Pat Kelley I have been going here for a few years and have liked the doctors and treatment. at the time I started going there, the office staff was good. that was then and this is now. drove from the Brewerton/Central Square area for a morning appointment today to find out no doctors were there today and my appointment was canceled but no one contacted me. a good 45 minute ride one way. this has happened before. the office staff seems like a revolving door now and all I get is how people are so overworked there. trust me every time I am in there nobody is overworked. the waiting room has hardly any people in it and you have to wait for a while. if the staff knows that the doctors were not in there today, how about looking up the patients who were coming in and let them know to reschedule before we drive there. lady behind me at the counter came from Fulton and the same thing happened to her. a little common sense would be nice. and I need the appointment to get my ears cleaned out. rescheduling appointments a lot is totally inacceptable. I need care to my ears and not excuse !!!

Kathy Crawford DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Never even got in to see the doctors. Jumped through hoops and dealt with their inept office staff for over a week to set up an appointment for my son via a referral from another ENT. After a ridiculous amount of time, appointment was finally set. The morning prior to the appointment, my son received a call from an extremely rude member of their staff cancelling his appointment indicating he was a liability to their practice because they had not done his sinus surgery. No further explanation. I called to try to clarify the situation and was treated very rudely by Christine, the manager of the practice. If this is how a patient referred by a professional colleague is treated, I can’t imagine how someone off the street would be treated. Stay away!!!

Melony Kevwitch Ive been going here for years doctor is great. Helped me, very friendly. every year I get sick and he helped. This year I cant even get in to see him, months out. Theyve got a young new doctor who doesnt even listen to the patient acts like Ive got no clue about my own body. Tried to take over my case.. I cancled.. screw that. I dont have the time or gas to run back and forth for her to redo everything thats been done. Lets charge insurance companies for more unnecessary tests.. I think not

Patricia Jayne I was referred to him almost a year before I can see him. My ear is hurting bad. Putting my hearing in danger.

Blackmasss When there to get my tonsils looked after dealing with a few stones and a feeling of there being something in my throat. Only for them to say it was just a little big and that I have some congestion in my nose. I didn’t got to get my nose looked at! And it felt like the doctor wasn’t even listening to my concerns. I would not recommend.

Christina Peters Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a poor review. I had shown up to every appointment and on time as well as always paid my copay. After asking to cancel an appointment on a holiday (and had called 3 separate times to make sure I could cancel it), I was discharged. The office staff was great in person and would kindly send/fax any of my documents that I needed, however, became rude on the phone in several instances when I attempted to ask basic medical questions or needed to reschedule. It also took 2 years for a plan of care to come together for me in order to feel better. I would not recommend this office for your endo needs.

Princess Sugar We were incredibly impressed with Dr. Arce. After numerous other doctors and getting nowhere with figuring out what was wrong, Dr. Arce expressed that the other physicians we have seen should have taken these symptoms more seriously and he could not believe how many other doctors and nurses just kept giving us "maybe" this "maybe" that but never did any actual investigating into what was causing such severe symptoms (like losing over 70lbs in just a few months without any dietary or exercise changes) and so much more. It is a relief to finally hear a doctor say its not our job to play a guessing game and try to figure this out on our own. Dr. Arce said that that is what these doctors went to college for and they should be the ones finding the answers for their patients instead of offering bandaid fixes that dont help or find the underlying condition that is causing the issues you are having. He gave us hope, and we are very grateful to finally have found a doctor who lives for the health of his patients. Thank you. We hope to find the answers finally, and soon!

