Bill Davidsen All of the medical people did excellent work and the area is relatively easy to find. There is a map on the last half mile to assist finding which entry of the buildings you want. Read that. The driving is acceptable except in the 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. time in which case its a slowly moving parking lot.

Ilya_Anh Ganin_Ngu Very new marina, clean docks and hook ups. The entrance into the harbor can get shallow, we read around 5-6 feet in between channel markers. The marina does not have a shower, but there are upscale portable bathroom onsite. It is close to the restaurants and the casino. As transients with the mast down, we were charged for the length of the boat with mast down at 52ft instead of LOA of 36ft. Not sure if we would drop by again.

Chrysalis S Xrays. Quick, efficient. Dont show signs for parking on upper level, which would have really helped as I had an issue walking.

Augusta Mead The location of this hotel was great with some fabulous amenities around the area. We booked this hotel as our halfway stop to Vermont for a ski week and because it was down the road from my grandmother’s apartment. The people we did encounter seemed nice enough, however, when we called down for extra pillows we were informed there was only ONE left and that we had to come down and get it. I have never had to do that at a Marriott before. When we got into the room the closet door didn’t close, there was a used coffee bag in the coffee machine and there was a fairly large tear in the sheets that we didn’t notice until after sleeping in the bed. The bed overall was beyond uncomfortable as well. Overall wasn’t the worst stay, but would not recommend it to anyone else.

Eric Lutz Very nice Marriot with SUPER friendly and helpful staff. The lobby cafe is additional $ but tasty and moderately priced. We arrived late and the front desk clerk was very helpful in getting us settled with what we needed. A call down to the front desk the next morning was answered by someone equally as helpful and friendly. VG service! Rooms were clean, location is convenient and easy to find. Great parking, too.

Anwar Ibrahim The room was much smaller than advertised. I could not lock the door that connected mine to the other room. This was eventually fixed. The shower design was poor, causing water to pool in the bathroom after every shower. The shower dripped instead of stream. The walks were thin. Conversation from the other room and hallway kept filtering into my room. Why did I stay in the same room? I had unpacked and didnt want to repack and change rooms.

Alicia Johnson If you stay for two nights, they do not clean your room. This is fine but all other hotels at least drop off new clean towels. When I called the desk, they said said I needed to pick them up myself. I guess the good news is, they didn’t ask me to drop them off for any other rooms.

Hey There Lovely overnight experience. Friendly capable staff. Fun area for walking to restaurants, bars, shopping. Yes, as other reviews stated, the restaurant/Starbucks is only a 1 woman show most days. She tries hard. But it takes way to long for a coffee. Not a real Starbucks taste. Skip the lobby restaurant & your hotel stay will shine here.

Donna Sherwin I have never been too well now Balltown Rd., Schenectady, NY. But from feeling poorly for over a week, I wanted to make sure it wasn’t in my lungs. I am so happy I stopped here The check-in was a breeze. I waited in my own car and was called when it was my turn to minimize the germs. The room was spotless. Everyone was super professional. I would come back here again.

David Johnson explained everything to me so I would understand. I never felt like he was rushing me. He did a great job taking care of my finger. I would definitely go back there if I had to for any kind of illness. I wanna thank everybody at works there. He did a great job.

Janice Fellner From the moment I walked in the receptionist was so kind and welcoming. The services were rendered quickly and thoroughly from the receptionist right straight through to the doctor on call. We were handled professionally and respectfully. One of the best experiences Ive had at an urgent care!!!

C Dr. Henson was hands down one of the best doctors Ive ever seen. Until I saw her I thought that doctors who actually cared about the people they saw were a myth, and she proved me wrong in the best way. When I first started seeing her I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. I had been struggling with medical issues that no one would take seriously and as soon as I started seeing her that all changed. She took me seriously when others had brushed me off. She set me up with referrals to specialists to have everything investigated after years of being told that there was nothing wrong with me and being sent home in pain. It had gotten to the point that I felt like maybe I was crazy and that there was actually nothing wrong with me. And when I told her that I was depressed because of what I was going through and didnt have coverage for mental health services she took care of it and made sure I was able to get started on medications that I desperately needed to get me through those dark times. I dont know that I would still be here today if she hadnt helped me as much as she did. Her kindness, expert care, and sheer willingness to help saved me from myself. It was debilitating, both mentally and physically to be in the amount of pain I was, and to have no answers for anything. To be treated like I was fine for so long when I clearly wasnt is something that was legitimately traumatic. Because of her care and understanding I finally got a diagnosis for a congenital defect that had been destroying my life from the moment I was born. And anytime I had issues with my coverage making scripts too expensive she worked with me to figure out where they could be sent that would make them affordable. The only reason shes not my primary care physician still is because of me having to move. If I could have brought her with me I would have. Im still in the process of resolving everything due to the move, but thanks to her I was finally able to get the ball rolling on and am now being taken seriously when I get seen. Dr. Henson, if you see this review I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a blessing to any patient lucky enough to have you.

