K Y Best nail salon! I’ve been getting gel manicure with complicated design every month nonstop since 2016 and been very picky about nail artists (cuz I’ve seen many good ones). So glad I found Serena at 10 piece nails! She preps my nails to the perfect shape and applies most delicate design possible. The retention has been amazingly that I play golf in my long nails with no problem - they just don’t break! The service here is also great that everyone is so friendly. Location is perfect. Having great experience here every time I come and couldn’t recommend more!

I’ve been going to her for a little over a year consistently- when I initially went to her my nails were brittle and breaking, now my nails are LONG AF! Ragnar Everwood have had many Russian Manicures across quite a few states. I have also been coming to Polished NYC for about 6 months now, and I have to say, they are my favorite. It doesnt matter which tech you get, they will give you stellar service (although special shout out to Melania and Anastasia!!) The quality of care is unmatched. I always leave with a smile on my face with gorgeous nails. Simply cannot recommend them enough!

Destiny Jenkins THIS NAIL SALON IS THE BEST!! Not only do they take the time to really discuss the service and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want, they are extremely polite with excellent customer service for just 2 women running the place!! I got a basic pedi and mani and it was done so well I will definitely return, located right on Lexington Ave, easy to get to and they just redid the entire place. Very clean, very shic, with a wide variety of colors to choose from. They even have my favorite chrome silver gel color which is so hard to find!!! Please come visit and they gave a heaven sent neck and shoulder massage, *chefs kiss* 10/10

Ela Garcia I normally don’t wear tips, but had to get them a few weeks ago at a different salon, because my nails were a complete disaster; thin, flaky, dry cuticles, and extremely short. When I walked into Forever Young earlier today, I thought my only option would be to get tips again since my own nails were still weak. However, Stefy did such an amazing job cleaning, treating and reshaping them that I had no need to put on tips again. I also got a massage, and it was a great experience as well! I walked out of there feeling refreshed from the massage and super delighted with my nails. Forever Young is my new nail place for sure.

I am so happy with my manicure! It came out exactly how I envisioned it when I asked for a French manicure with light blue tips. I got a dip powder manicure with gel tips. Would recommend coming here for a quality nail salon experience! Also, the space is beautiful.

Sam M. When I say Mira got me all the way together, I’m not exaggerating!! For months I’ve been contemplating a Russian manicure but was skeptical because I’ve gotten painful cuticle inflections after other nail shops have manipulated my very sensitive cuticles. Scrolling on IG Mira’s shop pops up. I tried my luck and she was so sweet and patient over the phone and was able to fit me in same day. I walked by the place because they’re on the second floor and there’s no good signs. So that’s one thing she can fix. Although it may not matter as you have to be buzzed in anyway. Mira was polite, welcoming and explained the process. Offered a beverage like coffee or water. She also made recommendations when asked. I didn’t feel like her suggestions were a money grab add on, they seemed genuine based on my description to her.

Nina Ag The best nail salon I’ve been to in nyc. I’ve been to many nail salons and kept searching and searching (I’ve been to Japanese nail Korean nail influencer nail salon etc) for the one that puts attention to details and finally found the one. The nail tech here really puts attention to detail and when they cut the cuticles with the drill it doesn’t hurt at all. They’re all super skilled. I’m very picky on my manicure and they did fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Kathy K Very friendly staffs. I have been to several "Russian manicure" places and have stayed with one nail tech for a while who unexpectedly left. Im so happy I found LAV nail studios - they are clean, neat, nice and do their best job Zoia did such an amazing job with my nails. She took enough time to remove the hard gel I had (did not feel any heat!), remove/clean all cuticles. I have never had anyone paying such an attention to details while applying the polish. I had the silky cateye done and I am in love!!! My nails look so clean and polished. Will definitely go back.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and even offered coffee and snacks—a lovely touch! Everything ran smoothly, with no delays. My appointment started right on time, and I loved that they scheduled my manicure and pedicure simultaneously. I was all done in just 2.5 hours! My nails look absolutely flawless. Despite having a very sensitive cuticle, nail artists were so gentle and precise—no pain at all. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be returning ❤️

Tee Taylor I’ve done my nails with multiple nail techs here but mostly Ivy, the salon manager. Firstly, I did notice over time that they cater only to white women, which seems to be their preferred clientele. Overall the employees look unhappy. You don’t get a warm greeting upon entering and the overall experience feels transactional. Ivy has always asked me to come way before my scheduled appointment time because their one hour slots are not enough time. You would think they’d stop booking clients this way. She’s also asked me to book with her coworkers instead, my only guess is to save her availability for more “important” guests. She once gave my appointment slot away to a walk in customer, assuming I was the one without an appointment. I’ve also noticed that they always rush the soak off process by aggressively filing your natural nails until they’re paper thin. During the service, if you ask them to fix or correct something, they become visibly annoyed or just flat out ignore you until you ask again. Another fact worth mentioning, is that the total at checkout has never been consistent even though Ive always gotten the same service(s) done. With that being said, my last visit with Ivy was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I made it clear that I was unhappy with the look (thick, lumpy texture, distorted shape) of my Gel X nails. Ivy admitted to applying “a lot” of layers of product which was extremely noticeable. I politely asked her to thin the layers out or fix the abnormal appearance but she refused. Instead she tried to blame it on several things, such as the chrome or the shape of the Gel-X, which I’d gotten countless times in the past. After she disregarded my concerns, I asked her to remove them because I was leaving town in the morning and would have to get them redone. She said she’d remove them but I’d still have to pay full price. It wasn’t until she saw that, regardless of her threat, I was still serious about removing her work, that she finally offered to fix the problem. After removing the 5 or 6 layers of polish and replacing it with just two coats, it turns out the problem wasn’t any of the reasons she mentioned. I didn’t end up with the nails I asked for but I was just glad they didn’t look ridiculous for my work trip in the morning. On all of my previous visits, I’d always tip a minimum of 20%, regardless of never truly feeling valued as a customer here. On this day at checkout, I noticed there was an even bigger difference (at least $25) in price, which they claimed was for the chrome I had removed. I accepted their reasoning but decided not to tip. In the past, I’d barely get a good bye from Ivy but when she noticed I didn’t leave a tip, she came over to the checkout counter and demanded one in cash in front of her employees. I told her I did not have cash and attempted to explain my reasons for not tipping. Instead of having a professional conversation with me as the leader of her staff, Ivy just cut me off and told me to find another salon. Which only further confirmed the red flags I noticed up until that point and my desire not to return.

