Avery Leider I am a disabled veteran and have been seen at the Goshen VA Clinic regularly since 2016. The care there has always been excellent. It is a small clinic, so you have to adapt to their resources, like, that the lab work is only done in the mornings, and the My Healthy Vet self-service kiosk doesnt work, but the reception staff have always been very good.

LISA Xxx I am the new caregiver for a marine veteran that is going through detox. I called the center to make an appointment for him. It is two weeks away. That is not the worse part. I asked the woman who scheduled the appointment the address at the facility, she gets extremely nasty and says "Youve only been there a thousand times." I again explain that I have never been there. She yells, stop yelling at me and hangs up. If this is what these poor veterans have to deal with in addition to their trauma, Id say its not worth it. Fight to protect this country and then fight for the same country for healthcare and a nasty attitude to boot!

Nikki Goodwin Dr. Joanow and PA Sharon Garcia are the first OBGYNs to actually listen to me and take the extra steps to ensure I get the proper care needed to feel better. Thank you for your compassion and making me feel seen & heard.

tdido Worst experience ever He, right off the bat, started recommending all sorts of extra procedures and tests. I simply wanted my yearly exam. Due to my age (52), he told me all these additional tests were needed. When my blood work and ultrasound came back totally fine, he still insisted upon further testing. When I put my foot down, a week later, a certified letter came in the mail stating that he was dissolving our doctor-patient relationship. Ive since found another doctor. Good riddance. If you want to be borderline bullied/bamboozled by your doctor, then hes your guy. If not, keep looking.

heidi ulvila-stevens I have had three children and dr, Alexander Joanow was my pregnancy and delivery doctor, Each experience with him, he answered all my questions. I had a safe healthy delivery times three. My experience with him have been nothing less than pleasant.

Alessandra Coelho I will never go back to this doctor, he’s money hungry. He only cares about the money he’s making through the insurances. Making me doing unnecessary procedures, after my blood work and ultrasound came back ok. They charge you co-pays for getting results over the phone. Unbelievable!! Not anymore!

Elizabeth Batista The receptionist at the Goshen office is horrible. Thats not realized where you live. But makes an appointment for Goshen without telling you to go to Goshen. When you live near the New Windsor office, then she acts so stupid. I am so disappoint it. I have cancer. Ive had it 2 previous times and this idiot reception. Cant make an appointment so I can get my results.

Lisa Schreffler My mom’s visit with the doctor. He was incredibly nice and relatable. Very down to earth and funny. If you’re looking for a stuffy doctor this is not your guy. When he spoke he spoke to both of us. It was a very pleasant visit. My mom was worried that she would get someone she didn’t connect with. When we left she was so relaxed and happy with the doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.

CB Romero Dr. Chavez Carey has been my PCP for a few years. Whether its been an in-office visit or virtually, hes always taken the time to provide details about my care, really listen to my concerns, and answer any questions Ive had. I also appreciate his conservative approach to treatment options, and suggestions of more holistic approaches to dealing with certain medical issues when appropriate. I highly recommend giving him and his caring staff the opportunity to help you with your individual healthcare needs.

Salvatore M Oh If I could give this doctor zero stars I would. I’ve been dealing with Gallbladder issues, after being released from the ER I was told to do a follow up with this doctor as the discharge doctors me my gallbladder will most likely have to be removed. Upon my initial visit the staff and nurses were very friendly and helpful. Then the doctor walks in very cocky, arrogant and full of himself. I brought all my paperwork, ultrasound, report, and CD along with a HIDA scan and CD. They all say there is a cyst on the gallbladder and the gallbladder is not fully developed. I haven’t been able to eat solid foods cause of the pain. He then says I don’t see a need for your gallbladder to be removed, it could be an ulcer. I told him I was just discharged a couple days ago from the hospital with bloodwork and there’s no blood in the urine. I told him I’m in severe pain right now he then said walk yourself downstairs to the emergency room, do what you need to do. I mean really that’s how a doctor talks to a patient. Even the nurse in the room looked at him like what the heck. I was so looking forward for this doctor to help me who I thought was going to be able to cure me. Find yourself another G.I. doctor. There’s better ones out there.

