The thing I like the most is he really listens to what I had to say. Then he gave a professional opinion on my treatment. I love his bedside manor. Dr. Petr is kind and caring. I asked him to be my perminent lung Dr. I would suggest anyone to go to him for an array of lung Issues. He is a great pulmonary Doctor.

Dianna Harget Dr. Bezdicek has only been taking care of my mom for a few months. He is a very compassionate doctor with great bedside manor. He makes sure she has everything she needs. He even gave her a new medication that has finally helped her gain weight after 2 years. At this point we are doing all we can to give her the best quality of life.

Tiesha Thomas Dr. Sharma is quite thorough. He looked through my complete medical history prior to even walking in the room. I was highly impressed by that, because I hate having to explain myself over and over to nurses and doctors. He went the extra mile to ensure I wouldnt have to do that. He talked to me about my particular health concerns and went over my best treatment options. I also want to mention while going over treatment options Dr. Sharma humanized me. I often feel like "just another patient" at visits with other specialists. However, when I went to Dr. Sharma he showed genuine interest in my case and health. I truly look forward to continuing to work with him to get well and healthy.

jason scherden Dr. Hyman did a good job performing my surgery. The good review ends there. In the 3 appointments leading up to the surgery and post care I routinely waited well over 1 hour to be seen. I called with questions multiple times and nobody ever answered the phone. Upon leaving a call back number I was never called back. The customer service experience was the worst medical care I have ever received.

Jasmine Johnson i have waited almost a week for any provider to give me a call to explain my test results and although it has been put as priority by more than 7 call center staff members, i still have yet to receive a phone call. i have called every day since i received my results and keep getting told that someone will call the same day or guarantee the next day. It was even escalated to a supervisor and they told staff that they had an emergency the same day i called, but i would get a call but still again haven’t received a phone call. I will not be coming back to this urgent care and will go to another urgent with better patient care.

Arquelio J Vega Dr. Ahn is the best! Hes been taking care of my eyes for a good while now, and when these cataracts left me no choice, Im glad it was him. The difference is night and day (sorry for the pun), I can see so well its like being 16 again!

John Marzka Dr. Ahn is an exceptional surgeon. He performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him as a surgeon. I do however, have a serious problem with the people running his billing department. The day after my second eye surgery, I received a phone call from billing saying that they neglected to ask me for the $1750 payment upfront for the high end laser they used (not covered by insurance) and they needed that payment ASAP. I will still laying in bed recovering from the surgery I just had 24 hours earlier. I explained that I would take necessary steps to send payment within 24 hours. The billing office then proceeded to call me 8 times over the next 23 hours leaving messages about needing payment. They also sent me 2 emails regarding payment. I was not going to call back until I had been able to send payment, since I told her it would likely not be until the next day. They then called my EMERGENCY CONTACT (my son) not once, but TWICE; to tell him that I had not returned phone calls and they were very worried because I just had eye surgery. Meanwhile, I had just had my follow up appointment with Dr. Ahn that morning where he said my eye looked great....and I spoke with the surgery center, who had called to check in on my health. The woman from the billing office never once asked me how I was doing health-wise or left a message saying she wanted to check on my well being (not that she should be asking me those questions, but it showed that calling my son under the pretense of concern was just a ruse to help her to secure payment). Every message she left was just about needing the $1750 I owed them. My son called me frantically, worried that I was dead because she called him under the ruse of concern about my well being. Their office dropped the ball by not addressing the money on the front end, then handled it very unprofessionally one-day post-op by harassing a patient still in recovery . After I made payment via phone 24 hours after the initial phone call, I addressed the lack of professionalism with her in how she handled the last 24 hours. She continued to claim that she contacted my son out of concern because they were unable to reach me; when it was clear they were trying to cover their ass ASAP for not asking for payment up front. As I said, Dr. Ahn is an exceptional surgeon but he needs to teach his billing department some professionalism because they are seriously lacking.

Jean Lemmey I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Ahn, and the outcome is better than I even hoped. I now have 20/20 vision after wearing glasses since I was 16 and bifocal contacts for over 20 years. If you are nervous about cataract surgery, rest assured Dr. Ahn is an excellent choice for the procedure and aftercare.

Cindy Clark Dr Ahn is fantastic! He did my cataract surgery beautifully (which was more difficult than most due to many prior surgeries). My vision is so clear and perfect! I couldn’t be happier!