HCTIW I went to get my nails done on a Tuesday and they had started to chip on Friday. The application process wasn’t done properly so that’s why the gel was coming off. I went back and asked them for a refund or for them to redo them at no cost to me. They agreed and I was very satisfied with the results. Five stars because I really appreciate the way they made things right. I love how it actually covers all the edges of the nail.

Ive also tried several salons in the city; however, after my first visit at Xcellent Nail Salon, I knew Id found my place. :) Ive been coming here for over a year now and my nails are ALWAYS perfect. I get dip manicures and the length of time they last without lifting deserves a medal. Truly. Not just that, but every technician is WONDERFUL. I know that whomever I see during my appointment, my nails will be perfect and beautiful. The only salon Ill go to. And the only salon I recommend.

Lauren I cannot say enough, good things about Aya Nails. I have had my nails done with multiple people at this location, and I have never been disappointed. The location is so clean everyone that works. There is very professional and very friendly. It is such a relaxing environment and the quality of work speaks for itself! Be mindful that they do have a very strict cancellation policy, but this is a reflection of their work ethic and their time and their clients time. They are very punctual and their work is meticulous!

This was a really great customer service response and I will be back! This has made me change my review from 2 to 5 stars. ————— I went yesterday, and my technician spent a large amount of time conversing with her colleague during my session. I wouldn’t normally mind this (I’ve been here before and know their quality is typically great), but this seemed to distract her because she ended up drilling so hard that three of my cuticle beds were bleeding (pics attached - dried blood is visible). I made her aware to this after she continued to drill for a few minutes - it didn’t appear that she had noticed, which concerned me. I mentioned that I needed her to stop drilling because I was in pain and needed antiseptic. Antiseptic was provided and she was ultimately able to complete the service, but the entire reaction was nonchalant, and no discount was offered at the end (which would have been a nice consolation to the experience). This isn’t something I would expect from a higher end salon like this. In addition, in the beginning of the appointment, she also scolded me for not coming frequently enough - I told her that was fair and that I understood. She continued to harp on my irresponsibility, to which I then reluctantly and quietly pointed out that I had recently gotten laid off and that money was an issue. She doubled down and asked the reason why I had let my nails grow so long - I had to then loudly say that money was prohibiting me from coming as frequently as I wanted. This was VERY awkward and unpleasant - I understand the importance of regular nail care, but please try to read the room and not shame your customers! They may have a legitimate reason other than just pure laziness. Again - this salon usually knocks it out of the park from a quality standpoint, but this experience was frustrating.

I always book with Gulya who does the most beautiful, perfect gel manicures — she never misses a detail and my nails are the longest and healthiest theyve ever been. The salon is also extremely clean (which is especially important to me) and the staff are very warm and welcoming. I cant say enough good things about this place!

Ann Merullo I’ve been getting dip manicures for 5 years and have never received one as bad as this. For a simple one color set with 3 tips it took 2.5 hours with two different techs and was 97 dollars. I also had to file them myself when I got home because the tips they put on were all significantly longer than my natural nails. They did not use a base or top powder (literally only the color) and also did not use a drill to smooth the dip or clean the cuticle after applying the color. When I returned to fix the first broken nail after it chipped while washing my hair the next morning they told me it was per technician preference. I have never been anywhere that a full system of base, color and top powders weren’t used. By that evening another chipped while opening my purse and again today another broke while using the TV remote. This is the worst set I’ve ever gotten. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I couldn’t even have them removed/refunded because they are closed Sunday and Monday. Just terrible.

Walked in and was greeted by the receptionist who offered a variety of drinks including wine & champagne. Marina was very sweet and explained the process to me as she did my manicure. I was nervous there would be some pain, but there wasnt any at all. My nails look sleek and the cuticles are clean. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely go back!

Hà Phương Vũ This is my nails after 3 weeks. Absolutely love this place. My nail tech (I believe her name is Young Ji) is very gentle and did a very great job. She made sure that I like the color and the shape before moving on. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my cuticle skin, she did a great job but it was still not the best for me. The salon was cleaned, all the tools they use were sanitized, which made me so impressed. The pedicure was okay, not too excellent. I guess the pedicurist was new, but they’re all so nice to me. I paid $50 for my manicure, $60 for pedicure, which I think pretty reasonable. Definitely have to go back if I have a chance

Julie Lee I had a bad allergic to something they used. The owner stopped replying to me. My gel nails also started chipping after 6 days. Was not worth the money. Also, it was very chaotic the day and time we came and it did not feel relaxing at all. In the beginning, we felt rushed and it wasnt very friendly at first. For spending nearly $200 including tips, I expected more and better quality than the cheaper nail salons I have been to.

Deepika Nagliya The service was good but the quality of gel nails was really really bad. It started chipping off in 3-4 days. When I got my nails done the they told me to come back in 10 days when it chips off but I was out of of town and went there after I got back but she refused to redo the chipped off ones bc she said its 13 days now. Im really disappointed because I feel like I paid so much and wasted money. Gel nails usually last atleast 3 weeks but this lasted like 3-4 days.