Natalie Z Dr. Cwynar was truly exceptional; he has a great personality and took his time to address all of my concerns thoroughly. Finding the office was a breeze - its clearly marked and easy to locate. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and nice, and all staff members exhibited a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this office. My appointment, including a comprehensive exam, was completed in under an hour, with minimal wait time. I find it difficult to reconcile the negative reviews below. Even in the unlikely event of a delay, I have full confidence that the office staff would handle it with grace and professionalism, based on my recent visit. After enduring an hour plus waits in other offices without receiving apologies, I truly appreciated the atmosphere and efficiency here. Keep up the good work!

Behzad Maghsoudlou, MD

Address: 707 East Main St Outpatient Building, Middletown, NY 10940

(5) Reviews Behzad Maghsoudlou, MD:

Audra S I dont typically do reviews of doctors. However, I am not sure I can even put into words how thankful our family is for Dr. Maghsoudlou (aka Dr. Mags)!! He LITERALLY has saved my fathers life at least 2 times!!! He has been treating my dad for Parkinson’s, lewy body Dementia, Parkinson’s Dementia, seizures, etc over the past 2 years. Dr. Mags saved Poppys life when he had Encephalitis, infection in the brain. The other hospital doctors stopped treatment that was working! Treatment that Dr.Mags had started. And 2 days later Poppy was back to being hospital & bed bound. The treatment was restarted after we got ugly at the hospital. And Dr.Mags did orders from home to restart the treatment. Poppy was discharged home 3 days later!!! If it were left to the other doctors he would have died from Encephalitis being untreated!!! He has come through for us on multiple occasions during hospital stays!! One time upon hearing Poppy was in the hospital, Dr.Mags showed up in his hospital room within 30mins!!! Other times if he cant physically get there, he made himself available for phone consult with the other doctors. And would enter orders & medications from wherever he was. Dr.Maghsoudlou may seem rushed at times, but he isnt really. I truly think that is just because his brain is just going so fast taking in all the information, including what he is physically seeing and thinking of possible causes & this treatment plans. He is very quick thinking. Our family will forever be grateful for the care Dr.Maghsoudlou provided & provides to Poppy!! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, caring and available in the times we have reached out in need! Anyone would be lucky to have him as a doctor in their team!!
5 /5
Ann Linsky Dismissive, rude, egotistical, and disrespectful. He didnt answer questions, and was rushed. DEFINITELY doesnt like to be challenged or entertain suggestions. He tries to make us see a different specialist at every visit because he doesnt think Medicaid patients are worth wasting his "extensive" (?) knowledge base or such expensive time on. So my wonderful daughter is short changed. Im so glad some people got out from his care alive. As a medically knowledgeable person, I asked for my daughter to get another MRI since he couldnt diagnose her and it had been over two years. He just abruptly said "no, nothing has changed." Does that mean he has x-ray vision? Or ESP? It was a responsible question and medically necessary test due to her congenital brain deformity. But the kicker was when, after literally seven minutes, he got up and walked out while I was in the middle of an important question! Our visit was over for him. Oh, he also called in the wrong medication which could have killed my daughter if the pharmacist hadnt caught it. What a medical genius. (At least in his own mind.)
1 /5
Jessica Derrick Dr Mag listens to everything you have going on. He is willing to try any and all testing to help you find relief. He is funny and makes the appointment go very smooth. He listens to what is working and what isn’t and is always suggesting new things to try. His main concern is finding relief. I have suffered with migraines my whole life and it has always been a major concern for me that nobody listens but I feel heard with Dr Mag.
5 /5
Tony Beigle If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. He went through a mechanical exam, NOT asking any pertinent questions about my family medical history, not asking what meds I was on, just not asking anything. The exam was , in my opinion, not thorough, and he was, indeed just uncaring.

