5 /5 NinaK: The salon is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I’ve been to a few salons in the Buffalo area and had horrible experiences. I am a nail technician myself, but sometimes like for someone else to do them (because I’m lazy haha) … so I am VERY picky about my nails because of this.
I would also like to mention that I am Vietnamese. The first time I came here, I didn’t mention that about myself. They did not talk poorly about me or any of the clients inside the salon. They honestly really didn’t speak in our language much at all, I know that this can sometimes make clients uncomfortable when it happens, so this is why I am sharing that.
Crystal serviced me both times that I came here and she was gentle and did a phenomenal job. Attached is a photo of my nails right after leaving the salon, and the second is a little over two weeks (sorry about the different lighting). They are obviously grown out, but none of them were cracked, chipped, lifting, or broken.
I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area.
