5 /5 jean cassels: I’ve used Excel urgent care on a few occasions, and I’ve always had a good experience with little or no wait times. The ability to make an appointment online is very convenient.The staff is pleasant and efficient, including the receptionist, the triage person and the nurse practitioner. I saw NP Gray who was friendly, caring and professional. She listened as I explained my health issue, performed an examination and explained the prescriptions that she was going to order for me so that I was clear about how the medications would address my issue. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend Excel urgent care.

5 /5 G Flores: the staff at reception are the best. they really care about the people walking through the door and are receptive to urgent matters and they try their best to accommodate everyone. it feels good being treated like a human and not just another sick person (number) walking through the door. this place stays consistent and is always my first choice even if it means i drive 20 mins to get to them.

The only place I take my kids to and they know them when they walk through the door, no matter how much time has passed since their last visit. Quick, efficient, and the convenience of making an appointment means no just sitting around waiting to be seen.

5 /5 Don Alexander: Very fast and friendly. Didn’t have me waiting at all. Check me in on a first time visit in minutes. First nurse came right in then the practitioner immediately after. One of my best experiences at a doctors office. AND THEY HAD FREE COFFEE!!