Meredith Williams Dr Arcie is a very thorough, patient doctor. He takes the time to explain test results, what direction you care needs to go in and why. I feel he really makes my care a priority. I highly recommend him. His office staff is also warm and welcoming.
5 /5
LAURA BATES Initially Dr. Arce and his staff were amazing. But all of that changed very quickly. Despite telling him I was still feeling unwell after almost 2 years, He would not look into anything other than my thyroid, which was not optimal for me. He told me to lose weight when I clearly did not need to, blew me off and would not look into why I was feeling unwell. His staff, especially the office manager was beyond rude. Dont waste your time.
2 /5
Kristina Hagenmayer I was seen by Dr Arce’s office for issues with my thyroid, he refused to allow my adult daughter to come and ask questions or call at a later time and ask, to help her understand. He was very demanding and it felt refused to give me time to process or think about my own medical decisions. My daughter had an idea to take me to a nutritionist to help me try and heal my thyroid, I called dr arses office to ask his opinion, and ask if they can still monitor me as I do so. I knew little about what to expect. The receptionist says that’s like getting help from another source, if I do so they would take me off their patient list as well as be never allowed back.

Autumn If you can stay away from this office do it. I was referred by an oncology office for a massive ovarian cyst which ended up being 2. The lack of communication and poor planning is why I am going elsewhere. Being offered bloodwork to check for ovarian cancer that should have been done at the very beginning would have been a great idea that did not happen. Then trying to refer me to another oncology office for surgical intervention LOL which I already have one made me laugh even harder. Unless you are under a certain weight and are not a heavily involved case dont bother going to this practice!

Rebecca Fox I believe in transparency when it comes to a doctors background. We should know if he lost his license and now has to have a nurse in the room because he was found to be inappropriate with his patients. We should know if a patient he has performed surgery on has died (more than 1) or should be dead but by the grace of God is still alive. If one knew this then they could make the decision on whether they want to move forward with said doctor in any form. These pieces of information were not available even though one looked for it before having what should have been a common surgery. Instead she came out of it with nightmares, being cut open from above navel and down, vertically. She came out almost doing from sepsis and taking in 10 units of blood on the way from the no big deal surgery to the next hospital. She walks away with no doctor willing to open her up again to treat a repercussion of the surgery because they know inside shes a mess. All because a doctor with prior issues, went in at the right spot but veered off 90° towards her HEART nicking her aortic valve and her intestines. This information would make me more prepared in deciding if he should be my doctor. Shame on him, shame on the courts and shame on the hospital who is putting the women of our county at risk.

Meredith Jones The staff from Oswego Health Home Care have been such an amazing help for my Dad (and me) as he recovers from spinal surgery. They have all provided him with excellent care, for nursing visits, PT & OT. He is constantly telling me how kind they all are to him, how patient and helpful everyone is who visits from Oswego. The nursing team in particular have gone above and beyond ... in their communications with me (special shoutout to Angela & Julie!) , making sure that he has the things that he needs in his apartment, and being sure to connect all the dots in communications with his many doctors. I cannot say enough good things, it is rare to find people who truly care this much in such a stressful & difficult line of work, and I am so grateful to the whole team there.

M. Wilson DO NOT go here unless you have money to burn. Went in for a COVID test and just got billed $296 for it! Thats after what my insurance paid! Called WELL NOW just to see what they would charge and I was told that it would be fully covered by my insurance, and if you dont have insurance it would cost $150. Less than what I got charged here AFTER my insurance. UNBELIEVABLE

Linda I was NOT happy that I had to sit over 20 minutes at the Lab check-in just to pick up supplies for a test. I was GREATLY DISTURBED that this exposed me for so long in a high covid county and especially concerning after over hearing someone else in the waiting room make a call to say he was being tested for covid and at the same time kept lowering his mask to sip water. This should not have taken so long at all. Next time it would be worth it to drive to North Medical Center instead.

Eric S Place is absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs if you can. Zero communication, the people making the schedule have no clue. Been to the hospital office two times and both times sent home because the schedulers made the appointment two weeks too early. Someone needs to pull their head out over there and start acting like a professional business and communicate. They can charge you for last minute cancellation, but run you all over the place without any care whatsoever. Sorry for the long review. AVOID!!!!

Mariah Fierro Have tried to transfer services from Oswego OBGYN for the past three weeks. They lost my original release and have still yet to send records after I filled out a second release. I am 18 weeks pregnant and cannot schedule an appointment with a new OB till my records are sent. When I asked if I could have them printed off so I could deliver them myself I was told it would be a $0.75 cent fee PER PAGE and that they wouldn’t wave that fee even though it has been such a long wait.