Mindi Modiano After 10 years of using this practice, and being very familiar to the receptionists, based on todays experience, I will find a new physician with courteous office staff. I was running late for my appoint, called to let them know and arrived 13 minutes late. After sitting, all alone, in the waiting room for 5 minutes the receptionist went to tell the Dr. that I arrived. I was then informed that because I was late they would not see me. When I pleaded with her, she rudely said this is not up for discussion. Do your self a favor and dont use this office.

Rita Musto I just moved to the area and found this practice close to my familys home. I was seen by Carmen Cardinale who was extremely personable and attentive Nursing Practitioner. Carmel was proficient at her job, and took time out to call me regarding a reaction I had to one of the vaccinations. I would recommend this Practice to anyone looking for a caring Doctors Practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Henson for about 2 years and am remiss in not previously offering a review. She is smart, competent, professional, and has been very helpful in managing my health. Im not crazy about the fact that the practice has recently become part of Community Care which I left over their draconian "guidelines."

Justine Powers Went to this place for an injured foot, unfortunately that wasn’t the concentration of my visit once I provided my medication list. They put a focus on my mental health instead of my foot. A nurse came in and gave me a shoe for my foot but didn’t explain how long to wear it and the doctor didn’t come back into the room without being requested. I felt like something was wrong so I went to the orthopedic where I was informed that my foot is actually broken in multiple places. I will not be returning to Ellis medical center.

Kurt Warren This hospital is a joke. They pay their doctors far below the national average for their field of medicine. I was treated in their ear nose and throat department, by Diana Page. I started off with a sinus infection, I fired her and left with an incurable gram negative infection. I suffer from insomnia, high blood pressure, severe pulsating headaches, and irritability because of this disease every day of my life. Go to a different hospital.

LuckyLottery Numbers This place sucks they don’t check on you at all the food is terrible and all hot meals come cold including the meat. The first day for dinner they served me a cold pancake and two cold sausages. The plate had dried juices printed on it. I was the only young person in this place and everyone was old and probably don’t know how they’re being treated. I gave they one star but this place need to be shut down. Do not take your love ones here. I will never come back here again!!!!!

Lisa Logi The doctors are good and very knowledgeable. But the office staff..often does not return my calls. I help with a Hispanic families. I called 3 weeks ago to ask for a physical report and vaccines for a 3 year old child to register him for early intervention. No call back. I called last Friday and spoke to a secretary and she said she would mark the message urgent. I called again and left a 3rd message and asked that it would be ready for today .When I came in it was not. Not acceptable!!! Now this child has to wait to get the help he needs! Ay no.

m m This was my first time visiting Dr in the US, I went to Primary walk-in care, they filled out everything pretty fast. LPN Elizabeth was a sweetheart. My assigned PCP Kerry Yakawiak though showed little to no interest when I told her about my concerns. Also, they don’t give you any results and don’t email it to you either.

Nabiha Amini I absolutely love everything about this place! At first, I was nervous after reading the reviews, but my experience turned out to be amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. Unlike other dermatologists who take 3 to 6 months to schedule an appointment, they got me in within a week! The staff, nurses, and doctors were incredibly kind and attentive. They truly listened to all my concerns and prescribed the right medication and treatment for me. I couldn’t be happier with my visit—I’m so glad I chose this place!

Maria Zimmerman I can’t speak to the provider quality, however the office staff lacks understanding of the Medicare system and stated they take some Medigap policies and not others, which of course is not allowed. The receptionist and office manager did not appear interested in resolving the confusion.

