Due to everything being backed up, my accident happened in March, I called to schedule repairs in April, and finally got it fixed in June. They do incredible work! When they realized the estimate didn’t include more work, they reached out and ordered the part and only finished a day later than planned and kept me updated the whole time. When I picked up my car I noticed there was a portion still not fixed. When I called, Nicole and Boone were so incredibly helpful. They informed me insurance didn’t approve that part and reached out to have insurance cover it. When insurance denied it, Boone helped and had me call the insurance company to request it be included in the original claim. Everything was approved and they already ordered the part! So happy that every part of my car is fixed or going to be fixed! Super kind, caring, and just wonderful people to deal with during the whole process!