Nicole Walker The nurse was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I had been going there for years w no issues. They scheduled my yearly exam and I never got any reminders so a year later I call bc Im having an issue and they say sorry you missed your yearly appointment we cant help you until you pay a missed visit fee and then wait for your appointment again when I needed immediate or fairly immediate help and she was well aware of the urgency and was very rude. I have never missed before and I didnt have the money to pay at that time!!!

Trish L. I have been seeing Theresa Naro for the last 2-3 years and she is not only knowledgeable, but she takes the time to listen and I mean TRULY listen. She is also very body positive - I have never felt so understood by a medical practitioner in the past when it comes to weight and the struggles women are put through. If you are looking for someone who is down to earth, progressive and will make you feel safe and understood, do yourself a favour and make the switch to Theresa! Thank you for being you and the genuine care you offer your patients.

Shae Carter when i went here as a teenager the doctor was very condescending and made me very uncomfortable by trying to push her religious beliefs to me, didnt listen to many of my concerns, brushed over most of my questions, and did not wear gloves during examinations. it has left a lasting negative impression on me that has prevented me from going to any obgyn in years.

Taylor Weese Getting prescriptions refilled is always pulling teeth. Theres never anyone to talk to, and partner has to leave multiple messages before anything gets done. They dont even respond to requests from our pharmacist. My partner has run out of medication multiple times because the prescription wont get refilled, which is dangerous. Takes advantage of your Medicaid dollars but wont do their job. Go anywhere else.

Judy Ulchinsky I am finding the marriage between Upstate and Oswego Health to be chaotic. Waiting a week for information or appointments leaves you scared and helpless when facing cancer. Surgery 8 days ago and still no plan till I wait for next Wednesday. Which patient Health system?? They dont share. Im stressed out. Doesnt seem right. Now the Doctor, seems great. Staff are nice, but they too, must wait a week till Wednesday. The question here is, is this association well thought out. Is administration making this tough on patients due to lack of communication. If things change, I will review. I am sorry I did not go just to Upstate.

Tra C Our visit to surgery center was awesome from start to finish. My daughter had to go the surgery center for an appt, so she can get scheduled for a 1 day surgery. The front desk clerk and nurses are always willing to help me with an appt time that I can make it to. The nurses and Dr.Strain explained everything to us from start to finish so we knew exactly what they we’re going to do. Just want to say Thank you to the staff at the surgery center and the nurses and Dr.Strain.

Marlene Klock Although the nurses and staff were the best! Administration, policy and procedures are another story!!!! I’m being told as a loved one and driver of a patient receiving services today, that I must wait in my car because the waiting rooms have been turned into staff lounges as a result of COVID. I’m disappointed that the surgery center has not considered alternative methods of safety as it relates to COVID and those associated with one day surgery. It is winter and it’s not snowing and I’m able to navigate well but it could of been so much different!

Marisa Marie I just went to Walk In Hours for Mary Walker Health Center. I am currently a Grad Student and was unsure if I would be able to be seen. I signed into the computer twice and then asked the nice person at the desk if she would be able to help me. She was a student and was super kind and patient as we tried to get the computer working. We were unfortunately unsuccessful and was unable to sign me in. She went to ask one of the nurses to help. The nurse was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. She gave me so much attitude and told me I would unable to be seen unless I paid a co pay. I apologized for any inconveniences but she was still not nice. I would have been happy to pay it if the two adult nurses did not address me the way that they did. It was extremely upsetting and not a good way to start a day.

Deanna DiCosimo I was a student here in fall 2017 - Spring 2019. I went into the Mary Walker clinic February 7th 2019 complaining of “stomach aches”. The nurses asked me a couple of questions, and I started to explaining them that it’s been hard for me to eat and sleep because of the “stomach pains”. The nurses were patient with me and sat and listened to what I had to say as they realized it wasn’t a stomach problem, it was anorexia. It has been 5 years since I left oswego and to this day, I will never forget how they helped me when I was so vulnerable and truly broken inside.

