5 /5 Douglas Hamilton: When it comes to reviewing business, I never write two reviews. Della is my first exception to this rule. Driving down the Northway from Montreal to Albany, I noticed that my Forrester was shaking when driving at highway speeds. Rather than risk breaking down, I decided to stop by Della Subaru to find out what the problem was. We arrived at 7:30, first in line thirty minutes before they opened, without an appointment. When I explained the issue, it was immediately diagnosed as ice in the wheels. They took our car immediately and removed as much ice as they could. THEY DID THIS FOR ME FREE OF CHARGE. Upon getting on the highway, the problem was resolved. Della could have charged me or kept me waiting. Instead they went above and beyond for a passing Subaru owner who is unlikely ever to be a frequent customer as we live over 100 miles away. These guys are the real deal and I would trust them with any car problem.