Edward P Dr. Ahn spells everything out in easy to understand terms, whether you are a good candidate or not for the surgery,how the procedure works, what you are required to do before during and after the procedure. Dr Ahn knows what hes doing and how everything is progressing. The computer enhanced surgery was painless and accurate. After the surgery I was able to see 20/20. The first time in 55 years!!

jean cassels I’ve used Excel urgent care on a few occasions, and I’ve always had a good experience with little or no wait times. The ability to make an appointment online is very convenient.The staff is pleasant and efficient, including the receptionist, the triage person and the nurse practitioner. I saw NP Gray who was friendly, caring and professional. She listened as I explained my health issue, performed an examination and explained the prescriptions that she was going to order for me so that I was clear about how the medications would address my issue. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend Excel urgent care.

G Flores the staff at reception are the best. they really care about the people walking through the door and are receptive to urgent matters and they try their best to accommodate everyone. it feels good being treated like a human and not just another sick person (number) walking through the door. this place stays consistent and is always my first choice even if it means i drive 20 mins to get to them.

RUsS DOG I switched my cardiologist to someone who was closer big mistake ..Just would like to state in my review of this place I had no problem with dr singh he was polite and informative its the staff he has working for him they are rude inconsistent inconsiderate people who shouldnt be allowed to Interact with the public. I called 3 times to have my prescription filled to no avail. I called my previous cardiologist and had the problem taken care of with no problems. Unless this dr has this staff replaced with professionals I would stay away you will only be dealing with stress you obviously dont need!!! Thanks for the professionals who work at my old cardiologist I got my medicine or I wouldnt have had it.

Crystal Lewis We had a kitten land on our front porch that was in desperate need of help. We brought little Cheddar here and they worked step by step with us to bring her back to health. We immediately started switching our other animals over to them. Every visit has been always the best service and treatment of us humans and our furbabies. You are treated with such kindness from the house cat that greets you to the vet Dr Hexter and everyone in between. It is so nice to see a place care about you and your furbabies as much as they do. Highly recommend!!

Kristina Barton I have been using VCA since 2018 when I was seeking a second opinion on a skin issue for a dog and I haven’t left since. I have had 6 pets come through here (5 dogs and 1 cat). I have also used their boarding services multiple times. I would use them over and over again. Prices are reasonable, they do not pressure you to spend money, appointments are convenient, care club is worth the cost. I credit this practice, and especially, Dr. Hexter, with saving my Great Dane’s life. Last week we came in with a simple gastric upset complaint but Dr. Hexter was concerned about her heart and immediately sent us to a higher level of care where she ultimately crashed and nearly died. She needed 4 days inpatient in that hospital in order for her to live. Fortunately, because of Dr. Hexter’s clinical skills and quick recommendations she was able to be diagnosed (Addison’s Disease), treated, and will make a full recovery. Through the whole ordeal he was available by phone to answer questions and follow up with me multiple times. When it didn’t seem she would make it he was compassionate and caring. The support staff, especially Donna and Nicole, are always very professional and were also compassionate through this crisis. They offered kind words and thoughtfulness when it didn’t seem my dog would pull through. When her condition turned around for the better they were all just as excited for us as we were. This practice could have easily just taken my money for all kinds of testing but instead of nickel-and-diming me, they just wanted what was medically best for my pet which was intensive care hospitalizationn. A similar circumstance happened in 2020 with another Great Dane. While that dog could not be saved Dr. Shanker was available by his personal cell phone and offered genuineness and support through her crisis as well. In 2021, my husky needed to be euthanized and we used VCA for this. Again, the staff was so compassionate and took care of all of his cremation arrangements as well as hair and paw print keepsakes. If you are looking for a vet that will genuinely care about you and your pets as if they were their own try VCA Orange County.

Miki Leote Dr Ellis is good but the nurse argued with me as soon as I walked in the room. She had an air of superiority and know-it-all. I requested to use the office Wi-Fi to show my lab results to the doctor and she flat out refused. There was no way for me to print it out, as I had tried the night before.

Poochie Jack Ive been going to Dr Ellis for 15 years now. Today, I met Dr Nicole Rybak, PA who was able to see me on short notice for an issue. She was so thorough and had a lovely bedside manner. Im so glad she is part of this office. As I get older, I feel more comfortable seeing a woman for these embarrassing situations.

Joyce Henderson Dr. Siegel is great. Very detailed, knowledgeable and caring. The staff however does not follow up well. Waiting for a callback from a test I took almost 3 weeks ago. Feels like they are under staffed.

Creslyn Driscoll I was looking for a 2nd opinion and Dr. Siegel was recommended by my pulmonologist Dr. DeLeon. I am very glad that I followed his recommendation. Dr. Siegel listened to my concerns and is very thorough with looking at everything to find the right treatment. He also had recommended Dr. Koyfman (excellent ENT) for something he incidentally saw in my throat during his procedure. It was a long wait to get an appointment but once you get in, everything will be taken cared of. Thank you again, Dr. Siegel and staff.