I was told I can just walk in and get it done - Great! I drive from over 45 minutes away and once I arrive I’m told “ohhh, no. You need a lab from your doctor requesting a blood draw, you have to make an appointment.” ???

Judi Beasley Went to have blood work done and a EKG, went early in the morning the nurse who was checking people in was so rude, understand he was the only one there, but still just had a simple question and had my head handed to me,l. Understand being overworked but still greet your patients with a smile and half way cherry attitude make everyone a little better. Than to top it off signed in and the nurse went right over my name as someone else signed in on the same line. Told them about it and it was no big deal. This place needs to be revamped with different staff who care. Cant give this lower than 1 star.

M Dud Had the absolute worst experience getting blood work here (6/04/21). The girl drawing the blood was monotone and spoke under her breath after I told her I had trouble hearing her. She was incredibly rude. I needed 5 vials and when she put the needle in she could not keep it still. She was reaching for things and digging the needle side to side. I tried to tell her but she did not care. It took forever for the 5 vials. I made a comment about how she had my arm way above my heart and maybe thats why it took so long and she snapped at me and said "well, Im only 57". Heres a message that management should relay to their employees. THE COMFORT OF THE PERSON DRAWING THE BLOOD SHOULD NOT BE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE COMFORT OF THE PATIENT.

Kate Kearney Made an appointment online, which in theory affects wait time. Arrived well before the appointment time. Made it into a room and then sat there for nearly 2 hours, with several people opening the door and seeming surprised we were there, before I left. I got a call 2.5 hours after my appointment time that "we realized youre not in the room". So I told them why I left and was told that wait times are the same for everyone, an average of 3 hours. If Id known that appointments are meaningless, Id have waited the 90 minutes at the WellNow urgent care and been done.

Erica Stauring For the first two years, I liked going here. Just last Wednesday, I called and ordered a refill for my birth control pills in which I had to start the new pack that Sunday. I called Walgreens and they said I needed approval from my doctor, so I called my doctor and they specifically asked me “Walgreens in Fulton?” And I confirmed. So the next day I call Walgreens and they say they don’t have an approval yet. I call the doctors office back and they say that my pills were sent to a mail carrier in SYRACUSE to be delivered to me. Why? I don’t know, because they have been sent to the same pharmacy for 2 years. So here I am Saturday waiting, no pills. Sunday night, no pills. Monday night, no pills. I finally get my pills Tuesday and end up being 2 days late.

Chantel Bickford I have gone here sense I needed an Obgyn and it’s been ridiculous. I got an iud a few years ago and had the worst issues and they did nothing to check on it or make sure I was okay. I had told them I had been in a lot of pain and bleed for 6 months and they just told me it’s normal to the point I was in so much pain I had to get it taken out. After a year I went to try a new birth control and they talked to me about trying a smaller iud because it may be better for my body. At this time I had gotten and pap done and they contacted me regarding abnormal cells and said it’s not something to overly worry about because they see it semi often and could check in it again at my year check up. As I was aware I had a check up appointment in august which I had cancelled when they called because I had covid and was on quarantine. I ended up in the hospital it was so bad. They not only didn’t cancel my appointment resulting in a no show but RE scheduled me without my knowledge ending in another no call no show and kicked me out of the office Permanently. Not only that but come to find out these appointments were surgery appointments I was not aware of. Highly do not recommend them.

He had a positive experience there during a really hard time in our lives. Especially during this time in American healthcare when places like this are often in need of more staff and more support, they did an incredible job providing safety and help when we needed it. These are good people and their kindness was unmatched. I remain eternally grateful for their attentions paid to the person I care about most in the world- and for their inclusion of myself.

