

Shirley Vaval The nurses on the medical surgical unit are awful. They dont follow aseptic technique and dont cap their IV tubing correctly. The IV tubings arent dated either once an antibiotic is hung. I guess what they learned in nursing school doesnt apply here. They left my mom in her bed with soiled linens instead of changing it. When I asked for supplies to change the linens myself, I was met with attitude and told that they are "very busy today". However, I found a handful of nurses hanging out at the nurses station. So much for being "busy" right. The only reason why I am giving this facility 2 stars is because the doctors, PAs, and social workers are superb. They kept me updated on the plan of care for my mother.

S S This review is for labor and delivery. 5 stars for the staff and team. 2 stars off for no nursery center and then you get a bill for $8,000 per day for nursery room. If you are first time parents and need time to recover from giving birth, I recommend you to pick another hospital with a nursery center.

Bibiane Charles My brother just got there a week ago and found out he has a yeast infection on the groin. When I went there, where they said he had that infection is so dirty. I saw dried stool and it looks like they have not washed him since he got there. You have nurses who dont come to the room I have to go to the nursing station to find out who have him. Hes on isolation theres no bins or a specific hamper for soiled linens. So much to say already and hes only been there for a week. I just cant. Only God can help him.

Larry Bonds Knowing now what I didnt know then. I would not bring my wife to this facility. It took 2 weeks for them to undo all the progress we had attain at NYU. My wife is now a trembling, bleeding , disoriented mess. Everyone, from the doctor who gave the order to keep her off the ventilator for 4 nites to the nurses who......knowing my wife is disoriented and unable to communicate that she need the bed pan or have already gone...they come in the room to check on her...none no not one of them has the decency or the mind to check and she if she went. As Im writing this review..we got 2 hours waiting on a nurse to clean her up...Dont come over here if you can help it....every time my wife cough she bringing blood in her Trac tube...not one nurse has done anything in terms of cleaning it. Dont bring your loved one over here...

Jaime My mother was at Care One for a little over a month following a hospital stay. Care One claims to be empathetic and caring on their website yet they were the exact opposite. I normally don’t leave negative reviews but the care was so bad I have to. My mother’s health and condition deteriorated upon admittance to care one. Staff barely come to check on you yet they are always in the hallway gossiping and laughing. They look annoyed when you ask for something. My mother had sepsis following a UTI while there. They never called myself nor my sister to tell us she had UTI or sepsis. My mother was using a catheter and diapers and unable to use the bathroom. I went to visit her and she was sitting in a pool of diarrhea. I told the nurse who told me she was waiting for someone to help her. A total of 35-40 minutes passed and my mom was still sitting in her diarrhea. This was the day I found out she had a current UTI. You would think they would want to prevent it from getting worse but no they don’t really care. I then found out after the fact that my mother had sepsis. No one cared to tell us that yet everytime I call nurses station for an update they tell me she is doing fine. I had to almost flip out to get my mother changed that day she was sitting in her poop. After my sister visited a few days later and the nurse that just came on shift said she doesn’t know why my mother is sitting in a soiled gown. The shift before didn’t notice apparently. My mother kept telling us please get me out of here nobody comes to check on me. She ended up in ICU after die to low sodium levels and she advocated to stay in the ICU just to avoid returning to care one. A respiratory therapist looked annoyed when my mom asked to be suctioned. My mom had a trach and ventilator at one point. My sister told the resp therapist that my mom has been through a lot after her car accident and she just wants to go home(my mother was hit by a drunk driver and parlayed as a result) you would think the therapist would have some empathy but she responded “I’m tired I want to go home too” well the difference is you can use your legs and get to go home when your shift is over. I emailed the director to ask what will be done to prevent further infections and he directed me to call two doctors. I left messages for each and neither doctor called me back. Then I sent a follow up email to him and he never responded. When I toured nursing homes for my mom to get transferred to, they told me that all the patients they get from care one have the same complaints. Care one should be called Care None. God forbid you walk out of the room with your gown they are quick to rush you back in the room because they don’t want to spread infection, they just want the infection to stay within the room. I don’t care to speak with anyone from there as they didn’t care to speak to me when I was asking for help and progress updates. This facility is supposed to get you better and it did the exact opposite. My mother is now in a nursing home and looks ten times better. My mother was never once cleaned at care one and she has had her first shower in three months. You can see the difference

just me Worst place ever. Careless nurses and staff never have supplies available. Take a very long time to assist patients. I dont think this place should be open its unfair what they do to the patients and family remember. They never introduce themselves even doctors You cant never speak to the drs. The social worker no helpful. Nurses dont display their name tag. My husband got there in good condition and unfortunately end up in the icu he is in a better hospital. Family members please unless you have the time to bed with your love ones dont take them there that place kills people. Thank God my husband is out of that place. I could name many things done wrong but Ill do it at the right place.