Kevin (Catskhiker) Ellenville Hosp has had horrible care for 30-40 years. Right now the nurses are pretty good, but the MDs are so-so. I had a very obnoxious and rude receptionist that jerked me around forever, even after I gave her my and my in-patient wifes name and room number. I had gone in and out of this hospital for decades without incident. On Sat Dec 28, 2024 at aprx 12:40 pm this receptionist was obnoxious to the point that I left before retorting. She sicd security and a volunteer ? on me in my wifes room (where I told her I was going) and stated that I had to return to this clerks thumb. I offered to leave & did so without going thru the lobby. I have not visited my wife (over her birthday) because of this abusive receptionist and will not return and advise others to make better choices elsewhere. THey need better functionaies to greet visitors without incident........ (reply) Perhaps then you could explain why I was inside your secure hospital with open doors until late on multiple days & nights. I dont abide with rudeness or unnecessary BS like you just delivered. I have been in private, state & federal security most of my life and gave your abusive clerk my name, my (patient) wifes name & room number. What more do you require ? Hand stamp like at a party ? Perhaps you should take a tour of Englewood NJ hospital (where my wife actually had her back surgery) . This is a hospital where they scan your drivers lic and are polite and professional in all their depts. Staff at this location are well trained. Their hallways are cleaner than most hospital ORs, Very Impressive. Ive been to hundreds of hospitals and yours (at best) is inconsistent. is no where near there.

Frankie McCallops Ellenville Hospital is fast without a long wait. I went in for a infection procedure of removal. I waited for about 10 minutes and I was in a room. The staff are fast, professional, and listen to what was wrong with me and the reason for coming. The nurses and Dr was professional and caring. I strongly recommend going there for issues regarding your health.

Samantha Boutell I was given the most upmost respect here, and I truly appreciate the professionalism that this hospital served me. I couldnt be any happier with the nurses and the doctors. At first when arriving I was not impressed due to being brought in by an ambulance. and when I got there, they couldnt put me in a room, so from the stretcher they put me into the waiting room, were from there I felt as if I was going to be there forever and possibly forgotten, but luckily I was not and I feel this was the fastest hospital visit i have ever had. i felt safe and welcomed. Thank you!

Jon On 8/11 at 2am, we brought our 2 year old for asthma concerns. We were stressed and hesitant since we were not from the area. From beginning to end the front desk, nurse and PA were all so pleasant, and professional making the experience comforting. Our baby was quickly treated, felt better and had good night sleep after. Thanks to the whole team from the bottom of my heart.

Voiry Jay My husband and I went in to the emergency room because he was in severe tooth pain. I have never seen this man in so much pain before. Upon entering, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the nurse came in and was extremely rude. They treated him as if he was faking it. The doctor was mocking my husband openly and was impatient and yawning in my husbands face. The nurse refused to tell us what pill she was gonna give him for the pain. Ive never seen such unprofessional staff before.

Brianna Best From check in to picking up our daughters medication was 30 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about the check in staff, Jessica the RN, and NP Nicholas Acierno. Our toddler has a fear of anything medical and they were all so patient. Its hard having a sick kid and having great/understanding staff makes all the difference on a holiday weekend. Each and every time we are blown away with how great your urgent care staff are but today really stood out to us. Thanks again for helping our peanut feel better!

Yailin Espana Everyone is so dismissive from receptionist to whoever it is sees you in the urgent care rooms. First time coming here and Ive never felt so dismmised in my life regarding my health. I dont think youre sick enough yadda yadda was this ladies attitude towards me but yet Ive been sick a month, vomiting, nauseous, chills, fever, body aches, a lot of mucus and a constant painful cough. I got swabbed everything is negative, I just got a well call you with the results (that they didnt tell me I could see online). I feel like my insurance was scammed and this is why I dont go to the doctors due to experiences like this. Anyways I wouldnt recommend anyone coming to this place. You might not ever be sick enough unless youre on your death bed to them.