L. L. The only major complaint I have is the phone situation. Getting someone to answer the phones at the downstairs outpatient mental health therapy area is impossible most days and it’s only becoming worse. Why is that? Perhaps there are too few people whose job it is to answer phones? I think that there is a need for more staff downstairs in the outpatient mental health area to answer the phones. I suggest you hire more staff solely dedicated to answering the phones and dealing with the questions and needs of those calling. Also, I suggest that the entire downstairs and upstairs of this mental health center needs some fresh, brighter, or more natural nature themed color paint or wallpaper—to create a more welcoming and comfortable environment especially for the inpatients upstairs. Having had a family member who in the past was an inpatient at this mental health center, Ive made some observations about the actual facility; The visiting rooms for inpatients remind me of a tiny police interrogation rooms just like something you’d see on tv— very sterile environment not the most conducive atmosphere for mental health patients. It does not have a positive feeling. The walls, furniture are all drabber than drab. But, the Mental health therapists and nurses and the medication providers are always very positive in the downstairs outpatient area—the ones I’ve talked to are excellent professionals. At least this is what I have seen and personally experienced on regular therapy main floor.

Katelyn Rey This is the third time Ive been there and the staff were all amazing this time, I got all my meds too, everything was great. one of the nurse techs, Megan, was the best. she helped me the most. She was amazing, I hope she does well in life. She deserves the world and more. If I couldve I wouldve tried my hardest to make her as a friend outside of the ward. food was alright

Syd Copeland This facility and before when it was Bunner Street has coerced me into treatment against my better judgement and also forced sedation therapy on me. This was very traumatizing as I was seeking help for past assaults and I have since found that I have pelvic dysfunction that was made worse by these medications and sedatives they give patients. I had doctors and nurses gaslight me into the diagnosis needed for insurance compensation (literally misdiagnosed me for their own benefit) poke and prod to get the insurance company to pay for "treatment" Steer clear of places like this as they hardly let you outside and there isnt much to do physiologically, pretty much a place for you to stay for a few days to months. They do offer some programs for the homeless, however. I remember crying about my pelvic discomfort and pain unkowingly and one aide threatened to sedate me, thankfully I was aware enough to tell her "Im just crying, please get away from me and let me process what is happening." I needed physical therapy and my nervous system was just triggered by the pain. Thankfully I received the proper help from shoulder and pelvic floor physical therapy and am still healing as of today. This sedation therapy is inhumane, SSRIs literally made me so aggressive that it created this awful cycle of sedation and release, AND ALSO the sedatives are addictive to keep you going back.... the drugs should be replaced with a physiotherapist or physical therapist and the social workers need to stop coercing and emotionally manipulating (i.e. saying things like "Did you miss me?") patients to the facilities. Food was decent, most of the staff were nice and accepting. One staff tried to manipulate me into a deeper psychosis, by calling me something that triggered my assaults trauma. Will not be going back, end sedation therapy, get the people active. Thank you for reading!

Rachel Bednarek There is no professional counseling services here. Not helpful. When they sent me home after a week there, they told me to take and called in an RX for one drug to take 25mg/day. When I’m the system they state I should be taking 125mg twice a day. A huge difference! My mental health has suffered due to their incompetence.

Tom Contino This hospital needs to make some major changes. I waited hours and ended up just leaving because it was clear I would never have been seen. There were people I was talking to in the waiting room who had been there for 7 plus hours. One guy was having symptoms of a heart attack and they hadn’t even had a doctor look at him. Another person arrived by ambulance and was brought out to the waiting room. Another person had been there the entire day after being sent from their doctor’s office for an emergency MRI and had waited over 7 hours without anyone looking at them. This is unacceptable. People need to be able to get care within a reasonable amount of time. And leaving people out in the waiting room with major issues is just cruel. The staff had no accountability and refused to give anyone an estimation for wait time, or a reason why they hadn’t been seen yet. Something needs to be done about this place. It’s completely unacceptable to treat human beings like that.