SilentNightSnip3 This is a horrible place they have committed nursing home abuse and neglect against my mother which contributed to her death and I somehow had to wait 3 days to get her medical records when that could have been printed out instantly in that 3 days they had enough time to alter information and the sad thing is ever lawyer is afraid to go after them like they are some powerful people and can’t be touched. Don’t not bring your loved ones here bring them to some place that’s is much better

The nursing team is kind, always ensuring that he is comfortable and well-cared for. The administrative staff handled all our concerns promptly and efficiently. I cant thank them enough for their exceptional service.

Holly Allen This place is filthy.. especially the bathroom in the shower area. i stayed for a month and couldnt wait to leave threadbare sheets, no climate cintrol, soiled linins left on the floor they do the bare minimum

Michael Violette I am giving 4 stars because we had a little issue in the beginning of my mother’s stay and it was fixed pretty well. Today, my mom got to go home. This place I feel performed a miracle because in 3-4 weeks my mother was unable to walk and today she walked out without the use of a walker. The work staff are amazing and when we brought things up, they took care of them. Thanks to Rose, and the other ladies and gentlemen that took care of my mother. We are extremely happy with the results!!

Nicholas DeBlasi Jr I first came to Dr Braverman thinking i was totally heathy, just a little overweight in May 2017. When I first met Dr Braverman, I was a little taken back by his "strong personality", but, I was able to see past that and I have to say that I feel that he is a brilliant man. I am proud to say that I came to his office weighing 227 Lbs & now 1 1/2 years later I am maintaining my weight at 188 Lbs! I am so impressed with him, I have trusted him with the healthcare of my wife, my father, my brother-in-law, my sister-in-law and my close friends. I tell everyone that if you can look past his "strong personality" then you will really see how brilliant Dr Braverman is! Madelin Smith Dr. Braverman is certainly not your average doctor. That said, his level of analysis is unparalleled and thorough. One of the things I search for in a doctor is a level of knowledge that inspires trust and confidence. While one may occasionally encounter a brusque bedside manner, I believe his level of intellect makes up for, if not explains this. For many years I have seen doctors who told me things I already knew. Braverman on the other hand studies patients at multiple levels and does his best to educate them. This can sometimes feel like tough love, but he usually tells me the things I need to hear, not the things I want to hear.

Jerilyn Deveau I first became acquainted with PATH Medical via Dr. Bravermans Sunday evening radio broadcasts on WOR710AM sometime during the first months of 2004. Steven DiNardi In mid - November i was suffering from the onset of a gout attack in my right toe joint during work hours. I sent a text to Dr Braverman (yes, you can text him) Immediately, he returned the call , diagnosed and transferred me to one of his wonderful assistance at PATH Medical. Lisa proceeded to call my pharmacy with a script that was filled and waiting for me when I arrived. It has been over a month with no signs of relapse. jamie li The receptionist Maggie was very rude. I called on Monday for an appointment to see a doctor on Saturday. The receptionist told me to come at 9:00am. I drove an hour and arrived at 9:07am. The minute I stepped in the clinic, the receptionist Maggie told me they cannot take anymore patients and told me to leave. I waited for a whole week and drove an hour to get here because I was told I can come in at 9:00 and wait for the doctor. Now I was told to leave. This is ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager and told that they don’t have a manager. I asked to speak to the doctor they sold me to call the phone line. I asked them I am physically in the clinic why do I have to call the phone line to speak to higher up or the doctor. She refused to do anything just told me to leave. Very unprofessional.. I saw this doctor many years and my sisters as well.. very disappointed.. I hope the manager sees this and train their staff to be more professional.

Kaitlyn Arthur It’s absolutely unacceptable to schedule intake appointments, and on the day of the appointment the patient finds out all intakes had been canceled and was given no notice. Cancelling without notice to the emotionally unstable and mentally ill is incredibly dangerous. Shame on you, you’re going to get someone hurt.

Aminata Siby Please avoid this office! Recently had an annual PCP visit, which has probably been the worst in all my life. I used to see Dr. Hashemi who was amazing but no longer works there and switched to Dr. Eldik. I requested specific testing to be done the day of my annual visit to Dr. Eldik and the nurse, and they both repeated what I wanted done verbatim. I waited for my results for over a week, messaged the Doctor and she responds by saying that they never completed those tests and I would have to come back another day to do the labs. They completely ignored my requests, although they said they would complete them and just never did, even though it was written in my visit summary! SMH. In the same visit she prescribed me medication and confirmed my pharmacy but sent it to a different pharmacist 3 times! Clearly they do not listen here and dont take matters seriously. Please avoid if you can, youll find a better team elsewhere.

Ruth Wang The front desk was abysmal. I walked in and saw these eight women lying on sofas doing nothing and they told me there was no appointment today. Even though I hadn’t received any cancellation email or text. In fact I received a CONFIRMATION text the day before. They interrogated me if I have checked their website right before coming in, like that’s what you are supposed to do before an appointment? I didn’t expect apologies from these lovely individuals but I didn’t expect one of them to laugh at me in my face either. Truly unbelievable.