Melissa McGrath I will not go here again. I went to urgent care on Monday for facial throat and neck swelling and possible sinus infection. They gave me a covid rsv flu test, and marked it as a lower respiratory infection. They came back negative, but thats what they marked my prescription for steroids for. They never listened to my lungs with the stethoscope. They refused to prescribe antibiotics and I have been coughing watery substance since later that day. Im not paying a $100 copay for them to blow me off and not listen to what is actually going on.

Sarah Lund I took my 3 year old son here after his Primary Care Doctor at Garnet Health told us to do so because he wasn’t pooping. It had been 4 days without a bowel movement. They made us sit for 4 HOURS acting like it’s not an emergency, we were begging them for an answer after waiting another hour post x-Ray, just for them to tell us that it is, in fact, an emergency, and he needs to be taken to the ER. I will be following up to report this reckless behavior, by doctors that could not care less. DO NOT TAKE ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS URGENT CARE. NOTHING IS URGENT TO THEM. NOTHING. NOW AFTER 4 HOURS OF WASTING MY TIME I AM ON MY WAY TO THE ER WITH A 3 YEAR OLD THAT WAS LOOKED OVER.

jason G Was treated at St Anthony for a very bad nosebleed. The ER was very busy, with only one doctor on staff. After some time my nosebleed stopped, after sitting for a couple of hours, the doctor released me. Since, i never had such a bad nosebleed, i specifically asked the doctor if he should pack my nose to prevent another nosebleed. He felt like it was not necessary, and i was released. I drove home which is only 3 blocks from the hospital. As soon as I walked in my nose started bleeding extremely bad, causing me to swallow blood. My wife called a ambulance, once the ambulance arrived I was brought back to St Anthony. After the bleeding was stopped, my nose was packed with cotton bandage and i was released. The time between my first admission to my second was less then a hour. To my surprise the hospital not only charged my health insurance twice, but charged me two co-payments. I felt that this was unethical behavior since i was treated for the same condition, and if my nose was packed the first time, there would be no need for a second admission. The billing office called me back and told me that it was two separate admissions, and that on my first admission i was “anxious to go home” , which i felt was very unprofessional. They informed me that they would have to speak with the hospital staff, and get back to me, I still have not heard back from the billing office, and continue to receive invoices. This used to be a great community hospital, in fact I have had two of my grandchildren born at St. Anthony. This review is also not a reflection of the amazing nursing staff, or the overwhelmed physician, only of the hospital administration.

Dawson Bartkus Honest review here… I had some family members use this hospital. But they were judged by appearance and overcharged on a simple procedure. It’s unfortunate that healthcare takes sucks us for every nickel and dime just to feel better. If you want to ensure your loved ones are well sought after. Please do not go here
1 /5
Josh Miller I’m not going to go into detail about our experience because I don’t want my family’s medical history displayed on a google review. I spoke to a woman after our visit to St Anthony’s who works in the patient advocacy department and she was very nice and apologetic. That being said, my opinion is that this hospital needs to be investigated by the federal government and shut down.

Jory F When someone comes to the hospital with severe anxiety, and chest pain the worst thing you can do is put them in a small room, close the curtain and let them sit in there for 2 hours, suffering. Nobody came in to see if I was okay. They must have walked by 10 times but never came in to check on me I never even got to see a doctor. My anxiety was so high I had to leave. I probably wouldnt have seen a doctor for another 2 hours because he was so busy at the computer. As I walked out I walked through nurses standing around talking to the ambulance guys. Nobody even cared that I was walking out Nobody asked me why I was leaving. Nobody cared. And please dont respond to me with your silly callpatient experience response That was my experience at St. Anthonys Hospital.