Patricia MacLeod Dr. Gregory has been of great help to me and I like working with Lauren too. The nurses seem very curt and like they are just getting through the day and the front desk staff are not great. Ive had two experiences of late where I was treated badly. The first I showed up 6 minutes late and waited online behind four people before finally reaching the desk. At which point, I was told I was more than 10 minutes late for my appointment and would have to reschedule. My chart was already off to the side which I imagine happened on the dot of my appointment time. I explained being caught in traffic behind an accident and having driven a long way and they said they could fit me in but Id have to wait a long time. I decided to stay and ended up waiting 30 minutes to go into the room. My next appointment, I showed up exactly on time maybe even slightly early and they said I didnt have an appointment. The receptionist mistakenly put my appointment in for another month away. I showed them where I had written it in my book and said if you check my chart youll see the doc recommended a 30 day follow-up and I was here 30 days ago for that visit. I said this because she acted like I scheduled the wrong day. It didnt seem like they were going to take me until I made it clear I wasnt leaving without seeing the doctor. Again I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes and when I told the doc the experience I had, he didnt seem concerned. One of the nurses told me they always run late on days when the doctors are there and the doc has apologized to me once for running behind. They have a sign on the desk asking patients to be patient because the receptionist is new, theyve had it up at least 30 days. I used to be a medical receptionist and had it down in less time. Her attitude is very nonchalant and patients time doesnt seem to be as valuable to the staff as much as their own. I noticed the floors are dirty, the chairs dont work, and when the appointment involves touching your skin, the doc doesnt where gloves or wash his hands. His recommendations have been helpful but Ive also been sold three very expensive products they just happen to sell on site.

Noelia Bravo I just tried to make an appointment, their Insurance Specialist was having an issue finding my insurance, I offered to send my insurance card to their email and he said you need to call your insurance, I said I have not had this issue anywhere, could I send you the insurance card and he said in a very frustrated tone nope you need to call your insurance and figure out why I cant find you. Honestly I have never had this issue anywhere, since the beginning of the call I could tell he was in a hurry and with a bad attitude.

Loving Life HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I recently visited Dr. Neal Gregory in Clifton Park for my first time. Dr. Gregory was CONDESCENDING and RUDE throughout the appointment. He made several inappropriate attempts to scare me about potential conditions without providing any concrete evidence I had them just to push his own products and services on me. Additionally, the front office was FILTHY, which only added to my discomfort. I would not recommend this dermatologist to anyone. ONLY INTERESTED IN SELLING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, NOT CARING FOR PATIENTS!!!

Sara Maxwell It’s only been one day since my procedure but so far so good. Pain and bleeding are minimal. Everything went well and I am so grateful for the staff at planned parenthood schenectady. From the receptionist at the front desk, to the doctor, everyone was so respectful, non judgmental and welcoming. The RN who explained everything and took my medical history was very reassuring, as were the nurses in the waiting area where women are waiting for their procedures or recovering. The RN who works with the anesthesiologist is also excellent, the nurse assisting the doctor as well etc. I mean they all work so well together as a team. And as awful and heartbreaking as it is to be in the situation of needing a procedure like this, this team really makes the experience as comfortable as possible. I was so worried and anxious in the days leading up to my appointment, I’m just so appreciative that everyone was so kind to me and they all seem to really care about their patients. And as promised, I made it home safely to my family so for that I am forever grateful. Thank you.

Jadin Manipole I had the most incredible experience yesterday at Planned Parenthood. I am a very open person so I dont mind sharing this info, but I had a non-hormonal IUD placement procedure and I am so happy I went here. When I arrived, the receptionist was kind and provided me a lot of information in regards to insurance (which I am fortunate to have), cost of services, etc. Dr. Hinman and her nurse, whose name I am forgetting, were some of the best help I have ever received in all 24 years of my life. I was so anxious and the nurse was right by my side and he answered any and all questions, while reassuring me that all will be okay and that the team is experienced and will put my needs first. Dr. Hinman did the same. So many doctors need to take a lesson from her book when it comes to being compassionate. She confirmed with me that this is the birth control route I wanted to pursue, and was open to having other conversations if I wanted to explore more options. When the procedure was happening, which was stressful because of my genetic makeup, Dr. Hinman and the nurse did all in their power to keep me comfortable and to reassure me that I was doing great and strong. They were very communicative throughout the process and coached me through breathing exercises. In addition, they are FAST thinkers and when the placement was not going as it usually does (again because of my genetic makeup, not because of their skills), they were able to have it inserted by bringing out an ultrasound to ensure it was properly placed. That made me feel so much better because they were not just hoping for the best but actually being cautious that the placement was correct and no future problems would arise from misplacement. Overall, I cannot recommend Planned Parenthood of Schenectady enough. I am so fortunate to of had an amazing experience on all fronts and wanted to come on here to encourage people to utilize them as a resource. I have been to other Planned Parenthoods in the Hudson Valley and Schenectadys care blew the others out of the park. Thank you so much to Dr. Hinman and the nurse who stood by my side and cared for me. I feel fantastic today and so proud of myself for putting my reproductive health first. Couldnt of done it without you two.

