5 /5 Marjorie Castro: I just had a remarkable experience with a call to St. Marys Hospital. I had been frustrated after getting my COVID vaccine there in February and applying for an Excelsior Pass to find that it had expired. When I contacted the State, they directed me to apply for a new pass, and when I did, they said they couldnt verify my identity. In frustration, I called St. Marys to see if they could help me. The woman who answered was very reassuring and said I wasnt the first one who had this problem, she would have someone call me back. One hour later, a gentleman named Eric called me back and stayed on the phone as he guided me through the process of reapplying for the pass. He was friendly and encouraging throughout the call and said he would stay on until we rectified the situation, which with Erics help, we did. His politeness and encouragement meant so much to me. St. Marys should be proud to have this fine man on its staff! Thank You, Eric!