Brianna Vreeland I delivered my first child here in the beginning of October. From start to finish, the labor and delivery staff were compassionate, warm, attentive and made my birthing experience so amazing! Wiener Bradley D MD

Address: 30 Hatfield Ln # 209, Goshen, NY 10924

(2) Reviews Wiener Bradley D MD:

Steve Kos I would not recommend this doctor. He failed to diagnose my case of frozen shoulder, a very common ailment. The second doctor I went to, at the Hospital for Special Surgery (the top rated orthopedic practice in the country), said I had unmistakable symptoms of it. Although the MRI Id gotten through Wiener showed a partial rotator cuff tear, the second doctor said that that was not what I was suffering from. Wiener also offered me nothing for the pain I was experiencing, and when I asked about physical therapy, he told me it would be a waste of time. The second doctor gave me an instruction sheet for a series of stretching exercises I could do at home (standard treatment for frozen shoulder), and recommended a cortisone shot to reduce inflammation. Not only did it alleviate the pain, but it enabled me to do the exercises more effectively. When I started out, I couldnt raise my arm to the side above my waist, or reach around behind my back to pull a belt around, for two examples. Within two months, I had regained most of my range of motion, and within another month I was virtually back to normal. Aside from his bad diagnosis and total lack of a treatment plan, I found Wiener personally to be extremely unpleasant. He was cold, short, arrogant, dismissive, and argumentative. In trying to understand what was going on with my shoulder, there was one question I asked him to which he replied - What difference does that make? With the same amount of breath, he could have just answered it. Seriously, find a different doctor. The other guy I went to was Tony Wanich. He has an office in Saddle River, NJ. A little bit out of the way but totally worth it.

K Van Please listen to the one star reviews and dont go here like I did. The receptionist was great unfortunately this is a doctors office and the doctors are absolutely terrible. Went in with severe vertigo and all they did was take my blood pressure and told me to eat and drink more, which I explained I already have. Did not check my ears or my eyes. Went to an urgent care and they immediately identified my issue as vertigo because of congestion in my ear. Disgrace they are even allowed to call themselves doctors.

Desiree McConnell I don’t know about all the facilities the hospital offers but I can say that the staff who has taken care of my 92 year old grandfather have been exceptional. My grandpa was admitted with a uti that became septic and the doctors and nurses got him stable. He is on palliative care and has been treated with so much kindness, respect and nurturing. As the family members it means so much to know when we leave at night that he is being looked after so well. The kindness of the staff did not end with my grandfather. They’ve been so good to my grandma and the rest of us. They bring us drinks and chat with us. A special thank you to the Isaac and Carol for always going above and beyond for grandpa. Taking the extra time needed to feed him and wash him up daily has made him feel comfortable. Much thanks to the head nurse for running a tight ship on the 3rd floor. Cathy makes the time to answer any and all questions. The physical therapist Karen has been not only gentle with my grandpa but also with us when explaining what we can expect. The palliative nurse, Elizabeth looked into all options and broke them down for us with kindness and professionalism. The care workers and have also been informative and helpful. Grandpas patient advocate, Amber, has sat down with us as well and made sure all needs were met. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better care anywhere else. I hope that people take the time to appreciate those in the medical field who handle themselves professionally and bring the medical care needed for those in need. It can be easy at times to forget all that goes in to taking care of the ill, especially during stressful situations. However, we need to show our gratitude when it is deserved.

Christine Jacobsen If I could give this a 0 rating, I would. My son is 16 and has a nasty case of eczema. I made an appointment with the Goshen office over a month ago for today (earliest appointment available). When I got there, we waited 25 minutes on line to check in only to find out that they cancelled our appointment. They did not call to notify us and then we were told that they couldn’t see him because he is under 18 and we will need to find a pediatric dermatologist. I won’t even bother with the hassle of having to move plans around and the time lost on our part. Just plain inexcusable.