Clara Bean Phone calls sound like scams. Person on other end wont identify themselves and ask for PII. Scammers often do this, and its unwise to receive a call and then provide PII when you cant verify that the call is legitimate. Im not going to give me date of birth to some rando who says they are from my doctors office. Do better!

Lain Zembek It has been 4 weeks since I received my bloodwork results, which showed the need for a prescription, and I still have not received that prescription. I have called several times a week and stopped by the office in person. I have left several messages for the nurse and have not received a callback. I have spoken with the front desk multiple times, and they assured me there was nothing more they could do other than transfer me to the nurse to leave another message. Their care and attentiveness is extremely poor.

Lynn Daly When I have an appointment, its always on time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner I see is easy to talk with and listens to what my complaints are. She understands my concerns and addresses all of my concerns. A wonderful place to be when you have questions and need answers.

Just like Sams review, we are challenging the clinic due to charging my family for out of network charges as well as incorrectly making our visit a "comprehensive visit" billing us 700$ plus dollars. it was a well check for immunizations. Both my kids were in one room. Not sure how comprehensive if taking weight, height and giving a shot! we waited in lobby longer than we were with NP. Clearly unprofessional for both kids to me in one room and bill 2x. I believe they are double billing and NOT up front with their process.

Daniella Clarke I always used to love this practice and felt very comfortable there but my most recent appointment will most likely result in me never coming back. the front desk girls have zero compassion and understanding for mental health and panic attacks. I also filled out a survey which better explains my situation on a personal level but I thought a public review was needed as I dont want anyone else to come here seeking mental or emotional assistance because the lack of compassion and the embarrassment caused by the treatment I recieved there could be make it or break it for some people. my NP is great though, this is nothing bad against stella. shes a great addition there.

Ella Bunn I was trying to call this morning to see when my appointment is since it was booked months ago. I was also hoping to see if there was any earlier openings. Im currently suffering in pain in my shoulder from impingement syndrome and in order to get my physical therapy and to continue following up with an orthopedic I need a referral. I no longer have a primary care provider cuz my previous primary care provider will not do this because shes not in network with my insurance provider and thats who needs the referral So here it is almost 8:15 am and every time I call this number it says the office is closed when clearly it says they open at 8:00. As a healthcare provider, you should be making sure your employees are ready, willing, and able to assist patients at 8:00 a.m. when the office opens.

Arden VanNatten I give this location a 3 star review. Dr Savla is great and takes his time with his patients. Nice having a blood draw location on-site. However, urgent care is a joke. I went to urgent care a couple weeks ago and saw the P.A for approximately 45 seconds (no exaggeration). The front office is nice but are not trained completely or just dont do their jobs very well. Ever since St. Peters take over telephone hold times are 15+ minutes.

Because the people in the very front will ruin your business. You guys have been open for less than 5 years and your front staff are giving you guys a bad rep. Sylvia Washington April of the year 2020, I was admitted into the hospital for COVID 19. I woke up in the ICU days later after fainting at home. Ellis nursing staff nursed me back to health. They were so gentle and kind!!! Im a resident of Schenectady and I was born at Ellis hospital. Ive never had a negative experience here. Blessings to Ellis!!!

Eleanor Murray I called early today (May 6, 2022) to change my Tuesday, May 10 appointment. A woman named Angela said "Schenectady calls" were forwarded to her but she could not change the appointment. She promised to have the Schenectady staff call me back. Nope. Not a word. In this day and age most doctors offices like as much notice as possible about appointment changes. BTW I tried to call the office again but they were not there and do not allow messages to be left! Additionally, the NY Nephrology Groups website was identified as unsafe by Verizon. This was the only stalwart site available. Im doing all I can to demonstrate appropriate patient practices.and not be marked as a "no show." EDIT: Mon 5/9/2022. Sure enough, I got a call today TO CONFIRM MY APPT TOMORROW! The woman was defensive and dismissive when I tried to explain that it was a problem that she never got my message. Where is the professionalism? Sigh