Persia Shokoohi I have just moved to the area, about 2 blocks from this location. My husband and I arrived last Monday at 3:30 pm or so. He received a gel mani/Pedi. His Pedi included matte polish. I received a gel Pedi, with your standard gel paint. And a Gel X fill in with one nail needing replacement. Pedis took approximately an hour and were, per the only options presented to us on the menu, about $70-$80 tax at the lowest expense tier. Fine. Its NYC. After the pedis, we are ushered to the normal spots where your standard hands business goes down. It is approximately 4:30. I already had a brand new Gel X nail set in place that was beautifully done at a reasonably priced nail salon in the Mayfair area of London. Near Four Seasons Park Lane. My nails had grown a small amount but not the dangerously long amount I typically gamble with waiting to address. Look at my review history. it is important for me to draw your attention to a few things: A) I shared the slam dunk review from my first time at Hyde Park Nails in Tampa, with photo evidence. I became a devoted client from that time until my recent move to NYC. In that first review, you can see the perfect pointy nails I received with only words and no photo as a reference point for the experienced nail artist who just "got it." B) I take the time to only write reviews for places that have been exceptional. Im not sure Ive even rated any place below 4 stars. I do not have a record of only doing reviews because Im a jerk or I am unaware that even the best professionals might be having a rough day. C) While my reviews are statistically positive, theyre never for a business I may have a personal relationship in some way. I aim for honesty and objectivity about the business. I know I might consider whats pricey may not be pricey to others or more maybe expensive to most just based off of economic statistics. Ive been honest and frank. Im realistic and the response from businesses and Google users has been positive. All this back story is important to me, in establishing that Im not inclined to write mean reviews out of spite. So heres where Im giving sincere warning to other women, particularly those who have limited free time, time-sensitive professional, domestic, or social demands. Who are thoughtful about their spending but comfortable paying a premium for high quality service or work product that serves their needs. So when this salon had an entire visual chart with nail shapes on the walls so clients could actually point to them when requesting the specifics of what they want from their nail tech, I immediately went to the wholly dead on graphic design of a fingernail that is the spitting image of my nails I posted in my Hyde Park Nails Google review. I repeatedly point to the precise image on the SALON PROVIDED VISUAL MENU to reinforce the shape of nail I am paying through the nose for. Well. Lets just say, she took 2.5 hours to do a FILL IN and one single nail replacement and heres what I got out of the dumpster fire: She spent over an hour just filing a trimmed but square shaped set of nails into a sad and not at all finely pointed tip. Instead of clipping each side of the tips from an angle and refining from there. She cut me to bleeding 4 times. After that hr, I asked how much longer? Surely, we are at the paint point? I say 20-30 min, right? She nervously says no no 40 min. 1 hr later, she isnt done, nails look like trash, Im late, and this is what and the photos are what I got. I called to complain and ask for a refund only those Gel X nails. Im leaving in the morning for a business trip and will have to somehow get the nails fixed because I am shaking a lot of hands and expected to be meticulous about detail in my role. I was offered a $30 credit to use there. Thats less than the time/$ I have to spend getting it fixed, not to mention why TF would I go back there? And then the manager made me send her photo proof if I want a refund for just Gel X while Im on said business trip. Ok, I did it. NO RESPONSE.

Ive gotten cateye gel nails and gel x extensions with different technicians and all of them did a phenomenal job. I had gone to a different QQ location for extensions and had to come here two days later to get them redone. Ill 100% be coming here again.

It’s definitely disappointing considering the amount of time the technician spent on each nail and how much money I spent on the services (nearly $125 for each). I didn’t anticipate needing to visit the salon twice this week and the inconvenience is understandably frustrating. I’m a bit more skeptical now. UPDATE: 9/19/24 It has been a full week since my last visit to repair my gel manicure and the results have been lasting. They still look neat, clean and fresh. I’m thankful for the effort to make this right. Well done! I’d like to also add that my pedicure from two weeks ago is still going strong. Thanks again!

Lidia R The place is very neat and the staff is very sweet. On my first attempt, my pedicure looked great. I had it done at the same time with manicure. The mani did not turn out good at all (first picture after 5 days) but after my review I was contacted by the team and offered to book a revisit. I went back and a new technician did an excellent job (second picture). Exactly what one would expect getting Russian manicure for $80. I guess it all depends on the experience of the technician. Great customer service!

There is no lifting or chipping of nails. For $95, im happy to know I could stretch every set to 4 weeks for the price. Dede I didn’t realize “No Nail” Salon meant that I would ultimately end up with no nails! This salon lacks integrity and respect for its customers, unfortunately. They are greedy for money rather than valuing the support of their customers. I was initially so excited to visit this salon! I was visiting NY from CT, only for the wedding over the weekend. I ended up paying $202 for a gel mani and basic pedicure ($38) on Friday. I gave a $20 tip, even though I didn’t get the complimentary shoulder massage I noticed others getting. On Sunday night, to my disappointment, while reaching into my backpack for a new outfit my nail popped right off! This is when I noticed the two adjacent fingernails were lifting and would be ready to come off at any moment. I was not upset by this, only surprised. I decided to return to the salon before I had to travel back to CT. When I described the issue to the store owner, she offered to redo my nails, but I let her know I was on a time crunch and didn’t have the space to do that. I let her know I would need a refund for the manicure since I saw other nails coming up and would need to deal with that throughout the week. She initially offered to only refund $50 out of the $220 total I paid. I let her know that the pedicure was fine but that I would not be able to walk around with one hand undone, to which she responded I should! I had told her I was a dentist and needed to travel so I could get back in time for work, to which she responded that someone needs to pay for the time so I should understand. I let her know that in my line of work if my product fails I have to eat the cost for the patient. Throughout this interaction she kept interrupting and yelling at me, to which I said “That’s okay, since you keep interrupting me, I will let you speak instead.” She also let me know that it was my fault that I didn’t have the time to have them redone in NY. She was extremely rude and loud, constantly speaking over me. By the end of the conversation I let her know I felt extremely disrespected. I would highly HIGHLY recommended going to a different nail salon. Save your time and a LOT OF MONEY. UPDATE: It’s now the Tuesday after my appointment on Friday and another nail has come off! GO TO A DIFFERENT SALON

Michaela This nail salon has very pleasant and friendly staff with an atmosphere that’s quiet and bright. I called ahead to ask if there was walk-in availability for a regular mani/pedi at a “rush hour” time (6:10pm) so I expected to hear I’d have to wait, but they told me to come in and I was seated right away. My technician Joey is lovely and gave me options for packages or regular a la carte service. I am very happy with my pedicure quality as I write this, and I anticipate that the manicure i am about to receive to look just as clean and pretty. My personal preference would be to see massage chairs rather than the plush seats here, but they are still very comfortable.

Lena Rusu As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service provided by the team. Recently, I booked a Russian manicure appointment at 6 PM, and while the technician, Ksenia, was friendly, I felt that the service was rushed due to the timing. As a result, the attention to detail that I usually expect was not fully met. Although the initial look of my manicure was appealing, I left the salon for my $135 investment with reservations. Unfortunately, just two days later, I noticed that the gel color had chipped. This was disappointing, especially given the premium price for the service and my anticipation of a long-lasting manicure. When I expressed my concerns to the salon management, they responded professionally and offered a solution. They invited me to return after my vacation, providing a $20 discount on my next visit, with the HOPE that the next manicure would hold up better. Hiba Yosopov I got a Russian manicure done with Irina and had a great experience :) First, shes super helpful and professional when it came to picking out the nail shape and color. Second, she gave me options on what we can do with my broken nails and also what I should do/not do for future when it comes to the length of my nails. Third, She worked so meticulously and paid attention to every detail, I am extremely happy with how my nails turned out, and I cant wait to be back in a few weeks.

naomikateri I came here because I loved the instagram and I needed something special for a work gala where I am receiving an award. I arrived on time and showed the technician exactly what I was looking for (brown cat eye) and she sat me down and used a cat eye color completely different from what I showed. She also cut my fingers twice while filing my nails. I gave her a second option of French gloss and matte base with brown which she also did not seem to understand.. I ended up with matte brown nails, which is not at all what I was looking for, for the gala. after giving up on the manicure I asked for a matching dark brown (very basic color) on my toes which they did not have. I ended up leaving to find another salon to do the pedicure and fix the manicure.