Raquel Espinosa I personally havent visited this office, but a family member of mine had a gynecology appointment today and I am writing a review on her behalf. This was her first time having an appointment with a gynecologist and had made this aware with a doctor at Crystal Run Healthcare in Goshen, but the doctor did not show any concern or had even tried to comfort her knowing it is a scary and uncomfortable appointment for a first timer. This doctor not only was insensitive but once she was about to begin the examination, she didnt even give a warning that she was going to insert an examination tool or swab, she just went for it. Then, she just explained she was going to prescribe her medication, didnt allow questions to be asked nor explained what the medication was for and left the exam room. As a person who works in health care, I am mortified for my family member and that she had to experience this and especially because it was her first time receiving a cervical examination. If you work in health care, you are expected to carry a high amount of compassion and the ability to comfort patients when they are in a vulnerable state. I hope this review gets back to the doctor and that nobody ever has to experience something like this at this office again. If you work in health care, please practice bedside manners!

Frank Buono My doctor does not properly fill things out and has cost me money with the insurance. Do not fill out forms without first checking the fine print they will charge you money just for filling out a form they push to you!

Naruara Dieguez They really need to close for good. Pregnant women calling to speak to the On Call Dr. NO ONE CALLED BACK AT ALL. THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR BABY. Rude and unprofessional behavior.

Colleen Lordy Dont worry about being on time for your appointment. In fact be an hour late, Im sure you will still wait whether you have an 8am or 5:30pm appt. They dont care if you are late to work or leave your job early to make you wait. I wonder if the staff does this to their hairdresser, barber, dentist or anyone else who works by appointments. Shame on you Crystal Run, get your $hi+ together and start caring about the people who pay for you to get a paycheck.

Matt This is BY FAR the worst health care organization I have ever dealt with. No one calls back EVER, there is 0 communication within the organization itself regards to coordinating treatment for patients. After YEARS of putting up with this nonsense I am DONE and would rather drive far and go somewhere else than deal with the incompetence. I visited this office, the Dr ordered an MRI urgent, because he was concerned about a finding. MRI was scheduled for 2 days from that date. When that date came, I go to my MRI and they wont do it because they did not have insurance approval. They told me to wait a few days and they would get approval and call me to reschedule. A week later they have not gotten the approval. I called my insurance company to find out what the issue was, and they explained that Crystal Run never responded back to any of their requests for the reason why the MRI was ordered to begin with. I call Crystal Run back and of course after waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I get someone on the phone who has no clue and says theres nothing they can do except send a message to the Dr and wait for a call back. I wait 2 days, still no call back. Now I call back again and they tell me they will send another message to the Dr. Insane that sick people have to deal with this and no one cares. Theres no one to speak with EVER, and nobody knows anything. Its IMPOSSIBLE to ever get a hold of the correct person. LITERALLY INSANE. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Christopher Burgos Dr Tsai was fantastic, surgery went well. But when I needed a Dr note filled out for my job NYC Employee, Dr Tsai told me to give to his nurse and she would take care of me, the nurse told me to give to lady at front desk, front desk told me there is a unit secretary that does all the paperwork & it will take 5 to 10 business days to get done. What the hell??? Now what do I show my job. I cant get cleared for work until I show them my Dr says I am medically clear for work. Losing days of pay because none wants to do something that literally takes less than 2 minutes. Not to mention, I have been here plenty of times over the years to see different orthopedics and never have I experienced this. Also as a manager for over18 years, when paperwork goes through multiple hands there is a high percentage its gonna get screwed up. Dumbest system ever. Also why are secretaries seeing my medical records, isnt this a violation of hippa law??? (Patient/Dr confidentiality)???

Kiersten Merrill I was recently a patient in five north at St. Luke’s Hospital in Newburgh, New York, and had the pleasure of having Patrick K as a nurse . He was the most attentive, compassionate, understanding, nurse that I’ve had in my entire stay. It’s always a strange feeling when you’re away from your family and your home, but Patrick made sure that I was at ease, that all my needs were taken care of, and that I was comfortable enough to actually get some sleep! I was so grateful to have the experience of his excellent care !