Lost In The Adirondacks Great surgeon, but the office staff is a joke, completely incompetent. All I needed was a return to work note after a surgery, I was told on a Monday I could go back, just needed them to fax the paper. It is now Thursday, I have given them three fax numbers, and it took them two days to tell me one wasn’t working. They never return your call, and they never complete a task quickly. I am glad I never had any complications with the surgery, I would have been worried about my safety

Jessica “QueenOfChill” The doctor I had a consultation with walked out halfway through. My questions were left unanswered and the doctor kept saying my chief complaint was something that was last on my list of reasons for wanting surgery. I had to try to continue to ask questions in the hallway with no privacy where I was simply shrugged off and told Ill see you in six weeks and we can talk more then.... No we absolutely should have had a full discussion for my consult but instead I got ignored, gaslight and ditched midway. Dont go here terrible care where they dont listen to you, walk out halfway and still expect you to pay for care you didnt receive. Updated to add: I did reach out to the office manager to request a refund. They said they would look into it and literally never called me back or returned my call. I went to Albany to a surgeon who listened to my concerns and recommended surgery which I have sense had. This place doesnt do their job, charges you for nothing and ultimately does not do their job. Your healthcare is important so please dont trust this place and go somewhere in the Albany med system.

Danielle Drinkwine-Holman Had acl surgery the end of may. Now the end of September my knee is swollen and painful been calling the office for 2 weeks, cant get a call back from my surgeon or his pa. I have lost most of the feeling from my knee down as the swelling gets worse the less feeling i have. Every time i went for an appointment the nurse would ask why i was there instead of taking 2 minutes before coming into the room and reading my chart. This place is a joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone, they obviously dont care about their patients.

roadangel5678 I was admitted in the Glens Falls hospital with a bowel obstruction and Dr Tillou was the surgeon on duty. From the minute he walked in I had a good feeling about him and I was right. I was in the hospital for 10 days and not one day went by that he did not stop by to see me. I feel so blessed that he was my doctor. The surgery went well and he was able to do it laparoscopic. My follow up at his office was great everyone in the office was just as friendly and caring as Dr Tillou.

Megan Carroll My daughter was seen for a sports injury. I was very happy with the PA who saw her. He listened. He believed what she told him about her experience during the injury. He pinpointed very quickly where she was hurting and what was torn and we made a plan to get her back on her feet. He personally checked the fit of the brace/stabilizer before we left and he returned a later phone call very promptly to answer a question.. I am very happy with our experience here. In the future, if my daughter has an orthopedic/sports injury I will go straight to their orthopedic urgent care!

Ellen La Que Theyre the nicest people, from the front desk to Dr. Downing herself. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I really felt as comfortable as a person with some nerve and tooth pain COULD feel being there. Nancy Spofford I called to check if they were accepting new dental patients as I just got new insurance and this was the place that was recommended by my insurance company. Receptionist was extremely rude, said they have a waiting list of over 3,000 people and hung up the phone on me. Don’t even bother.

Terri Teeling I currently have an abcess in a top molar. This was caused by the tooth being broken. Went in for a cleaning and was told to make appt so they could fix it. The closest appt was 5 weeks! I called at 4 weeks with the infection and left a message that i need antibiotics and pain releiver. No one called me back. I got antibiotics from my PCP. was given an appt for the next day. Dentist told me she couldnt pull tooth because of the infection. Told her i called for help and she just shrugged. She did not prescribe anything for me. Told to come back in a week to see the dental surgeon. I would never reccommend this place as well as dr.samantha McDermick. She has no compassion and is sloopy and rude.

stoopid chan They don’t answer their phone unless you get lucky, tired setting an appointment all last year could not get ahold of them because they say they’ll call back but never do I just gave up on it for a while, until my tooth started to hurt like literal hell finally got in to check said tooth and made a cleaning appointment. Now I’m trying to call to find out if my insurance has approved the root canals, called twice yesterday both times said “we will call you back as soon as we can” never got any call back. I understand being busy but completely ignoring patients and then blaming THEM for not having an appointment is baffling. Oh and another thing I told the doctor that something was wrong with my front gum on my two front teeth, on one tooth the gum is pulling itself down and then the gum in between my front teeth was literally detached from my teeth. I told him about this and he said he’ll do something about, nothing got done and there are now fillings over it and it looks like my gum is rotting and I KNOW that I will be blamed for it which REALLY upsets me. Update just called my insurance they haven’t even put the request in I will not be coming back I hope yall get better people because I know it’s mostly kids that go here

Flower Summer They do a half ass job at best. They gave me a filling in one of my front teeth. After I ate a pretzel the filling fell out & the tooth broke. Don’t waste your time or your money!!