Jory F Nice people but they misdiagnosed me. I had a heart attack when I left their office after an EKG. I went right to the hospital where they performed the EKG correctly. They also gave me an appointment with a primary physician who was not an MD So theres that as well I dont trust their competency now so I will never go back.

Stacey American This facility is at a convenient location. The staff is professional and welcoming. They really do work to get you into your appointment on time. I love the fact that there is a "sick" side and a "well" side. Dr. Thomas Yuen, was recommended by a family member. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. It is difficult to find good primary care physicians. So far, he has not disappointed. I definitely recommend.

Judi Berman Going to Chester urgent care was an incredible experience. I was in a lot of pain and the receptionist was kind and welcoming and very efficient. The nurse I believe her name was Maryel was really so caring and reassuring. I saw the P A Janet and really was taken with her professionalism and compassion. I was in and out in an hour and a half and that included x rays. A very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!

sharon renker I registered online for the Urgent Care in Chester. I used the “Reserve your spot option” for an appointment the following day. Website said “My reservation has been submitted successfully” The next day I show up and I call prior to entering as instructed. The receptionist tells me they have no appointments made. After taking my info she says, “If you are a new patient then the reservation will not work” She then asks “What’s going on because me close at 1” (Time was 1230) I tell her my stomach issues and she say “Sounds like you need at CT? We can’t do that here. I can Schedule you for MIddletown” Not only was I furious about the fact that my appointment wasn’t valid because I was a new patient , but for her to ask what is going on because we close at 1 ? Seriously, what type of health care provider points out their closure time ( They were still open another half hour) If you are so concerned about being out by 1 then have your hours of operation should state “closing at noon”! If I was able to give them ZERO stars I would have. Unfortunately I can not post with out giving them some sort of rating!

Shannon Spindler Our experience here was extremely disappointing. This facility is disorganized and chaotic, and apart from the PT program, the quality of care fell way below expectations. There are many flaws. I would strongly advise against choosing this place.

matthew goetz I am the caregiver and son of 2 parents who are very ill. I relocated from New York City to live with so they could receive proper care at home. This review involves my father who, at 88 years of age, suffers of ALS (Lou Gherigs disease). Not sure where to begin; will start with names. First the administrator Adele is fantastic beyond words--ALWAYS available and approachable -- Im astonished that the top management of a facility is this hands-on and so easy to speak to. The other names: Shimmey, Andrew, Jennifer, Patrice, Akash, Vicki (if Ive left others out, my apologies). ALL of these individuals are top management and they approached me to make sure everything with my fathers rehabilitation experience at Sapphire was going well. My heartfelt thanks to them for a hands-on approach that surpassed my expectations beyond imagination. The rehabilitation care my father experienced after his hospitalization was excellent. This was the first time my father was in a facility and that was the only obstacle. He simply wanted to be at home (which is completely understandable). I was hoping he could stay in the facility a bit longer to receive the exceptional rehabilitation care he was receiving (for about 2 weeks), however, he really wanted to get home and the mutual decision was to have him discharged to home. I found the staff on all levels dedicated to the job they were doing. I suspect there may be some negative reviews, and, who in the life has not had bad days or made mistakes. From what I saw (and I visited regularly) everyone was committed to my fathers well being and rehabilitation. Also, the facility is clean and does present as a facility -- they have very "homey" and agreeable areas where residents and patients can participate in activities and socialize. I even asked them if I could stay there after my father left. Of course this was tongue-in-cheek, and, there was some truth to it; they create a very pleasant livable environment. I would not hesitate, if need be, to have my father go there again for rehabilitation; or, even for myself if I needed rehabilitation. On behalf of my family, thank you all at Sapphire to help my father improve his condition!

Michele Chirico Brown My mother is currently in rehab at Sapphire. Last year she was in rehab as well. Entering in a wheelchair and walking on her own two months later. The staff is made up of loving and caring individuals. PT is outstanding. The nurses are unbelievably efficient. I would never send my mother anywhere else. I highly recommend Sapphire.