Christina Ruud Having visited this ER three times, Im consistently impressed by the staffs compassion and professionalism. They maintain such positive attitudes even while dealing with difficult situations, and it makes a huge difference during a stressful time. Thank you for your hard work and dedication! However I will say that billing has messed up in the past causing frustrating complications that took quite some time to get fixed.

Dani Ser The hospital is a trauma II center, recently taken over by Montefiore. I had a very traumatic experiment with the ER recently and I dont trust the ER anymore, I will drive to Middletown or Westchester before going to the ER for an emergency. Previous received services were good. Cant complain about the valley parking for $6 open until 9pm.

Chrisitne Prechtel My personal experience at St. Luke’s was fantastic. From security and front desk, to registration, to the nurses and doctors and all staff in between, everyone was SO kind and caring. I had a semi-emergent surgery done there and everything went well. Took forever but being as I work in healthcare, I completely understand WHY. Plus, they explained everything to me. Now, yes, I was charged a ridiculous copay (thanks insurance), and they told me I had to pay or I couldn’t do the procedure. HOWEVER, they are more than willing to a payment plan. You just have to give them something upfront. Anything you can afford. Being as this was last minute, I could only offer $50 of my $200 copay and they accepted, no issues at all. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the level of care this hospital gave me today. 5 starts all around.

Jane Murphy I am currently sitting n radiology with my 85 y.o. Aunt. Her Nephrologist ordered an ultrasound. The receptionists are dismissive, going so far as to huff when you ask questions. We cannot get an estimate on a time frame and we’re told, lunch is at 12. I realize that we did not have an appointment but the level of care here is deteriorating rapidly. Staff is new as they n brand new in many areas. They obviously have a lack of training and empathy. Choose somewhere else to take your family.

Ashley Chambers Ive been calling this office for TWO weeks for an appointment because Ive been out of medication and had yet to have a call back. What is the point of staffing people picking up the phone when I cant schedule an appointment with them or get a hold of the actual office. This is so incredibly irresponsible of the office Ive never had such a bad experience with medical professionals in my life.

D V Not an issue with the medical staff but they are using employees or a call center that do not have sufficient English competency for the medical field. Not all, but its random whether the person who picks up will actually be able to understand what you need to do. Their scheduling is also a mess... they make appointments that the doctor wont be there for. Seems like the right hand does not know what the left is doing.

Which my husband is from and he speaks clear English have a what I feel I really need to be seen. But the appointment given was March 23..soon I guess Ill try urgent care.

Joan My Primary Care doctor referred me to Alicia Natalizio NP, they even called and scheduled with Alicia for tomorrow. Sounds great, right. However today, Alicia Natalizio NP called me direct and canceled my appointment for tomorrow because I have Shingles?!?!?! I was planning on asking for treatment for Shingles in addition to looking at a suspicious irregular skin lesion. Which needs to be addressed in person. I Googled and discovered: Shingles is a skin issue and the American Academy of Dermatology states, “If you think you could have shingles, see a board-certified dermatologist” - aad.org I normally would not leave a negative review but I think her canceling my appointment is ridiculous. Middletown Medical, you need to do better. ?????

Ron M The male doctor is quite rude and does not provide a sense of care at all. He answers your questions as quickly as possible and leaves without giving you a chance to ask follow-up questions. I eventually went to another doctor and now feel well taken care of, as one should with their doctor.

Zhou Torres Frustrating Experience - Long Waits, excessive time to fill out forms, and a rude doctor They dont care anymore. Bring back MCHC (former name/staff) I usually dont write reviews but my experience with Cornerstone Family Healthcare has been consistently negative. The wait times to get appointments are incredibly long, often leaving me waiting weeks to just been seen. Making it difficult to get the care I need quickly. The paperwork requests and physical fill outs process is absurdly excessive, requiring me to keep calling them to get updates or reminding them, wasting valuable time. To make matters worse, Ive encountered several instances of a rude and dismissive by staff member, Dr. Yvette Figueroa, which has left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a patient. You get into medical school and get licensed to practice medicine because you want to take care of others. Not be rude. She needs lessons in care ethics and soft skills in customer service. On the bright side, shoutout to the front desk staff, RN/NA staff, and lab staff. Nothing but extremely nice and professional. As well as shoutout to Dr. Jason Taniguchi. Hes been nothing but nice and professional. Dr. Yvette Figueroa needs to learn more from him and other staff. **PS for new patients: I would strongly advise in seeking healthcare elsewhere. Theyll require you to pay ASAP if you dont have insurance before you get taken care of too**

