The owner Jordan always accommodates you what you need help for your car.Drew the front desk communicates you by text or phone call if you’re not in the shop what is needed to be done if there is unexpected fixing. The place is very clean. Never been in this kind of business so organized and clean.His workers who do the job for your car are great.Highly recommended.For 7yrs since I got only in this Diagnostic I let my car be maintained.Try and you see what I mean.

If you are at the shop waiting he may even buy you lunch while you wait. He is a straight to the point type of guy and the type of person you would want as a friend. His staff of mechanics have been with him a long time and they are as competent and professional as the owner Jordan is. 5 /5 Kimi Chand: I was in search of a mechanic that specializes in Smart cars. I came across Bay Diagnostics in Brooklyn! It’s an a very convenient location, also has the MTA nearby in case. I use my smart car for work as I travel around the NYC boroughs. The service was fantastic! Nice and clean waiting area. Mike at the front desk was welcoming & did a great job in explaining what I needed done. They were also accommodating when it came time to pick up my car, I appreciated that. I no longer have to worry about my smart car anymore, I’ve found the right place!
