5 /5 Gabi: I’ve been going to this office for over 2 years now and they have some of the best service I’ve seen compared to any other dentist office. I needed an emergency tooth repair due to a piece of my tooth breaking off. Doctor Roman was amazing! He made sure to accommodate for my sensitive teeth by giving extra numbing cream. He was very quick with the whole process-I was out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place to anyone who lives here locally. I personally drive over 30 minutes to this dentist.

5 /5 Rj Mula: Phenomenal is an understatement. I called in an Hour before the offices closed as an emergency patient. Was having extreme pain and just knew I needed an extraction. Ann at the front desk was very informative on pricing and financial aid as far as payment options and financing . Great environment on the walk in very clean and inviting. As Kim came in the room to assist me she was beyond friendly and very informative did nothing made me feel so comfortable which was a blessing the fact that I was getting ready for an extraction. Dr. Roman went above and beyond the whole staff stayed after hour just to make sure I was okay . As a patient there’s nothing more you can ask for from a dental office .

5 /5 Jessica Cadena: Gentle Dental Family Care – A Truly Exceptional Experience! I don’t even know where to begin describing the absolutely AMAZING service I received during my initial appointment. First and foremost, I have always been extremely anxious about dental visits—just the thought of them makes me uneasy. However, this visit was completely different. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I was greeted by Ann at the front desk, who was not only professional but also incredibly kind. Her friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. The office itself was impeccably clean, far better than many other dental offices I’ve visited in the past. Shortly after arriving, I was taken to the exam room by Kim, Dr. Sham’s assistant. Kim was an absolute delight—kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to explain every step of the process before Dr. Sham came in, making sure I felt comfortable. She truly listened to my concerns and reassured me throughout the appointment. Once my X-rays were completed, Dr. Sham introduced himself. He was professional, calm, and incredibly understanding. His relaxed and friendly approach made a world of difference, transforming what would have been a stressful experience into a positive one. I can’t recommend Gentle Dental Family Care enough! If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, this is the place for you. The entire team is exceptional, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

5 /5 I. Vega: My first visit on a Sunday due to an abscess/infection and I was greeted by an amazing staff, front desk Lana was detailed in the financials and my coverage. Dental Assistant Kim was so compassionate and explained the procedure like a pro and her friendliness made me more comfortable and calming. Dr. Sham (nickname) is extremely knowledgeable and so very empathetic as he was doing the procedure asking if I was ok and patient with me every step of the process. Gentle Dental is a perfect name as this staff showed professionalism and compassion on my first visit. Definitely 5 stars. I. Vega

5 /5 Celia Contartesi: Dr. Sham and his staff Kim and Ann were fantastic. Felt no pain at all. Had a tooth extracted and bone graphing with stitches. Felt at ease during procedure. Everything was explained in detail before, during and after. Highly recommend this practice for all dental needs. Thank you all so much.
