5 /5 N.Rivera: Capello salon on Franklin Street Buffalo New York was the best experience, it was my first time at this location with Capello Salon. After I had went to capellos salon on Transit Road in the Delaware hotel and was given a very bad experience, the staff at the capello salon in the Delaware hotel did not give me a good experience. When I made the appointment a few days ago they did not advise me of what I would prefer to have a male or female for my massage. So when the massage therapist came it was a male. I asked if I can have a female instead I was told that no other staff was available. My experience with this location was very poorly. I looked for another location and found the downtown location which was a very helpful very welcoming experience, my experience at this location was amazing the staff was great and the owner/ manager Lisa was amazing and she gave me the best and made up for what the other location did to me.