Dee dambra The is my first review of Sapphire since my Mom was taken into Sapphire on Friday, January 12, 2024. I’ll update this down the road. Like any business, none are perfect. But when it’s your Mom or Dad, everyone wants their parent(s) to have five star care. Since January 12th we had about three incidents that needed to be addressed and changed. The administrator, Adele, the lady that took my Mom into their facility, has come through for us for each situation. My Mom, not expecting, or happy about being in the position she is in right now (health issues came up, an unexpected accident that occurred that was out of our control) is getting wonderful physical and occupational therapy while at Sapphire. It’s her favorite part of the day, which is a plus since that is the reason she is there. So thank you so much to Adele for addressing the issues we had & for helping to make my Mom’s current visit at Sapphire more comfortable. She’s happier now & able to sleep better, which helps her to be stronger & motivated for her p/t & o/t sessions. June 16, 2024 This is just an update - June 16, 2024 - My mom was released from Sapphire back in April. Everyone at Sapphire was just wonderful to my mother. She made so many friends amongst the employees and other patients. My mom is home now, getting around but still wearing a neck brace & will need surgery on her neck because it didn’t heal as well as expected. Her rehab was not going to or expected to fix that injury. So the point of this second review is to just express how thankful I am to the team at Sapphire. Six months ago we didn’t know if my mother would walk again, but thanks to EVERYONE at Sapphire, in April she walked out of the facility with her walker & her belongings for me to take her back home.

Tiffany S I love that I can have all of my specialties and my primary all here in one place and able to work together! I think this place is great. Plus the MyChart makes everything soo much easier! The facility is very nice and I never have issues finding things. All of the doctors I’ve met here are wonderful and at the top of their game!

Erik Thompson I have to say that my recent stay was a very good experience! From housekeeping, food services (Donnie) not to mention the nurses and doctors! Too many to list! Who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! Overall a great experience!

Robin Hults First of all, there needs to be signs on the first floor stating where each Dr is. “Physicians-3,4,5 “ does not help at all. Second… this place has become more like a business and not a Dr.s office. I went to my General Physician for a physical and because I asked a medical question it could not be my physical! I now have to make a new appointment and not ask any questions in order to get my physical done. Third… where is the White Women’s magazine! Since when medically have black women and white white been different medically except for our skin color. I am offended by this. A Medical Place in my opinion is not a place for political opinions.

Marcy Manheim Garnet Health Doctors cardiology services are wonderful. Dr. Nketiah and Christina Hahn are exceptional providers. They are knowledgeable and they CARE! Parking is easy.

Mark Hauer Dr. Patel was extremely kind when he had to tell me that I have cancer. I am so grateful he found it so that I can receive treatment. A blood test was taken in his office on my way out which now seems unnecessary, because shortly thereafter I saw my oncologist (that Dr. Patel recommended) and that office took their own blood tests. Also, the office is very good about letting you know beforehand all the charges for the colonoscopy, except for the surgery tray ($350). Fortunately my insurance covered this. Dr. Patel is a competent and caring doctor.

Margaret Rutherford I dont know about the bad reviews I have seen about Dr. Goldfisher and his staff but I am 80 years old and I find his staff very polite and friendly. As for Dr. Goldfisher, it took me a long time to find a Dr that was very thorough and he speaks with my Primary Dr Andrew Hirsch and they compare notes. . He has been the most considerate Dr. and he does a wonderful job making sure I know exactly what he is doing, why and explains the outcome in layman terms. He has never rushed me out of the room and always leaves me understanding his process. Thank you Dr. Goldfisher. I appreciate you and your kind staff.

Birgit OConnell-Blatt I have been with Dr. Goldfischer for 22 years. I love him, hes the best. Ive recommended him to family members and friends and all were extremely satisfied with him and his staff. They make an uncomfortable experience more acceptable

Lainey Geniti I would give zero stars if possible. This office staff is outright nasty. We brought an elderly Warwick to her 10:30 am apt, when chauffeur and patient arrived office staff told her she had to reschedule and it was 10:28am. Today is Feb 6,2023 and the soonest they are willing to R/S her for is Feb 24,2023. I called as soon as I was made aware of the situation and asked if the chauffeur and patient were to sit and wait, would it still be possible for her to be scene today? I was told to accept “No” as an answer and was hung up on.

Carol OConnor After going to several dermatologist Dr. Fishman was going to be my last stop before heading to NYC to my old dermatologist. His entire office from receptionist, Jessica ( the assistant) she was wonderful, to the checkout guy they were all were polite, professional and reassuring. Jessica did not rush me. She listed all my concerns. Only waited less than 5 minutes to see Dr. Fishman. He was very professional, thorough and put me at ease immediately. I would highly recommend him.

Carol Buonocore Dr. Fishman is the BEST dermatologist within the Hudson/ Northern NJ area, He is brilliant, meticulous, has a great bed side manner, is fast, and diligent. His staff is always smiling and friendly. If I could give him six stars I would.

Mark shahid If you value your time please dont go there. The doctor and his office have no respect for their patients time. you will make an appointment and wait for an hour. This is very unethical and extremely disrespectful. A lot of patients take days off and try to work around doctors schedules, the least the doctor and his staff can do is be mindful and respectful of their patients time.