Kristen Brown absolutely splendid! visiting the city for the week and used a broken nail as an excuse to treat myself. booking was quick and simple, day of updates about timing changes(if any) were useful, hospitality and ambience was lovely, and of course the precision and care that went into the manicure was immaculate. all the staff were helpful and kind and i could tell from my one appointment that they all enjoyed working in each others company. all in all, a fabulous experience and i would definitely recommend :)

Kathryn J I went to this location cause the rating was so good on Google. The procedure was nice. I liked the massage as well…but only after a day, my hair started to get stuck in between the nails and the gel. I was hoping it would go away but the tip of the nails are all rough getting more things stuck (my jacket as well…) after a week, the tip of the nail chipped. It seems that the nails lacked another coating….? I really wanted to love it but I sadly will not be going back… (Just writing this for FYI. Don’t expect too much. )

Nirosha Methananda They are friendly and the service is ok. As expected in NYC, have to pay for literally everything as it’s an add on. What I didn’t expect was such a lumpy manicure. I went from Gel to normal nail polish and rather than buff my nail so it was smooth, this is what I got. They said the polish would cover it, but it didn’t. And my nails look awful. I wouldn’t go here again.

Anmol T My friend and I came here after seeing the high ratings and collectively paid close to $200 for our manicures. My gel manicure was the most haphazard manicure I’ve ever recieved. It was done in a complete rush and turned out SO messy (Mind you we had appointments so not sure what the rush was about). I wanted a simple design of flowers on 4 nails and it took the nail tech 20 mins of trying before he asked someone else to do it. The filing and shaping of each nail is terrible and then they proceeded to charge me an extra $25 for a tiny design on 4 nails. The tech was also very rough and would practically throw my hands away when they were done painting so that I’d put them in the UV nail light. They also charged my friend extra for removing her gel nail polish after initially saying it would be included. When we brought this up with the lady at the front desk - she simply shrugged and couldn’t be bothered. The people who work here need to learn about customer service and etiquette!! Would not recommend this place to anyone as it was a waste of money and terrible experience

Giovanna A Establishment is clean and wasn’t too busy, I got a regular dazzle dry manicure which is a great option to have, but as far as the service goes it was rushed and not very precise. A manicure is a detailed service for the nail to be refreshed, I got a mediocre cuticle clean up and a barely there touch of the cuticle nipper. All in all the service was $40 ($10 extra for the dazzle dry polish) i could of gotten the same service for much cheaper or done it myself, i wouldn’t recommend this place if you want a good quality manicure, but it was quick (and the results show), i pay for a service to look professional and just looks like something I could do at home. Slightly disappointed. Dazzle dry is advertised to last longer like gel and it’s already chipping away 3 days later, I believe due to the rushed service.

Daisy Plaza Disappointed with the visit. Sat there for over two hours for dip powder nails. $115 and if I didn’t leave after over 2 hours I still would’ve been there. The 1st lady had no clue what acrylic nails were. The second lady 2 hours and 15 minutes in and still not done. Wanted to put lotion on my hands without even the hot towel clean or wash of hands. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste of time and money. Basic nails no designs or anything and the worst job I’ve had. Would’ve gave no stars but you can’t post without atleast one.

Victoria Therese Juni and Joy are the best. Finally, a spot on the upper west side that is CLEAN, quiet, and pays attention to detail. Have been coming here since they opened and theyve done the perfect job each time. Juni is so meticulous with gel manicures and it never chips or has brush strokes. Joy gave me the best pedicure with an amazing massage, which I dont feel like other nail salons in this area ever do, which I think is the best part. Im always in a rush and I love that Juni does my manicure while im getting my pedicure at the same time. Joy did such a good job at my foot massage that I even paid to get a chair massage while Juni finished my manicure. It was the same as going to a massage spa, but getting your nails done at the same time. I cant recommend this new nail salon enough. I wont go anywhere else now!

Ilanna Keyslay I have been looking for a nail salon after recently moving to the area, and tried a couple but no places that I loved for the price they were charging. I tried sunshine nails after reading mostly good reviews and I love the way my gel x came out. $70 for soak off of the old ones + new full set with gel polish. Shaping was great, pricing was reasonable (and competitive given what others in the area charge), it was easy to book online, and they guarantee free nail fix if you have any chips or issues within 7 days of service. This will be my new regular spot from now on. I saw Dan for this service

A friend recommended to me after I was going to GlossLab and paying a good chunk more for them to fall off in sometimes LESS than two weeks (I do Gel X Extensions) After one visit I was hooked. These nails are WELL DONE. They literally do not break or chip. I very rarely will commute for something that I can do in my neighborhood but I come from the West Village to Tribe for them because the service is THAT good 10/10 :)

Kay I went here with a couple of friends for manicures and pedicures a couple days ago and we did not have great experiences. For my pedicure: the water was room temperature rather than warm, there were no jets on in the soaking tub, the nail lady barely scrubbed my feet, and did not wash the products off my feet properly leaving the soles of my feet green. I wish I took pictures. One of my friends and I then had to walk on the dirty floor without slippers despite there being a stack of slippers. When I asked for a pair of slippers because I did not want to put my feet on the dirty floor again, the nail lady brought me paper towel to place underneath my feet lol. When painting my toes, I also had to instruct the nail lady to add another coat because there were spots where the coating obviously was not enough. For my manicure: I’ll insert the pictures below. The paint job was inconsistent. The nails started chipping/peeling off the following day and had air bubbles all over them. I paid for the polish that was supposedly to last longer… I honestly want a refund for this shabby job! When we left, we paid and still tipped them. But, I was complaining about the soles of my feet being green when a couple nail ladies overheard; they told me that it would go away once I took a shower and it did. I also complained about having to walk barefooted in the shop as my toes dried. One of the ladies condescendingly tried to give me slippers after the fact, asking if I wanted a pair of slippers as if they were useful to me now that my toes had dried. Overall, not good experiences. I’ve been to many salons and this was the worst experience ever. Do NOT recommend. I have never had a pedicure and left the salon with ashy green feet. I even had to ask them for lotion after the pedicure to moisturize my feet lol. This place seemed to have good reviews, but you’re better off DIY than going here. I wonder why our experiences were different…