Ashley Howland After being admitted and undergoing procedures in multiple facilities from Watertown to Syracuse, I can say that the best care I have received has been in the hands of the Oswego Medical network. I went in very nervous about the two procedures that I was having, but was met with nothing but warm and welcoming staff. Everyone from reception to surgeon and all in between were very friendly. Everything was explained to me and all needs attended to. In a world with such a shortage of medical care, I am thankful to have been seen by the people at the Oswego Hospital. These are very hardworking people who are often in thankless positions. Nothing went unnoticed by me. Thank you Oswego.

Desiree Breitbeck I recently fell and hit my head, which caused a severe bloody nose (I did not hit my nose but the impact on my head was so hard it caused my nose to bleed) I could have had bleeding on the brain, I could have had a concussion, and yet I was stuck in the waiting for 7+ HOURS before anyone even attempted to see me. No tests were done in this time. Not one nurse, doctor, or staff member bothered to check on me, not a single time. I watched as people came in after me, got called back, and got discharged all before I even got seen once. Now, Im not stupid, I am aware that the ER is "SUPPOSED" to see people in order of severity, however, waiting there so long, some of the other patients and I talked and they told me why they were there, for example, one woman simply dropped something on her foot! And was still seen before me. She, among others, all had less severe conditions, and waited maybe a FRACTION of the time. Then after waiting for 7 hours, a nurses aide finally came to THE WAITING ROOM to check my blood pressure and vitals. Talk about lack of privacy, and after finding my blood pressure was 220/128, (he even checked it more than once to make sure it wasnt high due to an error and got a high reading everytime) I was STILL left in the waiting room. This hospital definitely is NOT seeing people based on severity, it seems to me they are getting the easier patients in first so they can get them in and out at a faster rate. And it was not me alone that felt this way. There was an older gentleman there with his elderly wife who was waiting longer than myself and he was complaining to the staff and they told him they "could not do anything about it or give anyone any time estimates". I repeat again this is after 7-8 HOURS of waiting to even be seen once. If you or your loved one need care, especially if it is needed in a hurry, please, PLEASE, DO NOT go to this hospitals ER department. Make the drive to St. Joes/Crouse/Upstate, any of the surrounding hospitals. And dont bother replying with the generic "we need more information" response. The fact that you reply to EVERYONES review the same way shows you genuinely do not care. Every patient here gets the same reply just like we get the same level of care. Cold, rude, and impersonal.

Jane Castro Horrible experience, rude/disrespectful staff went in experiencing an asthma attack. Ended up sedated and chained to a bed because I kept asking why blood was being taken. Ended up loosing my breathe i fell, I was dragged across the floor while nurse and doctors kept telling me they didn’t care. The nurse took my phone away before being sedated. Once I woke up no one knew were my stuff was and kept telling me I never had it on me which I did. 2 hours after being awake the finally found my phone. They were more worried on how many drinks I had with dinner than the actual issue of an asthma attack. Which I have chronic asthma. Needles to say the nurse and doctors that were on last night need to be watched.

Bautista Dator Carmen MD

Avenue Willowood Me and my partner had our first appointments with Dr. Carmen a couple days ago to establish care. We waited for a month for this appointment, and we drove 50 minutes to get there (not the worst, but we were hopeful it would be worth it). The desk lady was very nice, and then we went back and met Dr. Carmen. My partner was explaining to her that they were around a lot of drywall dust as kid, and that they wanted to get their lungs looked at. She asked if they were on any medication. They told her, "An albuteral Inhaler, and I USED to be on gabapentin." At that point she stopped the entire appointment and said, "I dont do psychiatry, so youll have to find a psychiatrist before I establish care with you." We reiterated that we werent there for psych stuff, we were there for the physical health stuff. She just kept cutting us off and saying, "No, you are here for mental health stuff, thats why you mentioned gabapentin." She asked what meds they were on and they answered, and apparently that means were only there for mental health stuff??? We left very upset, and I had a full mental breakdown in the car. This was supposed to be the first step for me figuring out why my joints have never worked right, and if I have long term damage from years of childhood concussions and whiplash. Ive been with therapists and psychiatrists for 6 years, and while I cant wait to have another therapist, my mental health is not my main concern at all. Quite frankly, turning away patients who are trying to figure out their chronic symptoms, all because theyve been on low grade anxiety meds, is just mental illness discrimination. I dont expect much from primary care physicians other than referring me to doctors that will actually help, and she couldnt even do that. Refusing to treat patients with a history of mental illness is going to kill someone one day, all because she refused to even look at their issues. She doesnt deserve a medical license, and if youre establishing care with her, dont even bother if you have a history of mental illness. You wont get anywhere.