Efremenko Marina terrible office!!! My husband is 29 years old, has had problems with blood pressure for 9 months, we go, ask to do tests, prescribe an ultrasound, the only thing we have achieved during this time is an extended blood test and thats it! When my husband says that he feels bad (we have already been to the hospital 3 times because of this), the doctor tells him "you are young, healthy, work, live and drink more water! If you feel bad, go to the hospital." Is this normal?! I cant understand why it is so difficult for them to find the cause! p.s.: my husband does not smoke, does not drink, eats healthy food rich in vegetables and fruits

Lenora I went in specifically to get a referral and to get a specific lab test done. Both were mentioned. Both were not done. After my blood was drawn on another floor I realized the appointment was over. I had to go back in to get my referral. It showed up as a second visit. When I got my lab results the test I was waiting for wasn’t even there. They didn’t do it! I’ve had my blood drawn once in my life and this was it. I never go to the doctor and for me to actually make an appointment takes years. The fact that I have to go back now and they’ll get money for another visit is ridiculous. Incompetent. The ladies behind the desk were nice tho.

Rebecca Reed First of all, Dr K, the Pediatrist, Incredible!! Got me sent to a specialist to have ankle surgery. If I hadn’t gone back for a physical with Dr Ivette Figueroa this would have been a 4 star review. HOWEVER!! I went back, saw Dr. Figueroa. It’s an annual physical, I get it, nothing special but I did come in with a specific question about weight. I’m not necessarily obese but am struggling no matter what to lose weight. I was told verbatim: “I’m not a miracle worker, try harder.” EXCUSE ME!!!! I got my blood work back 2 days ago and emailed her through the portal with a few concerns. Haven’t heard anything back and doubt I will. I would still go back for Dr. K but NEVER to see Dr. Figueroa. Awful!

Sharlene Anderson Front desk clerk Evelyn rude and not helpful. Upon initial approach she did not acknowledge that I was standing at her desk. After finally acknowledging me she asked for my insurance and sent a link to register for the scheduled appointment. After waiting serveral min she states there was an issue with my insurance (1199). She asked that we call the insurance company to confirm it was active, I asked her to also call while we were calling, she replied they (the insurance)will not speak to her. Lie number 1.. as there is a provider number .. she finally calls after i attempted to call the provider portion, she hung up saying there was a 20 min wait and she had calls to make and patients to attend to.. we were the only patients in the waiting room, lie 2..., said she had calls to make to contact patients, but didnt make one call, lie 3. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling my baby to coming here. After waiting 42 min she finally calls someone to find out there is an issue with the system. Very unprofessional. As a new patient this was not a great experience I would never recommend anyone to come here.

Nina Roberts Good luck trying to make an appointment . No one answers the phone , you have to leave a msg , they ask you for date of birth but won’t accept the info you enter , then you wait , and wait , and wait some more; still no one calls you back . Three days later , you start the process again . Just find another doctor , total waste of time and a lot of aggravation.

Charlie Lucas I scratched my eye last night and it has been getting worse so I decided to walk in without an appointment with the hope that they would be able to see me. The staff there were very sweet but I heard the doctor tell the staff his schedule was full. When the staff members said you don’t have anything now, he replied I’m busy and it’s lunch time I’m not taking him. Don’t know which doctor but he sounded rude. It would have been fine if he had just said no. I would not recommend them at least that doctor.