Alondra Espino Beyond frustrated with this place. I called at around 11:45to see if they could take me at 12 for a quick regular manicure. She said yes absolutely no problem they weren’t busy. I left during lunch and when I arrived there was no tech available. After a few minutes of not being acknowledged she asked if I could wait 30 minutes. Terrible business practice and a waste of time. There were only 3 techs and they were all busy. Don’t waste your time at this place, plenty of other salons in the area

Julie Corum I was in desperate need for a fill on my nails, as well as a pedicure, and this was the closest nail salon near me with availability. It was small, but it was very clean, organized, and peaceful. The staff were all professional, helpful, and very accommodating. I’m big on smells right now, and this salon smelled so good and so clean—especially their towels! The nail techs also did an outstanding job on my nails; as you can see from the picture, I didn’t get something too simple, and they were able to do exactly what I wanted. I also had the best pedicure I think I’ve ever had. They were very thorough and really took their time. The 20-minute foot massage was actually 20 minutes. They set a timer and everything. They actually took time removing callouses (my feet look and feel brand new) and did everything in the pedicure description. If I HAD to complain about anything, it was that it took a really long time. I was in there for 4 hours. However, I got the most extensive pedicure with gel polish and the 20-minute foot massage, and asked for different designs on every finger nail, so I expected it to take awhile. Overall, I highly recommend this place! I’ll definitely be back next time I visit NY.

As a typical Brazilian woman I like regular manicure with cuticles well trimmed. Diana did a wonderful job!!! I also did pedicure with her. I rarely use nail polish on my toe nails. This is the result! Also amazing! It’s a clean and quiet place. Diana is the best!

Allison Salzman Salon is nice and feels clean. Nail techs were pleasant. However, my $55 dip powder manicure did not last a week. On day 7 I had two nails fall off completely cleanly. I went in and they fixed them without any fuss, although I did have to wait 30 minutes. The next day another nail came off. Very annoying. Unfortunately I wont be going back except to have this manicure removed which hopefully they won’t charge me for ($15 for removal).

Emily Moore After living in Manhattan for 5 years I never found a salon that met my expectations on a consistent basis in terms of quality,service, and pricing - I have been going to Mega Nail for the last year and can confidently say this is my go-to spot. My nails have gotten longer, stronger, and always look tip top after a trip to Mega. The staff is always prepared, wait times are never long, they are patient with the process and work with you every step of the way to ensure you leave with a good result. The introduction of the membership program is also great as I get $5 discounts quite frequently based on their point system, which they honor every time. It’s a solid NYC salon and busy is a good indicator , I would recommend Mega Nails 10/10 times

Nayeon Shim Have gotten my nails (gel x) done here a few times as I live close by. My nails never last over 1.5 weeks and the nail glue peels off within a few days. Gel X should generally last at least three weeks. Not worth the price and time spent here.

Viktorija Grillo I recently moved back to the UWS and am not so impressed with the nail salons up here but luckily I found Angel Nail Spa!! I called to inquire about a pedicure and was able to get one the same day! This adorable, small salon is clean and well kept. I was impressed with the perfect amount of space for the pedicure chairs versus the manicure stations. Only a few people can be serviced at a time so it is truly a relaxing environment. No cell phone usage is a huge plus for me! Very reasonable prices within the range you’d expect. My pedicure was beyond relaxing and came out flawless! The woman really took her time and cleaned my nails up nicely. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a solid and clean spot.

Laura Nupponen I used to like this place and have referred friends and family here. The owner is always so nice, but I haven’t seen her there the last few times I’ve gone, and I can’t go often because I don’t have babysitting-so it’s been a long time since I’ve seen her. I got a regular pedi, gel mani last week and the gel polish was supposed to match the regular polish-OPI #100. The pedi was good, purple/magenta color, but the gel mani was not. The technician took forever and the polish was defective-it was a pale pink color after 3 coats. She even called over another technician to look at it, although they were speaking in another language so I don’t know what they said. She asked if I wanted another coat, but I was already late for my babysitter so I had to go. The color was pink, but as the days went on, it morphed into a pink ring around the outside and no color in the middle. It’s the weirdest thing and definitely defective. I went back to have it fixed in the evening yesterday. I started to show my nails to the tech closest to the door and she started yelling at me before I could even finish-“why do you come now? It’s busy now!” And I said “because now is when I have babysitting” and she continued yelling at me so I left. I’m not going back. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for over 9 years but I’m done with that place.I’ve also had issues trying to use my “punchy card” discount when I’ve gotten 10 punches or tried to combine cards. But I liked the owner and generally had ok experiences there. But I don’t see the owner anymore, and some of the staff need lessons in customer service to say the least. I’m never going back.

Oshin Blue Today I went to get my mani and pedi. I was welcomed by everyone. But as I was doing my pedicure in the nail salon. My nail on my toe chipped off. Fine, the lady doing my toes had no idea what she was doing. So they had to call someone else over to do them. My toes was painted with nail polish so cheap she had to coat them three times. My toes were not properly cleaned and prepped like how I am use to. Anyways moving along to getting my nails done. As I was getting my nails. I saw my nail tech tip my nails into powder instead of dipped the brush and painting. All is well because nails actually came out decent. So I’m ready to pay for my nail and toes. I am on a very important call. So I pulled out all my cash ready to pay for everything. I saw this lady change the price right in front of me. Keep mind ladies i asked for a short French tip and white toes. Of course both had gel. In addition, I need a fake nail on my toe. This lady proceed to charge my $130. I am not sure how that’s possible considering they $85 for both gel mani and pedis written on their board. She proceeded screamed “no” at me for not leaving a tip and making a complete fool of herself. They are money hungry and lazy. I will not be returning. I will save money and get press ons for now. Not worth theses overpriced and overhyped nail salons. Your not owed a tip. You were paid for service. If the customer wishes to not tip. You can’t throw temper tantrum. Learn to be professional.