Benjamin Smith I’m pretty disappointed with this place. A few years ago, it was great, but lately, I’ve been having a recurring issue with communication. It feels like no one actually works here anymore. For the past month, I’ve been trying to get an appointment to have a spot on my face checked, but it’s been an endless game of phone tag. Every time I call, I have to leave a message because no one ever picks up. Then, they’ll call me back anywhere from 24 to 72 hours later, but I usually miss the call because I’m not expecting them to reach out. When I try to call back immediately, I’m back to leaving another message with no one answering. Last week, I called 8 times exactly 1 minute after they called. Nothing. To top it off, I recently received a letter saying they had tried to reach out. I guess? This is beyond frustrating.

Kate Tietenberg First, I will say that I have had only good experiences with the providers. However, I think its ridiculous that you have to leave a message and cannot talk to someone when you call. Also, in the past I made an appointment for an area on my eyelid. I told the person at the front desk my issue in detail. As soon as the doctor walked in she said they dont treat anything on your eye, and I had to go to my eye doctor. It was a total waste of my time and money.

chad delude I went there open minded. And after seeing a PA i felt as my problem I had was not felt with the proper care. My primary doctor did more for me than these people. I was rushed in and rushed out total appointment took 10 minutes. Just to have them through more creams at me that have not worked at all. I have been dealing with the issue for 4 months creams make things worse then they already where. I explain this too them and all I got was hmmm well I don’t know what else to give you. I’m going to have to consult with the doctor. Well shouldn’t the doctor have seen me first and not push me off to a PA. This place is a joke don’t go there nothing but bad reviews I had gotten before going there.

Marisa Balletto If you want to feel like your health and your voice are valued, I would not trust Saratoga Dermatology with your care. I unfortunately have been dealing with an issue since June this year and went to see Saratoga Derm for help. Since June I am no closer to having any answers as to why I am having the issue I am having. They have no availability for 6 + months so they then tell you to "utilize the portal" to ask questions and receive feedback, but then they do not answer you. Any suggested treatment they gave me made things much worse and they continuously minimized the issue. As someone that has been impacted by it for 4 months and spent a significant amount of money on recommendations from them, I am extremely disappointed and disheartened in my treatment by this practice.

Wayne Rozen Just walking through the front door is positive. Open space, soothing colors, and comfortable furniture are a definite plus. And the check-in staff are actually pleasant. A nice switch from most offices. Dr. Buhac was very informative, pleasant, and didn’t look at her watch once. Overall, a very impressive appointment!

Emily trolio Wonderful service! My daughter instantly calmed down when she got hives as a part of her pneumonia! Some of the other reviews said they waited over 8+ hours, but we only waited about 40 minutes, which isnt that long! Definitely recommend Malta Med!❤️

Amanda T. I am very appreciative of the care I received this past weekend in the midst of the terrible ice storm. Every nurse was thorough and empathetic to my situation. Not one worker seemed irritated which seems rare these days . NP Costello was also extremely thorough and took all measures to help figure out what was going on given my symptoms and medical history. I honestly could not ask for more. Thanks for all you do.

Dana Silano Pohleven Malta Med was, for me, an outstanding experience given my unfortunate circumstance. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and was seen almost immediately for my issue -- which was that an earring had somehow sank below the surface of my cartilage and was lodged inside my ear. These medical professionals worked hard and were so patient with me despite my painful disposition and went out of their way to remove the foreign object. I am not sure how other reviewers could feel comfortable leaving a negative review to a medical facility, one that works tirelessly to immediately address ailments. I am thankful for the care I received.

Joshua Porter Best walk in Medical Care facility in the area. They have a full imaging department and are just half step down from an actual emergency department. Been there several times over the years and Ive never been there longer that 3.5 hours total, which for a walk in facility is extremely good. I wont go anywhere else for walk in care.

Jill Risko As a fellow health care professional I was very impressed with this urgent care. While the wait to see a provider was around 2.5 hours I still felt I was appropriately triaged and felt that the provider covered all of his basis! Thanks to Brad, PA for your help. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The access to imaging is such a bonus! Worth the drive!