Jerry Osbourne Not a good experience she started screaming at a developmentally disabled woman for no reason at all. I told her to talk and not yell because we weren’t angry (like her) she kept on yelling and talking loud for no reason at all (she was the only one) what an absolute nightmare save yourself the waste of time going to see this ill mannered and rude individual. She will cut you off when your advocating and voicing your concerns for someone disabled and say that your interupting her after she didnt let you finish speaking. what a failure in communication that will be blamed on you being rude when its her not letting the patient voice concerns its based on carmens concerns and not yours. This is also a doctor that falsely believes that the only way you can have kidney issues is if your GFR is below 60. This is absolutely false and not fact based. Just a rude mean old woman who should just retire and stop verbally abusing people who voice thier concerns and opinions. You are your own best advocate and doctors dont advocate for the patient this is one of those doctors who doesnt like people trying to ask questions or advocate for themselves. if you are in there with a relative i promise you as soon as you speak on behalf of your relative she will give you a response then cut you off from responding back by turning to your relative to talk to them and play the you just interupted me gaslighting game. she will bait you into saying your interupting her by cutting you off from giving a response by turning to talk to someone else while you didnt even get a chance to respond back to an answer. dont ever go there with a family or friend if your just trying to advocate for someone youll be walking out the door after being verbally abused by her.

Catlin DiLorenzo Hands down the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. Went to the ER and they referred me to her. After having a kidney stint put in, this lady was so unprofessional. In her address, I didnt even know who she was when she entered the room. Took time off of work for the appointment for her to sit there and want every little detail about my visit at the e r when all she had to do was get the records from the hospital. Im sorry maam but I was in an extreme amount of pain and they had me on a lot of drugs. I dont remember everything. Continuously asked redundant questions like is the pain better That you dont have a one centimeter kidney stone blocking your path to your bladder Which I was simply answering yes the pain is better but it still hurts Avoid this quack joke of a doctor at all costs

Katie Stout Dr. Dator has always treated me like a human being. On my first visit, instead of prescribing antidepressants or anti-anxiety medication when I discussed being fatigued and down, she asked me questions about my life and suggested blood work first to see if I had any vitamin deficiencies. It was a huge relief, and she has helped me help myself for several years since. She is not interested in treating people who are not helping themselves, i. e., she does not see people who smoke cigarettes because theres not much she can do if the patient is destroying their health with poor choices. I like her professional standards. She is a no BS kind of doctor. The reason for four stars instead of five is that her front desk staff, though kind, messes up paperwork and doesnt return phone calls sometimes. Im not the Queen of England though and I realize mistakes can happen. They fix any mistakes when I bring them to their attention. Dr. Dator is open to alternative/holistic treatments and is supportive of positive changes on the patient end--she is always happy to fill out the necessary paperwork I need for my HSA account to pay for yoga, orthopedic massage, gym memberships, etc. for pain and stress management. No coddling in this office, but definitely treated with respect.

Daniel Arton I was refused treatment from this doctor on my second visit on my first visit I needed a referral for a screening. We had discussed that I smoke a half a pack a day but am trying to quit on my second visit two weeks later I was refused treatment because I had not yet completely quit. I traveled 300 miles one way to be told we cant treat you because we dont approve of your life style thanks doc your awesome. Cant give less than one star or I sure would. I guess your time is the only one with any value. After reading g some of your other reviews I think you did me a favor. Trying to deal with your personal Healthcare is hard enough without doctors like this. Im thinking Class Action people not see this