The staff is super friendly and are very attentive with the service given to costumers. My nails have never been stronger after getting extensions, and sets have never been more durable after a month like the ones I’ve gotten at AKIKO. I truly recommend this place it’s amazing!!!

Olivia Zadkovic AKIKO is the best quality you can find for the price. The salon standards are very high and I would trust any artist there for a perfect manicure. Can easily go three weeks in between visits and minus the grow out it always looks the same as the day I got them done. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Carolyn Zhong I’ve been going to Gianni monthly for over a year and a half now and every single time my nails come out perfectly! The salon is clean and comfortable, and the receptionists are always super friendly and helpful with scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Gianni always matches my inspo pics exactly, and takes her time to clean and prep my nails - which is probably why my nails can last up to 5-6 weeks without chipping! I always get compliments on my nails from friends, coworkers, and strangers everywhere I go and have referred all of them to Akiko!

Vicka Matsuka It’s funny how their website states how they are so “customer oriented, everything is about customer’s satisfaction”… well in my opinion best customer care is when the service is high quality and wastes the least amount of the customer’s precious time. You can see how my pedicure looked after going to this salon. The first set of photos is made in the salon RIGHT AFTER the service, the second set - at home several hours later…. First of all your regular polish is obviously very low quality, I’m not blaming the technician, it’s not her fault, the polish is terrible. But what happened is that they had only one pedicure technician on a fully booked Sunday and for some reason only she could fix my nail polish but she was already busy with the next client. I believe that when the customer service is truly good, ANY technician can step up and fix the problem, but no, they told me to wait till my technician is free which is a waste of my time and I couldn’t just sit and wait after already being at the salon for 2.5 hours. Respect your client’s time. They did offer me to come any day in the next 7 days to change the polish but that’s even a bigger waste of my time!! Plus I was leaving for vacation the next day. So yes I went to my vacation with these nails. My manicure looks pretty good however the technician was a bit too rough with the machines and her station was pretty filthy. Never coming back to this place. 120$ for what you see in the photos is pretty ridiculous.

Chelsea Hall I paid $186 for these gel extensions including tip. The price when I booked was HALF the price and at the end the owner “surprised” me with that number, I asked her to explain it and she tried to shower me with compliments. I am not wealthy, this was a huge chunk of my paycheck, and just because I went in wearing my nice work clothes does not give you the right to rip someone off. Also, I went there two weeks ago for a gel set and one of the nails already popped off two weeks in- that’s why I went back. (Also, the thumb on the right hand of this set is crooked!) I got my nails done to help me feel confident visiting my dad who has leukemia. The lady who runs this place should be ashamed. EDIT: the owner has responded as you can see below. My extensions were the same length as the ones I purchased the first time, which she told me were short. At no point during the appointment did she tell me I was going to be upcharged or charged differently than what I booked. On their website it says the soak off is included, which she clearly admitted to charging me for below. I will be reporting this business. Also, nowhere in my review did I mention my cuticles. And yes, the owner is correct for noting I have eczema. I am in no way blaming this business for me having eczema. The fact that the service took so long is because my nail technician was taking her time, shes clearly new at her job, which I dont fault her for. But as a client I should not be penalized for how slow the tech is. The owner also didnt ask me if I wanted to have the nails filled in, as she mentioned below-- I asked the tech for that, then the owner told me that I had to get a new set. Because I was naive, I believed her.

They offered me water or tea upon arrival & even offered to work on my manicure & pedicure at the same time to get done faster. Dustin Soper When I’m in town I have my favorite nail salon on the Upper West Side - but not anymore. I had an incredible experience tonight at Manhattan nails. Their attention to detail is unlike any salon I’ve been to, and Roxana is a gem. She is very thoughtful and very attentive to her guests. The atmosphere is that of a living room, sitting around making connections, like a family. I am glad that they stay open late. That makes it easier to get more things done after a long day. Chine I. Was charged $67 for a regular manicure and it didn’t even last 12 hours. I had to get my nails done for work so now I’ll have to go get them redone elsewhere which is incredibly frustrating. Very disappointed. The person at the desk told me to not use hot water on my hands for 2 hours after the manicure, so I avoided hot water for 3 full hours and still woke up to see my nails chipping and lifting. The salon was very clean which I appreciated but unfortunately I will not be coming back

Kylen Smith Ive had awful experiences with nail salons near here, but Im happy to say that I found a wonderful salon that gave me one of the most high quality gel manicures I have ever received. I booked a 12:30 pm appointment and was seated right away. The salon wasnt empty but wasnt crowded either - a good sign, in my opinion. My nail tech was very thorough throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed as she made sure everything from my nail length/shape, cuticles/skin around my nails, and the application of the color was perfect. I was fortunate enough that she was able to provide me a UV dryer for each hand (although I dont know if this would be the case during a busier time). Unlike other places that try to rush the drying stage, my nail tech made sure to let my nails stay under the lamp for two full 60 second cycles for each layer of primer, polish, and top coat. She had a sixth sense for knowing when the heat lamp had completed its cycle, as she would quickly turn it back on. Shoulder/back massages are offered, but I declined. I still received a complimentary "sample" massage at two different points during the appointment. It felt so nice that I might have to get one in the future. This salon prefers cash and has an ATM by the front door. The ATM fee isnt that expensive ($2), but there are enough major banks in the area that you can withdraw some cash ahead of time if you want to avoid the fee. My manicure looks beautiful and has really boosted my confidence in the short while that Ive had it. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Jenny Elaine I’ve gone to Kevin the last three times to get my nails done and his work has been perfection over and over again! He is incredibly detail oriented and even more so, very careful. Any time I’ve come to him with a broken nail he takes his time and checks to make sure I’m not in any pain while repairing it. Not to mention the massages while I’m getting my nails done - I always start with 5-10 minutes and then end up adding more time on because they are so relaxing. 10/10 recommend.

Dean & Laura Badach I’ve been going to Pink Blossom religiously for ~2 years now, and Kevin who is my go-to nail technician, truly outdid himself for my engagement photoshoot! The team is always so welcoming and professional, but this time they went above and beyond. This was my first time getting chrome nails and they turned out absolutely stunning, with every little detail done to perfection. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure I left feeling confident and camera-ready. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nicole Greenwood I got my nails done here yesterday. They charged me extra for Dazzle Dry for my hands and guaranteed no chipping for two weeks. My nails are already chipping. I was rushed through my manicure once a new client came in. The filing on my nails is horrible, the paint job is horrible. I paid for a spa manicure and she tried to give me a two minute massage until I called her out for it. This is one of the worst manicures I have ever received. I have to get it redone now and I will never be going back. Overpriced spa mani pedi that was rushed and the skill level was low.