Jessica Jones Their blood draw lab is closed on weekends despite what it says on the website. Drove all the way over there only to find a signed taped to a door inside the urgent care lobby. Please clearly indicate hours and services ON YOUR WEBSITE.

Sherrie Torres My dr sent me to harbor urgent care for xrays. Never again. They take urgent care and patients first. The lady before me waited an hr and thats only because she started yelling. When the girl came to get her the technician was rude and getting cocky with the lady. She should not be working here. Shes not a good fit for ellis at all. She had no patients shes just plane lazy. Their urgent care an blood draw are great. But dont come here for xray

Jenny Macejka Dirty thermometer probe covers in the sink. (YUCK) Waited in room for over a hour n a half. When the PA came she didn’t even give me an exam. Extremely rude… Going to my primary care physician for another appointment in about a hour. I will never step foot in this building again.

Aaron Wanser Used to be my go-to in this area. Used to be fast and efficient. Used to trust their diagnosis. Keywords here is USED TO BE. Ive been here half dozen times and the last 2 times Ive come in and had terrible service. They arent interested in finding anything wrong with you, just shoeing you out with fancy lip service. The wait times have only gotten longer even if they arent busy. The paper thin walls dont help as youre sitting there listening to the person next to you puking their guts out. Really Really disappointed.

Karen Lynn This used to be my urgent care of choice, but now second bad experience in a row. Made an appt online, got there and was told that didnt matter. Waited an hour in waiting room anyway. PA (Howard) rude and belittling. Told me I had two different things - migraine or alleriges. Told me to take flonase, which I already take, so he told me to increase the amount. Left in tears due to head pain...he did not even look in my nose...went to primary next day and was immediately diagnosed with terrible sinus infection and treated with two medications. They do not test for Covid or Flu and I felt I was almost laughed at with my questions and concerns. WIll not go back to Harborside.

Joshua Mechlowitz Reminder to all Vets, this locations hours are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday, and they close for lunch 12pm to 1pm. You may be there for an appointment that goes past 12pm though, so it doesnt make the most sense. Additionally, they only do labs Monday thru Thursday, before noon. Dont be like me and rely on Google maps to have their accurate hours (which are currently listed as 8:00-4:30). Kinda ridiculous that the people working here never bothered to update their hours on Google maps. I tried coming in at 4:20pm to drop off a urine sample and they were not open. I came in for blood work and urine test but was unable to provide urine right away, they let me take the cup home and allowed me to return it later (I obviously never returned the sample because they were closed).

Jeff Hocker I was in the waiting room and the pharmacist was berating this poor woman who was wheeling around her father. Telling her she was pushing him the wrong way and just being absolutely nasty. Some people can’t depend on their being wheelchairs at locations so they have to bring their own. Plus he was a big fella I doubt one of their wheelchairs would fit him. It was absolutely horrible and an absolute disgrace. This man, like myself, fought for our country and for our freedom. I have never personally seen a veteran or their family treated worse. Disgrace. Do not come here. It’s free for a reason, that’s the cheap service you get. Horrible.

Mick Reynolds It has been over a month and no one has called me back after calling four times. I have had members of the Albany VA Hospital try to call them on my behalf and they cant get anyone on the phone! Just go to the Albany VA Hospital. Dont waste your time with this.

Michael Poirier Locations not great and the hours are limited? Dont understand that with need, and to easy to miss in traffic. But, though understaffed they do manage to assist best they can and are plesant to deal with. As for the phones your better off with a walk-in... at least face to face youll get quicker results than that foolish answering system, if its working at all... will gives you the run around. Use to be able to circumvent this feature for direct contact with a pulse but that seems to have been eliminated for automation? That helps no one but the office.

Deanna Wolfe Went in for a Biopsy on Friday, and the staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! If you need something explained - get Kim Bowman! She is such a comfort, and Dr. Warheit was great at his job and had a nice bedside manner as well. Couldnt have asked for better treatment in such a scary situation.

Megan Philip I love St. Marys Hospital! It is close to home and I always have a positive experience when I go there (and I have been in various units of the hospital.) I went in for a lumbar puncture and the doctor who performed the procedure was absolutely wonderful. He was funny, tried his best to ease my nerves and was successful! Post procedure staff was also kind and accommodating while having to stay in the hospital for 3 hours after the procedure. This was a particularly pleasant experience I will always remember! This will always be my hospital of choice!

