5 /5 E: Cally is a knowledgeable, well-spoken, and above all a very thorough and honest mechanic. He values customer service and it shows. Even if he does not have the exact equipment to do a job, he will not leave you hanging, and will advise you on how to go about finding the parts, or advise you on what to tell another shop so you arent taken advantage of.
Cally may be a mechanic, but he is also a teacher through and through, and is excellent at what he does. My car had a coolant leak and not only did he spend the time to diagnose and walk me through the inner workings of the engine cooling system, he took the time to teach me, the customer, what to look for should it ever happen again. He EMPOWERS the customer to be part of the process, which is a rare quality to find anywhere in any type of business these days.
I did not think I would be able to find a fair and honest mechanic since my father passed, so I have been going to big businesses like Midas and Mavis for years. These businesses pale in comparison. In fact, they could learn a lot from shops like his. I have definitely found my mechanic and would recommend this shop to anyone.