I was there for a full 4 hours and they couldn’t do anything right. online said 65 then charged me 115 saying some UV gel she put on without disclosing that. both the man and the woman working on pedi and mani kept getting on my skin and I kept asking if they could clean it off and they said “it’s fine only a little bit” are you kidding me?? all my nails are bulky and uneven now I need to pay another place to fix both my mani and pedi after having just wasted 4 hours of my life and scammed $100 do not come. this place should not be staying open. there’s a reason why it’s always empty. will never be returning.

I’m someone who is VERY picky about how my nails are done and I was having issues with my old salon so I was so happy to have stumbled across Honey Nails in my own neighborhood. I can honestly say that every time I’ve gone it’s been a 10/10 experience, and I’ve been going for over a year now! All the girls who work there are very conscientious and consistent. They really really value customer service and quality and those are the most important things to me. The salon is also beautiful and clean and not very busy so it always feels like such a luxury experience! Also they have an amazing color selection as well as really high quality nail polish so that even just a regular manicure will last at least a week!

Miri Gifford I dont get my nails done regularly, so this review isnt for people with really specific expectations from a salon. Ive been a few times myself, and once I took my niece, who did want something more complicated that she was ultimately very happy with (the nails in the photo are hers). All I do are the basic mani-pedis, and Ive always been really pleased by the experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I dont love the music, but its just general popular stuff, nothing terrible. I was a complete idiot last time and didnt realize I had band-aids on my heels (just for blisters, but still) and they were totally professional about it when the bandages peeled off halfway through. There are always several others getting manicures at the same time, but Im often alone while getting a pedicure, which is nice, and even if theres someone else in there, its a big space so youre far from each other.

Getting an appointment is usually easy, and I feel like the prices are super reasonable for the high quality of service you receive. I also love adding on a shoulder massage—its so relaxing! This is my go-to spot for regular mani-pedis, and I can’t recommend it enough.

My nails were cut down until all the white was gone, fingers and toes, to the point the skin is tender. The remaining nails were uneven and jagged. When I went back in to ask what could be done they said "you should have told your manicurist what you wanted, we dont do refunds, there is nothing we can do for you" I will never be going to this business again and would warn anyone who isnt a regular customer to avoid this place.

Raziel Garia The experience was 5 stars up until the end ! Myself and my girl went for pedicures and the two lady’s we had were perfect and was even making jokes with us. For context they were Hispanic along with us, so for the most part we were all speaking spanish. I wanted to do a manicure because my girl was still drying her feet and after my cuticles were butchered with much blood I was told to pay before applying the clear coat. Which is uncommon, and with no protest I said sure even though it’s weird. Then I didn’t leave a tip because I wanted to tip in cash and the manager (Asain) harassed me essentially saying to give up my Venmo. I told the girls in Spanish I’ll stop by tomorrow and I assume because she didnt understand me she again she attacked me again and in the end saying I didn’t mean to get you upset. Seems to me payment and tips matter more to them than actually trying to finish up. There were also two other woman who were I the salon and they didn’t have to pay prior.

Lisi I have gone to Spring Nail Beauty Spa for over ten years for all my mani/pedis and I have consistently been happy here. I get the most perfect thin French manicure (and pedicure!) and have been pleased with all the wonderful staff here. It’s rare, but if anything happens to my nails post visit, the owner is quick to respond and happy to correct. 10/10 recommend!

Emily Chen I really hate to be that person to leave a scathing review, but I really did get the worst gel manicure of my life here. I asked the nail tech to not cut too much of my cuticles and literally like one second later she cut my cuticle and it bled. The gel mani then was suspiciously quick, and turns out it was probably done too fast because my nails started chipping and peeling within days. I’ve never had gel that chipped/peeled before at least the two week mark. The photos I attached are from within *six* days of my manicure. I’m not even sure what they used can quality as gel? The prices are low but in this case unfortunately I think you get what you pay for…

LEON CHEN This place was absolute garbage. Daughter and I walked by and decided to stop in to get her a mani and pedi. She asked me to get a mani with her so I did. They told me $30 for her and $15 for me. The lady did a decent job with daughter. My complaint is with my manicure, which lasted a whole 10 mins and looked terrible (ridges still visible). She told me afterwards that it would cost an extra $5 to buff out, which I assumed was part of the process?? I felt committed at that point so I just said yes. She took another 3 mins to buff and it still ended up looking like crap (see photo). Im serious when I say that my 8 yr old daughter has done a better job just messing around. I asked around afterwards and was told I definitely got ripped off. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the disappointment.

Gabrielle Fridman I came here because of the good reviews and I was so happy with Linda’s work!! Not once did I feel rushed even though I came at the end of the day. Linda took her time, was careful, and did exactly the design I wanted. I will be returning. She did 2 coats of dip, one nude gel, and drew on gel French tips for me.

SOPHIA BONILLA Save your money and time and go anywhere else. So expensive for probably the worst nail experience I have ever had. Been here a couple times and the only place my nails have ever broke after less than week. Two different times. Powder gel with solid color was 90 dollars and one of them broke a day later and the clear coating was coming off on like four nails. Worker was rushing. I came in at 1 and a woman had a 1:30 appointment. I wouldn’t mind a rush if the quality was good. But after not even full week had to come back and get it fixed twice.

Kiki R. I highly recommend this nail salon that my friend suggested. After coming here, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Jessica is my technician, and she is incredibly talented and professional. She ensures everything is perfect every time. I tried nail extensions for the first time here, opting for an almond shape, and I’m obsessed! Jessica always brings my vision to life, even without me picking the color. I receive many compliments, and my nails last for a month. The salon is always busy with both manicures and pedicures, so I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. The place is clean, relaxing, and easy to get to, not far from the subway. Highly recommended!

