5 /5 Deborah Stewart: I had a very positive experience at NY Pres Lower Manhattan ER yesterday. I barely had to wait. Everyone on staff was very kind. They tended to my knee injury right away. The doctors on staff recommended that in addition to an xray they would like me to have an ultrasound as well to rule out a blood clot. They apologized to me for any waiting time - but I barely had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for anything. I noticed that they were kind to all the patients there regardless of ethnicity, age or gender. They have automatic translation machine services; it was amazing to observe their efficiency. Glad to know it’s there!!

We observed all her interactions during the time my dad & I we’re in the ET and we were just wowed- she is so attentive & caring going as far as going to find a chair and blanked for a patients daughter that had no where to sit cause it was full.
