Boy was he right! Joel listened to all of the issues I experienced with my car, spent the extra time to investigate things and determine the true root cause, and to put my mind at ease. They fixed my car timely and when it was ready I made the 3-hour trip back home with no issues. Joel even followed up with me after my trip to make sure I made it ok! Fantastic customer service!!!

5 /5 Peter Frank: I brought my car to Carusos for quite a few years until my retirement in 2021. I recently left a one star review for a shop out here in Colorado Springs. Which made me realize that I never left a review when I was in Schenectady. I was hoping to find another Caruso type shop out here but no such luck. Caruso is a tough act to follow. Ive always found them to be very honest and very competent. Schenectady is lucky to have them.