Chemi Dolkar First & last time today! I got regular mani and gel extension removal but the nail tech buffed my nails to the point where it’s flimsy and feels uncomfortable as if I’ve a press on nails. I was assigned an Asian tech and I noticed non Asian customers were assigned non Asian techs. I saw other customers were taken such good care by the other non Asian techs and they were attentive but mine kept disappearing several times. I didn’t know if I was all set to go and asked one of the technicians there to which she asked me to wait. After drying there were patches so I had to ask my tech to fix the discoloration. She sure fixed the discoloration but as you can see in the pictures the layers are awful. Tip is 18-20% recommended and I tipped 18%

Cayman Ilika I stumbled upon this place this morning, and was absolutely thrilled with the results. I came in with absolutely trashed nails, and left with fabulous nails. I got an SNS manicure. I saw Adriana - and she did a fantastic job! Also - VERY reasonable pricing. I will definitely be back. Update: 8/10/24 I returned to X Nail Bar earlier this week for another SNS manicure. I was thrilled to find that Adriana happened to be my nail tech again. My nails look DIVINE. Legitimately - Adriana has now given me two manicures, and those are the two best manicures I have ever gotten. Her attention to detail is remarkable. The manicure she gave me back in February lasted A MONTH - and I am pretty hard on my hands. Its only been a couple days since I saw her this time, but I can tell this one is gonna last a long while too. Next time I need a mani in NY, Ill be back! THANK YOU, ADRIANA!

Kachina Daniel My experience was ok. I was excited to come to get my nails done for my birthday & seeing good reviews about Jessica so I booked. I felt rushed during my appointment as if she was trying to leave & just close the shop. Every design I showed her she gave me an excuse saying “oh it’s too expensive to do” or “it’s gonna be more extra than the reg extra” like for example French tip or that they don’t have a color to do a design. I was definitely willing to pay extra, but I was annoyed by her “excuses” trying to finish me off. To top it off, she just slapped oil on my hand and said we’re done and just ran to the back. Which showed me that she just wanted to get out of here. I would go back since it’s by my job and convenient but I will try a new nail artist

B Dont let jie shen do your nails There are No discounts for paying Zell when its essentially the same as cash. They dont wanna let you use card to pay. I tried to tip 10$ and she told me it wasnt enough tip. Which is ridiculous. You shouldnt be demanding how much i tip you. You deserved less than 10$ and yet you got 30$ cause it was demanded. My whole side of my pinky nail is missing gel and extention. My nails are only a few days old and yet seems like they are three weeks grown out. Charged 15$ extra per bow on my nails, which is whatever but the quality of the bows are below average. Paid 230 + if I lived there I would definitely demand yall fix my nails. People were okay and quick to work I just didnt feel like quality was important to them. Cute dog walking around the shop however.

Michelle Amazing amazing nail place for every occasion! I saw that recent reviews were pretty poor and was so confused by them because I had a great experience at Lexi Nails. I was recommended by a close friend (who goes here every time to get her nails done) to give this place a try and it was the most professional, sanitary, and personalized nail job I’ve ever had. There was a little bit of a wait even though I made an appointment, but the process was so smooth and quick. My nail technician immediately started asking me what color, design, shape, etc I wanted and would switch in and out with other technicians whose specialties worked with what I wanted. They did an amazing job with the shaping, chrome color, and extensions. They were also incredibly friendly and held conversation with me for a comfortable amount of time. The owners were also incredibly kind, taking photos of the nails and doing gorgeous designs on my friend’s nails. If you’re here for just a regular gel manicure, the price point is great for Manhattan. Getting extensions and designs is definitely more expensive but just depends on what you want. Generally, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a cute manicure in. Will be coming here again with friends!

Alysha Morgan I have mixed reviews about this place but ultimately I will come back for my nail tech & her alone. Yoko is the BEST nail tech they have in that place. She is quick, efficient & very talented. I’ve never met a nail tech in the city that works in a salon that is as good as her. She is the only reason why I will return to this place. I was charged incorrectly at the end of my service. I double checked with the woman at the front and she confirmed the price so I paid and left. An hour later, while I was at work, my phone was being bombarded with 10 calls, 3 voicemails and a text. I was unable to answer my phone & didn’t not see the notifications until 2 or 3 hours later. Turns out I was undercharged and they were making sure I could pay the full price in a panic. Paying the difference was not an issue for me but as a business that is not the way to go about that situation at all. A mistake was made that they should’ve just taken accountability for. I paid the difference but this was VERY unprofessional and honestly enough for me to not come back if it weren’t for Yoko.

Kathleen Eddie Miller I’m not one to leave bad reviews lightly. I appreciate their effort to try to do what I was hoping for and I totally understand that these nail techs learn through doing nails and repetition. But, I asked ahead of time if they had a nail tech who was capable of doing the art I wanted. They absolutely cannot do 3D nail art and when I asked them to confirm they could, they said of course and then the woman who did my nails didn’t even look at my inspo pic for more than a second and they were messy and poorly done (they looked like I’d had the nails on for 3 weeks the second they finished doing them, that’s how messy). The edges looked chipped and messy, you could see the black paint under the chrome on all of my nails. The gel balls were inconsistent(I know they’re not meant to be perfect but they were actually messy, I’m not being a perfectionist) and the 3D art fell off in 5 days and then they ghosted me when I messaged them about it. The first time I went in the lady who did my nails gave me cat eye even though I said chrome and then they charged me more for chrome when I said she did it wrong. I happily tipped both times because I am not a monster and I know these individuals are working on my nails for an hour and deserve the money for labor. It’s nothing personal but it’s frustrating that I asked ahead to make sure there was someone who could do it. I wouldn’t have been upset if they said they weren’t confident that they could do it at all. They’re probably a great place to go for basic nails but they can’t do 3D even though they say they can and they’ll charge you the same price as a place that actually can do 3D.

Gaby V I had an amazing experience. I just moved to the area and was looking for somewhere professional and relaxing. I found it. Thankfully I was able to walk in after a phone call for availability. (Although they recommended appointments) I was greeted at the door and they helped me on my way to some amazing and comfy chairs! Dipped my feet into a porcelain sink on the floor with lemon for my pedi. They used a liner, and a yummy smelling scrub. Lydia took very good care of me. They offered me coffee, tea, or water. Pleasantly surprised at this gem. My manicure, same treatment, gel off with acetone, a overall mani, shaping of my nails and a guava scrub that smelled divine after my nails were polished. Highly recommend if you are looking for something of quality.

Gina Gilbert Had a pedicure on my birthday. Asked for my nails to be square with rounded edges. They turned out completely square like chicklets. I wanted a certain Essy color brownish red. She convinced me that this other product was exactly the same color. Wasn’t. Almost black. So miserable.

Meems P I had a great experience at Queen of Queens Nails. Everyone is so nice. Clean place with lots of color options. I opt out for the cat eye gel nails and I love them! Free coffee or tea.