LeAnne I can’t speak for the hospital but there is security guard there who absolutely took care of me when I was having a mental break down in the front hall. First she made sure I was safe, offered a hug, validated my feelings and then related to my issue. I appreciate her and won’t ever forget her.

Marjorie Castro I just had a remarkable experience with a call to St. Marys Hospital. I had been frustrated after getting my COVID vaccine there in February and applying for an Excelsior Pass to find that it had expired. When I contacted the State, they directed me to apply for a new pass, and when I did, they said they couldnt verify my identity. In frustration, I called St. Marys to see if they could help me. The woman who answered was very reassuring and said I wasnt the first one who had this problem, she would have someone call me back. One hour later, a gentleman named Eric called me back and stayed on the phone as he guided me through the process of reapplying for the pass. He was friendly and encouraging throughout the call and said he would stay on until we rectified the situation, which with Erics help, we did. His politeness and encouragement meant so much to me. St. Marys should be proud to have this fine man on its staff! Thank You, Eric!

Paulette Stone The dentists at KingsbrookJewish are dentist in training doing their Residency Program and they are very experienced and capable. My lady doctor was the best. I had the best cleaning ever. I was very nervous at first, but she was thorough in explaining the procedure and guiding me along. I felt some real good patient care and not just the dentist but the lovely Dental Assistant that was very friendly and polite. I had to go back and bring my mom along for her Dentures.

Marcia sthill What beautiful people. The employees are so amazing and helpful. The whole time I was apprehensive but once I saw Ms Price, the doctor, all my fears went out the door. Ms Price is very kind and to the point. I got every question answered. My concerns were taken seriously with respect. Im very satisfied with my experience. I like the Doctor Ms Price, shes amazing. Ms Debby was very professional and patient with my paperwork and, shes extremely neat and helpful. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a very professional environment. I would like to visit Kings room again. I recommend anyone go there. Theyre very efficient in there. Godbless the Kingsbrook staff. Thanks everyone

Colin Kizer The nurses and doctors at this office are absolutely wonderful, but are completely overshadowed by the fact attempting to get ahold of this office is impossible. Option 3 will send you to a guy who is absolutely condescending and useless, and noone from the reception office will pick up, and if you leave a message they never return it. Never been so hard to get forms for school.

Sabrina Ramgoolam There are the worse, my kids physical appointments has been rescheduled numerous times because they keep canceling last minute or wait for when you show up then say we tried calling you. We have jobs as well and we can’t keep taking time off my kids were due since October and they kept canceling and still we cannot seem to get an appointment and they’re so rude not even apologizing for their screw ups. This hospital is not was it was a few years ago.

Anthony Gray My son has had a cough for months now, we have been trying to get him checked out but the office wouldn’t let us make an appointment because he needs to come in for a walk in for a sick visit, but then when trying to bring him in for a walk in, they wouldn’t see him because it’s “not a sick visit”. On top of that, when you leave a message for a nurse to call you back, don’t hold your breathe because they aren’t going to ever return your call. This is only the most recent issues we’ve had, stay away from this place

Brooklyn Italiano If it wasn’t for Dr Sovanna I would have left this practice a long time ago. The nurse practitioner don’t care about the kids that come into this office. The nurses are no better at all. My husband brought my 2 yr old in who had allergy reactions to the second antibiotic within 3 weeks she had an ear infection that both the nurse, the doctor and nurse practitioner all were recorded saying her right ear was red and inflamed. Just for them to back track and say it was just a little pink and they would not give discharge papers to show she was at the drs. They would not prescribe her another antibiotics for the ear infection that has been causing my daughter to feel very ill, stay up Crying at night due to pain, she’s refusing to eat because her ear hurts. Instead they told my husband to bring her home and let it heal on its own even know she’s had this same ear infection since Thanksgiving. But has been having reactions to amoxicillin than was put on Cefdinir which is a cross of the amoxicillin family which would explain why she has a reaction to yet another antibiotic. I’m so disgusted with this drs office they literally should be shut down with how they treat ppl and don’t care about young children. So I now have to bring my baby to urgent care after working since 5 am just to get the treatment she should’ve gotten this morning from her drs office. I’ll be making some phone calls die to the incident that happened today that dr and nurse practitioner should lose there jobs and should never be able to work with kids again.
